Dont know why Im limited to 5 stars, but Bravo! to Bob and the staff at Diamonds & Designs. I wanted a custom piece to commemorate our 20th anniversary. Bob, and his staff did an incredible job of turning my concept into a reality. They were patient in helping me navigate the endless options of rings, stones, and settings, providing me clarity and focus the whole way through. Bobs knowledge allowed him to make expert suggestions, that made all the difference in the final outcome, resulting in my wife being overcome with emotion when presented with this fabulous ring! I highly recommend Diamonds & Designs for any jewelry purchase you are considering. I (and more importantly, my wife) couldnt be happier!!

Bob and Joel are absolutely the best jewelers I’ve ever worked with! Not only do they have great pieces they have excellent customer service. They were patient and kind while working with me to have my mothers diamond reset. They also do great repair work. Don’t hesitate to call them about anything jewelry related. They will help you out!

What an amazing jeweler! Diamonds & Designs fixed my engagement ring, as well as my wedding band. They had to not only replace a diamond in each ring, but also readjust the shape of both rings. When I went to pick up my rings, they looked better than they did when my wife bought them! When calling around to find a place that would be able to fix my rings we ran into a lot of excuses or people trying to charge us over $700. Not Diamonds & Designs. They were friendly, professional, and eager to help. After finding out what type of work I do, they were able to suggest soldering my bands together to make them more durable since the bands on my rings are very thin. I could not be happier! My wife and I have found a jeweler that beats any other one we have ever been to. If you are looking for a jeweler that you can trust, that will be honest, helpful, professional, and take great care of you, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! I can not thank these guys enough!

Setting out to find an engagement ring was extremely stressful until I found Bob and Joel here. I explained to Bob what I was looking for and instead of trying to sell me something out of a case he was able to design a few options and once settling on one he had it put together for me extremely timely. My now fiancé could not be happier with the engagement ring and matching wedding band. Bob was first class, I did not feel that I was getting the typical sales run around. Bob simplified the process and was able to speak in terms that I was able to understand as a first time jewelry buyer. Bob was extremely patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I am positive that you will be treated as well as I was. For any young man looking to take the next step in a relationship, I suggest you at least give Bob and Joel a chance. You will not be disappointed, nor will your partner. I recommend these guys to anyone!I also find it important to shop local and support mom and pop business. I wont go to another local jeweler. My fiancé took my engagement ring here (before I knew about it) to get cleaned and appraised. He told me how exceptional the service was so Ive come back to visit Bob with all kinds of questions and hes always been lovely to work with.

I hadnt been able to wear my wedding band for approximately 2 years due to a combination of weight gain and finger swelling due to chronic illness. I finally gave up ever being able to wear it again without having it resized. Diamonds & Designs had many glowing recommendations on a local Facebook thread I was following, so I decided to take my ring in. Bob was kind, compassionate, knowledgable, and helpful. My ring was successfully resized, even though there were many issues with it. (I knew about these issues before taking it in). It looked much better than when Id brought it in! The turnaround time and price were very reasonable. I am very grateful to have my ring comfortably fitting back on my finger. They have a new customer for life!

We have used Diamond & Designs for years. I have many of their one of a kind creations. My pride and joy is my wedding set from 2009. My husband had a few request and Joel produced this master piece. I still take it to them regularly for cleanings and check-ups.Today I loved seeing the new store in the Harrison Crossing shopping center. And of course spent some time catching up with Denise and Jason, always a happy helpful attitude. As corporate jewelry store pop up with their cookie cutter designs you can count on Diamond & Designs to make you exactly what you want or repair your bauble at a reasonable price.
