I stopped in DND Jewelers today for the first time to have a battery replaced in my watch. What a wonderful experience! Excellent customer service! So friendly and accommodating! They immediately took care of it instead of having me drop and come back. They have a beautiful selection of fine jewelry and make repairs as well. The store is clean and tasteful and the customer service is very pleasant. Unfortunately, I have to say that I am less than satisfied with the work I had done on my wedding set. Im actually quite heartbroken about it.I had brought in my wedding set to have the center stone setting replaced. Before this I hadnt been able to wear my wedding set for 13 years due to the original setting breaking. It had ended up taking longer than what I was originally told, but that was no big deal to me. I really just couldnt wait to be able to wear my ring again.Ill admit, that at first glance I was beyond excited, it looked fresh and shiny! But a little different, I chocked it up to the fact that I hadnt really warn it in so long. Upon further inspection when I got home...it was clear that some things must have gone wrong during the setting change. I could see that almost the entire surface of my ring had been buffed down significantly. When looking at the stones set on the sides, you can clearly see gauges. On the center part of the band, one side is now higher than the other. Where the original wedding band had been soldered on, well there was clearly some melted gold that mustve been spilled into the seam because now some of it is filled in where there once was a gap. There also appears to have been an excess of melted gold on one side of the center stone setting as well.I really wanted this to work out well. Like I said previously, very friendly staff, nice store...not so great of a repair.

I dropped my Tiffany & Co necklace off at DND Jewelers last Friday with chemicals burns all over it from a work accident I had the day before. I was told my necklace would take a couple weeks to repair since they were a little backed up.... no problem... Less than a week later my necklace was ready for pick up and looked BRAND NEW!!! No more black burn marks, no more scratches, and very shiny!! I swear the necklace hasn’t looked this good since I got it about a year ago. 100/10 recommend also very friendly staff and very affordable for my repair!!

I have been using DND jewelers for over 25 years now. They have always taken excellent care of my jewelry. They have done repairs and cleaned my mothers wedding band and have just now repaired my great grandmothers opal ring. They have placed sizing balls in the bands of some of my rings so I would not have to have them completely cut and resized. I would highly recommend their store for excellent customer service. I’m so glad I found their store.

I got engaged on Christmas Eve and when I first got my ring it was to big and I went to this place called Diamond Concepts. They downsized my ring and it was still a bit to loose where it was sliding off my finger. The second time when I downsized it thats when I ran into some trouble! My ring was black and I had no explanation and I was really upset. My fiance told me to go to DND Jewelers. I got in there and I saw this really nice gentleman name Sam. He took time to look at my ring and he said maybe its just compound. When he put it through the cleaning he let me know what really actually happen to it. It was burn with a torch and it was not handled the right way. He manage to get the black out of the ring and brought it back alive to its full glory. I trusted Sam with my ring because he was able to identify what went wrong with it and he really knew what he was talking about. Sam is a professional and he will take care of your ring as it was his own. I highly recommend going to DND JEWELERS! SAM IS AWESOME!!

Great shop! Extremely friendly and accomodating staff. Excellent prices. I dropped off my diamond tennis bracelet to have the safety latch tightenened and have batteries replaced in several watches. One watch was a super old G-shock that I had the battery replaced for nostalgic reasons and parts of it broke off when they put the battery in, so they did the battery for free. I will absolutely be back!

Im not really into diamonds and expensive jewelry, but I went to DND for a repair on an heirloom ring. Diana was absolutely fabulous. The price was very reasonable. I dont know why anybody would go anywhere else to have a custom design or get a ring. I showed up the slightly after closing and Sam still let me pick up my ring AND did a minor repair on a cheap bracelet for me, even though it was after hours. The nicest people and they really seemed to know what theyre doing.

Diana has the best customer service. My wife and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary and we only needed my wedding ring resized. In and out in a minute. Amazing customer care and we’ll definitely go back there for something special.

Friendly, fantastic and knowledgeable staff. Had a pendant fixed and it now looks better than when I originally bout it and the cost was very minimal. Said it would be 3 weeks before it was done and had an appointment to look at some rings for my wife, so they had my repair expedited, so that it would be there when I came in for the appointment(2 weeks ahead of schedule). Wife will be getting a new wedding set from DnD in the very near future. This place is better than any of the Big Name jewlers, hands down! New customer for life!! I was amazed by Sam and Dianas professional attitude. My husband and I went to sell some broken jewelry, herloom pieces, and various other gold. He could have offered us a price and let it go from there. Instead, Sam was upfront on how much a each piece would be worth retail vs the gold value. Inquired about sentimental pieces and made suggestions regarding holding onto pieces. He also gave us detail about some jewelry we brought in that we had no idea how valuable it was. He could have bought it instead of telling us the true value. Diana was very professional in returning my calls, scheduling our appointment, and answering all my questions. AMAZING! This place was able to get my fiancé and I the exact engagement ring I was looking for her. They were a major help with being able to trade in my older jewelry towards a custom purchase (even beating other pawn shop prices). They had all their diamonds in house and will literally bend over backwards to get you what you desire.They do cleanings, repairs, warranties, giving you such confidence when you get closer to your big moment. From the bottom of my heart my entire experience with them was amazing.I scheduled an appointment with Sam and arrived the next day. Sam was very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. He was truly a pleasure to work with. After getting through the formality of getting financing approved I had a great experience. Sam explained what they could do and showed me the difference in several stones in my price range and several pre-made rings.I ended up settling on a DND custom design with a very beautiful diamond. We had ordered a ring guard online to go with my engagement ring. It was not quite a perfect fit so we brought it in to DND. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and explained the work that would need to be done. I received a call, earlier than projected, that my ring was ready for pick up! I was thrilled when I picked up my ring! It was exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be more happy! It was a fantastic experience! I will definitely return for any other jewelry needs.

I took several watches and a gold bracelet for repair. The work was excellent so we took a couple of my wifes rings for resizing and appraisal. We are relatively new to the area and we now know what jeweler we will be using from now on. They are a multi-generational family owned business, they have the talent to design jewelry such as wedding rings and they are good people. I actually enjoyed talking to them. I brought in a sapphire (just the stone) and a ring setting that we already had and asked if DND could put the sapphire in the setting. These guys went ABOVE & BEYOND!! Not only did they set the ring BEAUTIFULLY, they also corrected some design flaws in the original that would have made it more susceptible to damage-without charging us any extra. I recently purchased an engagement ring from DND Jewelers. Sam was the diamond expert working that day and he was one of the main reasons I purchased from DND. I had been to most of the mall type jewelers and none of them were as knowledgeable as Sam. At Jared’s and Kay’s they were very pushy. Anytime I had a question about a center stone or the ring itself they had to look it up online by the barcode. Sam knew first hand with the GIA report right there to back it up. If you want high class jewelry without being pressured by a chain store shop DND.

DND did an incredible job replacing a lost diamond in my wifes channel set ring. She still comments on how it sparkles like never before!!! She could not be more pleased. I was able to put a small deposit on a custom ring and bring a ring with me on “loan” for our anniversary. Then my wife went in and looked at some ring options Sam and I had picked out.
