Staff was amazing. Best blue beacon I have ever visited. Location is a bit tricky, but they took great pride in getting my truck and trailer sparkling white.

Travis and his staff was very welcoming and took good care of my rig. Will definitely be back especially late since I was able to pull right into the bay.

Went there around closing time and was about to leave when I saw that the doors were closed until suddenly the staff member David called out and asked for me to come on in to get the last wash of the night. He was alone and took care of everything by himself. Overall he did a fantastic and spotless job in washing our van. David/Daniel (I forgot his name 🤭) is an excellent service provider! He has won over our business.

Not a good place at all went there for a job interview no call back then when I call back the guy was very rude too many young kids over there not enough maturity

Stopped inside to learn how to get my RV washed. Stood in their lobby for ten minutes. Nobody even offered to ask how they can help. A young woman wearing their corporate shirt walked by with her lunch and into an office. Finally, I asked if someone could assist and was told they’d be right with me. About 5 minutes go by and nothing. I walk out and past a guy who wasn’t wet or dressed like the others and he was on his cell phone. I walked past him and kept going. If I owned or ran that business, they’d be a new attitude or some folks looking for a new job. Won’t wast my time, I’ll just wash the RV myself.

This place has been there for years. They do a Good job of Washing your vehicle.

Came here to have our Rig washed, the guys were friendly and nice but the truck wasnt cleaned too good I dont like to complain but come on guys you can do better then that

This truck was is great. I’ve used it a number of times for our RV and they do a great job.

It was 2am on Thursday, we had a previous plant load so there was mud left in the trailer. I sent my driver to Blue Beacon to wash the truck and trailer. Took 2.5 hours to wash the trailer only and charged $120, didn’t tocuh the tractor. I usually pay $117 for everything at Blue beacon of Indianapolis exit 4.

Their work ethics are very poor. They take too much time. Their was a line of trucks backed up and i decided to walk around to see why it was taking so long. They were standing there having a conversation and laughing instead of working. One guy was putting soap on the truck and the other 2 were standing in one spot just laughing and letting the water hit in the same spot just laughing waisting time. Everytime i come here its the samething.

I would give them a 10 star if ask awesome job stop here every chance I get I have a hand full of blue beacon I stop at these guys are the best

Always a good wash in the burg.scrubbed down, shined up, put the flashlight on the job to make sure standards were tight and put special attention on the muddy catwalk cause they asked if I had any issue I wanted addressed at the beginning .Im clean and Rollin another week .Thanks to the whole crew .Getting it done in the DMV!

My motor home was fairley clean. I stopped at the Fredericksburg Blue Beacon. The main reason was to get the southern bugs off of my windshield. That didnt happen. One lane, I waited for more than an hour. Will use Blue Beacon again, just not this one.

Tragedy car wash. No comments this white is salt in Trailer. Only downtown and thats it. Walking with flashlight check lake everything wet. Lake dry see pictures. Newer again.

Dont waste your time. Washes take 10x longer than they should and the quality is very poor.

Best Blue Beacon. Great crew did a very good job. I did not have to point out any missed spots. They got the tractor sparkling clean and went over it several times until looking great.

I went to have my truck washed there and I was pulling a fairly dirty trailer... the employees had a sour look on their faces when I pulled in which I later realized was because my trailer was dirty because the supervisor came over and said next time dont wait until your trailer is so dirty to bring it in. I mean... its a truck wash.. thats what its for.

A great place that have gentlemen that use a system that Ive not seen before.. its $26 for whatever you drive in.. its primarily a Tractor Trailer wash but they can clean your car too.

Terrible. Paid $40 for my box truck, went to pee, came out and my truck was “done”. Got in and left to the target parking lot to check out the wash. They did a horrible job. Mud on my tailpipe and didn’t even scrub the body or tires with brushes. It seemed as if they barley used soap also. Went in to talk to manager and they didn’t even want to look at me in my face. Told them I was in a rush and couldn’t get back in line, asked if I could come back. They said they can’t give me another wash and that was that.

They are very quick but they do a very terrible job I spoke with the manager and he told me they can not do anything because they have a big line of trucks waiting And of course they took money in advanceMy suggestion do not pay them until they are done.Plus the manager was rude and unprofessional

Brought brand new camper in for the first time and man am I disappointed!!! The wash was good but after a $68.00 bill my top light was broken and scratched pretty bad from their brush handles that they say have rubber to protect from this... I offered for them just just put my money back on the card but NOPE... Dont trust it and just wash it yourself.. This damage will cost me a pretty penny 😞

I showed up at 10am on Thursday 3/7/19 and they were closed! Maybe due to repairs, I dont know. I had to flip around in the Target parking lot which is very tight.In my humble opinion its not an ideal location (in the middle of a shopping and retail district). I wont return

These guys at this blue Beacon truck wash do a real good job but do not go there when they have a line of trucks they try to rush you out and don’t do as good a job as they should.
