Well I’ll tell you, You get what you get for $12. I asked when I drove up that they focus on wiping down my dashboard because I had a dog and wanted the hair gone. The guy that wiped it did a small Passover and than nothin else. So there was still dog hair covering it. N by the end of it the kids standing off to the side motioned from across the parking lot once they were done n just said “have a nice day” because instead of coming up to me to let me know they were done they all decided to lounge back once again and expected me to notice they were done AND keep an eye on my child at the same time. The sun was warm so I can understand being hot. But overall I was not happy. Even the girl sitting inside the air conditioning had an unpleasant demeanor. I had to go back to ask them to wipe down the inside again. We learned that just a hand works better than the microfiber cloth with dog hair. But the whole dashboard with the radio screen and my speedometer glass was just as dirty even after they “cleaned” it. My car has def been dirtier. N it’s a cheaper car wash option. I just wish it didn’t actually SHOW that it was a cheap car wash

Very pleased with the Job they did. I dont live close and was planning to drop my truck off and leave the key in a drop box but caught Joel on they way out. I have a dog and hadnt had the truck cleaned since I got it so it was in terrible shape. They did an outstanding job and I was able to pick the truck up the next day. Will definitely go back in the future.

Joel is phenomenal, even that is an understatement.Had my 2008 Porsche Turbo detailed, corrected, and coated, interior and exterior. This is an especially low mileage collector car and Im the walking definition of OCD as it relates to my cars. I must say, its perfect.He did exactly what he said he would do and then some. It turned out excellent at an unbeatable price. Exotics or sports cars, have no fear. Youre in excellent hands with Joel.

We hadnt had our minivan cleaned since before the pandemic, and it showed! Numerous road trips, extended family using it, trips to the dump...all evident in spills and smells all over the floor, seats, everywhere! Worst its ever been. Well Joel had it for 2 days and when we went to pick it up he had removed all the seats! I didnt even know they could be completely removed. THATS how thorough a detail he did. My last detail co never did that. The result? Joel achieved the impossible: my 16yr old minivan looked almost new, or at least better than it has in a decade. Ah-mazing! The CAR WASH has a loyal customer in me. Thank you!!

Wow.. these guys/gals, did a spectacular job. I had the full package; steam clean all seats, wash floor mats, carpets, was/wax vehicle. I have a Persian cat and a lab mix, so pet hairs was an issue along with bad stains on the seats. They did a remarkable job, all stains are out, pet hair gone. My truck looks like I just rolled it out of the dealer ! Prepare your pocket because its not cheap, and the service I received isnt for an everyday thing, but it is definitely worth it. I think a yearly deep clean like this is a definite, especially if you have pets, kids and haul stuff in your truck. Highly recommend and will be back for their other services (they have regular car washes and less detailed services). My truck was filthy.

I use this business a couple of times a year for the platinum detailing package. I have am always satisfied with their work. The car comes home looking new. The workers do very thorough work. I recommend them highly!

I had a ceramic coating put on my car in October and I could not be happier. The staff was friendly and professional. The work was outstanding! The coating has my car looking like it was brand new and after every wash, it comes right back. The coating added an intense shine and its still super hydrophobic. Im extremely happy with the services.

This place is AWESOME! Joel and his team do fantastic work. I had my wifes beloved 1999 convertible Celica detailed and ceramic coated. The color is black and was recently reprinted. I brought it here after picking it up and realised the body shop did not return it to me the way I expected. I must admit I wasnt sure of the paint quality. But after Joel and his team were done, it was beautiful and looked like glass. Those of us who get our cars detailed know black is not an easy color to work with. I cant say enough about Joel and his team - in one word PERFECTION!

This was the worst service that I have ever received from a business. As a military member I have lived and traveled to many states but this is the worst treatment and worst customer service. The front counter staff and the ownership are very rude and didn’t do anything to help with my concerns. The answer they gave was refusal to take my payment. This doesn’t solve the problem. My vehicle was still dirty and it looked like a rush job. If you value good customer service and a clean car please beware of this business.

It’s hard to find people that run their business with the same integrity that the owner Joel does. I have been coming to this location for years and recently got the pleasure of meeting him. Scheduled a detail and I couldn’t have been more impressed. My car was like brand new again and they even cleaned and vacuumed my trunk. Since I had to leave my car, they gladly took me to my work and picked me up once my car was finished. Hands down the best customer service I have experienced from a business.

Pretty good car wash! Nice amount of soap and solid cleaning time with the brushes. Cleans the back of the car very well as most others don’t. Knocked a star off because the rinse timer runs simultaneously with the dryer. My first time there I didn’t know that. By the time I got to the dryer it was off and my car was soaking wet. Bummed out I paid extra for the high power dry and didn’t get any of the benefits.

Joel took the time to meticulously go over every inch of our SUV, and developed a solid plan on how to address all the imperfections in the paint. His work addressed our concerns and it came out looking awesome! And the price was certainly reasonable. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I give two stars because of the older gentleman at the car wash who was very pleasant. I went in for detailing, this was my first trip, I had no idea I had to book an appointment. The lady at the counter was so rude and pretty much sent me away because I didnt have an appointment and needless to say I wont be coming back.

I haven’t even had the pleasure of having my car serviced, just the calling to get information is ridiculous. The women who answered the phone I know is probably busy but when talking to her you feel rushed and hard to understand because she is talking to fast and still trying to answer other calls right in the middle of still talking to you. Only thing I can say is take a moment and breath because customer service goes a long way

It was a tight fit for my tundra, but the wash did a good job.

I had my Audi detailed here before selling my car, when I got my car back, media control was not functioning. End up spending thousands of dollars to fix it. Probably they messed up mine when they were shampooing. Staff/ manager don’t know what they are doing.

Affordable quality car wash. Love that they give you a token to vacuum and and area when you can clean out and wipe down your car. Nice that theyre 24/7 so I can swing by at night and have fun cleaning my car alone. All the associates Ive met there are very friendly and helpful as well, one even gave me some free vacuum tokens for being a loyal customer!

This may be the single best detailing job I have every had on any car! From scheduling to pick-up, the staff was courteous, professional and willing to fully answer all of my many questions.The services I received were executed extremely well and in a timely manner. I had my seats and carpets shampooed and they were able to successfully treat very old stains. In addition to the full interior and exterior detailing, I also opted to have my engine block cleaned. I park outdoors and under a tree so it was covered in years of gross. After the @ The Carwash team got their hands on it, it now looks BRAND NEW.Ill never again be satisfied going back to any other detailing place.Bonus points that it is run by a small business owner.

Long time wash pass member with both mine and my wifes vehicles. High quality automatic wash with 24 hour access. My first stop every morning. With hundreds and hundreds of washed across half a dozen vehicles, never had an issue. Started my pass under the old management and could not be happier with the new management. Great service! They also offer detail service but I have not personally used them.

Had my car detailed at The Car Wash, and they did an excellent job. My vehicle is in good shape, but six years old. They made it look like I just picked it up at the showroom. Staff very friendly, you wont be sorry about going there.

I cannot recall experiencing this level of rudeness. I accidentally entered the wrong entrance/missed the do not enter sign. An employee started yelling at me - I kept entering as I was already through, no cars were exiting, and felt it dangerous to back out.The employee came over as I was trying to pay, screamed at me in front of my daughter saying “ you don’t make the rules! I make the rules!” and screamed he would not allow me to use the car wash. He continued to belittle me for at least a minute until I gave up. And then he stated he didn’t care if I never came back in response to my mentioning I use the facility frequently. I’m sitting there in my minivan with my 11 year old daughter turning pale. There was no line, and no cars in view.I will certainly follow his orders and never come back. Very surprised any employer would employ individuals who exhibit such behavior.

Was expecting a better job for the price

Staff was professional and knowledgeable, offered what she thought was needed. Kept an eye on my side mirrors and kept me from scraping them while trying to square up a 3500 dually in the bay. Will be back for a clay treatment and should have tipped the girl 3 times what I gave her. Unfortunately, I had no more in my wallet. Will make it up to her the next time I go in.

So impressed with @the car wash!!! Weve never had our car detailed before and it was looking pretty rough. They did an absolutely amazing job! Our car looks better than when we bought it. Would definitely recommend them!!

Very rude fluffy lady at the front desk. Rather than explaining how service works she rudely said, call and make an appointment because that’s how we work.. all while having the phone to her ear.

The staff @the car wash were incredible. They treated me like I was their only customer when I came in for a detailed car wash. Their schedule was actually booked, but they made an exception for me and treated me with great care--and my car turned out great!

I have never written one of these reviews for any company, but the way I was treated @ The Car Wash deserves it!After get my Ford Explorer washed inside and out with Joel and everyone @ The Car Wash, they have earned my business. My car looks great, and the prices were competitive and significantly cheaper than full-service car washes, even just dow the street. Joel was very kind to some customers that were being potentially rude, and was even warm and receptive to my dog while waiting for my Explorer to get cleaned. They are true to their word! Cant say enough at how impressed I was, not only with the service, but also their character as a business.Thank you @ The Car Wash!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Joe needs some training and should not be allowed to socialize with clients.

Probably one of the best interior detail jobs I have had done! And as Joel and I agreed, they had their work cut out for them. I live on a farm that includes a mile long dirt road and when its raining - a lot of mud. It had been many month since the last time it was cleaned ad it was BAD. It took them a couple of hours, but the length of time was worth it. I will definitely be returning to @ The Car Wash!

Great quick wash, but, on my last visit the dryer cut short and I had to exit away with a drenched car.

They did a outstanding job on my 2018 Civic. The platinum car wash is well worth it. For the first time spending that kind of money at a car detailing shop I am happy with the results. I didn’t not have one complaint on the exterior or interior of the vehicle. I thank everyone who worked on my car to have it feeling brand new again. AWESOME PLACE

The basic $10 car wash is excellent. You get a token to use the vacuum after or bring it back and get money off your next wash. The attendant is also extremely friendly and helpful!

Its unmanned, which is disconcerting. Basic wash is $10. And then I barely rolled past the sensors and it just sprayed soap on my car, said please drive forward but wouldnt open the door. I had to look up the phone number on Google and call to have someone come open the garage door. They came and opened the door, upgraded my wash for the trouble.... but then it happened again (rolled past the sensor). Perhaps I should be embarrassed but Ive been to a lot of car washes and never had any trouble. There are huge signs saying not to reverse but I took a chance and reversed slightly and triggered the sensors and it worked. You only get one token for the vacuum as opposed to unlimited which Im used to so I ended up paying another $1 for more time. So for $11 and a mediocre wash with all that hassle, Ill definitely be looking elsewhere. In their defense, they were quick to my rescue, did upgrade my wash, and the unlimited plan looks like a good deal if you are local.

Back @ The Car Wash again for a total detail job. Very pleased with the outcome but most of all the service of the staff. They have been attentive to concerns (though minor) and made sure we were completely happy with their job. Thank you! Will be back again!Very pleased. Took my F150 for the first time. Ive had it at a different car wash a couple times. This time was by far the cleanest, nicest job that I remember ever getting. My truck was spotless. The staff is very personable. They answered all my questions without hesitation. Ive put on my calendar to schedule my service there from now on … and the name makes me think of the disco song from back in the day which brings back fun memories!

I will definitely be having my car detailed here again. I brought my car in for a paint correction job and the owner told me he will do his best to have my car looking pristine. Unfortunately, my paint needs more than the three stage process required to fix its many imperfections. Knowing this, Joel refused to charge me because the results did not meet his expectations.This to me showed a level of pride in his work that no other detailer had ever showed me. For this reason, @ The Car Wash will forever have my business. Thank you Joel and staff.

They did amazing and timely work on my 370z. Made the black paint pop and literally as smooth as butter. Owners were super friendly and you could tell they really cared.

Also great experience at the carwash does a fine job and the gentleman that runs the place is very friendly and kind always willing to speak and say a kind word in an early morning wash a day world.. I would recommend this business highly

They did awesome! I believe her name was Angela who was just great. She completely understood what I wanted and even tweeked the set services for what I needed.I purchased my car used and uncleaned. Stranger germs, mess, and smell - yuck!My car was cleaned even better than I expected! They pulled no effort!I thought itd be mostly good and Id get the details after they were finished, but no need! They even got the icky sticky unknown substance from the console cupholders. Bravo I say, bravo. My sister could tell you how happy and surprised I was by the job so truly well done. Thank you!

Vehicle was sitting for 6+ months (due to a deployment) and took it to @The Car Wash for some TLC (tender love and care). Once I got it back, my truck looked like it had just come off the dealerships lot. Thanks and I will most definitely be returning. The attention to detail is immaculate. If they feel they cant do the vehicle justice they will continue until it meets their standards. You will not be disappointed at all!!!

Ive been coming to @the Car Wash for a hand wash for a least a year now and I am always so pleased with their service! Great attention to detail and reasonable prices. Recently I came to them to get my new car tinted and it looks great!! I am very happy that I chose @the Car Wash to tint my car.Also, their team is great to work with. Joel is super nice and always acknowledges me, by name, even if he is not the one who is directly assisting me. Angela was very knowledgeable in explaining the different options for tint films that they provided, which led me to select the Obsidian film. There was also a very friendly gentleman that was present to assist me when I dropped my car off for the appointment. I will continue to come to @the Car Wash for as long as I am in the Fredericksburg area.

My vehicle is black and every little thing shows. The Car Wash took care of the swirls, scratches, and dullness. The leather was conditioned to a buttery softness and the shine is about 6 miles deep.

My experience at the Car Wash was phenomenal. Joel was able to fit me in for an full interior detailing and shampoo appointment the same week and Angela took great care of me once I arrived. She clearly explained all the services that were going to done and communicated with me every step of the way! She even recommended some great food spots for me to try while I waited for my car to be done! My car hadn’t been detailed in about 4-5 years and was FILTHY, but Joel and his team were able to restore it to almost brand new. I will definitely be back!

The staff was great and they did a really great job on detailing my car inside and out. I will definitely be back again. The only issue I had is that I had an appointment at 9am and wasnt able to get into the office till approximately 930am when the gentleman that was working the carwash came over to get into the office and found the office locked. Thankfully he helped me and pulled my car in so the staff could get started. Car was still ready during the expected time frame.

Great place for a no-contact wash. Doesnt get stuck-on things like bird droppings or sap, but does a good job otherwise.

Best in the area. If it were brushless, it would be a 5 star establishment. Detailing and other services like ceramic coating are top quality as well.

Initially their schedule was full but unknown to me, I was put on a call back list. The next day they had a cancellation and called me right back to fit me into their schedule. Im a mom of twin 3 year olds with a full work week and a disabled husband so finding time to clean the car doesnt happen. And anyone with kids knows what it can look like. Thats why Im giving them 5 stars. I mean wow! My car was spotless. There were two stains on the floor in the back that they couldnt completely remove, but you could barely see it. And I only paid for the interior, but they did an exterior wash also. It was so much better than I thought it would be. Definitely worth it. I plan to come back for a spring cleaning.

Fantastic! I made a last minute appointment for a complete detail and wash to prep my car to ship overseas. The staff clearly described my options and limitations based on my timeline. My car was in terrible shape between my dog and 2 kids. They transformed my car in 5 hours - extremely happy. Staff at the Baltimore VPC (shipping agency) said the car looked fantastic - passed the inspection with flying colors.

I wanted to get in for a last-minute full detail and exterior wash, and Joel and his staff were nothing but accommodating! They got me in first thing on a Saturday morning, and my car was done sooner than I expected. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and my car looks brand new again. They even got some blue staining out of my cream colored leather seats from jean rub - phenomenal! We are bringing my husbands car back this week and I will absolutely be back again myself.

Stopped here as it had good ratings and was open and close to our hotel. It did a decent job of washing the car or so we thought until we were at our next stop and saw the scratches all down the drivers side of our car. Wish we had realized earlier and could do something about it. CAR WASHERS BEWARE CHECK YOUR CAR!

Loved the service. I wish I would have done this sooner. Have a van that went through 4 kids with sports, vacations, etc. It had tan seats that I have tried to clean before but couldnt get them clean and they did a great job. Got is most of the nooks and crannies. Will repeat a visit with my Suburban.

It was inexpensive and quick. Not the best car wash but gets the dirt off.

They were able to get me in and out relatively quickly. An hour or so. The receptionist was very friendly, thorough, and gave me all the instructions I needed after I had my floors shampooed. The lady who cleaned the floors did a great job af well. I think her name was Paula. Waiting area was clean.
