Paid for the $60 detail and my back window wasnt cleaned, wheels still dirty, pollen still all around the outside windows, truck lining and front hood lining. Inside of the vehicle besides window looked okay but exterior you’d be better off going through a car wash. The staff was all very friendly but services provided were poor.

I had to clean the console, and clean the floor mats at home. I paid $33.95, and my kid could do better job than the one they did to my car. First and last time that I will go there.

My business with Santa Fe Car Wash started with an online request for quote which was answered within 2 hours. I was quoted $230 dollars for a hand wash, interior basic touch up, 2 stage wax, and clay bar. This is for a Jeep Wrangler 4 Door. I then called about 1.5 weeks later and made an appointment.When I arrived I confirmed with the valet you drop off the vehicle with that this was hand wash and I was getting what I requested. I was handed a slip which had the wrong total on it but was assured that I was getting what I wanted and it was a simple computer error which would be fixed inside. I go inside and the front desk receptionist tells me that the quote was in error and for my size vehicle and it was actually $250. Everyone makes mistakes, so I did not fight this and paid. I asked again to confirm that this was a hand wash, look up, and the vehicle as already gone through the automatic car wash. The manager comes by and expressed that he was sorry, that there was some confusion, but they do not offer hand washes below 43 degrees. I informed him the only reason I was there was for the hand wash and I had both asked, emailed, and made an appointment for a hand wash. He again expressed condolences, offered future coupons, and said he would ensure everything else would be perfect.An hour later they call, I miss it, and I respond an hour after the call. I was told the manager wanted to speak with me but that he was busy and would call me in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, I call back, still didnt speak to the manager, but was told the manager wanted to confirm what I wanted done. After that I was told it would be done in about 30 minutes.2 hours after that phone call, I call back asking if my vehicle was ready. They told me that they were almost done and it would be when I arrived. At arrival, I spoke with the manager wanting to know what I had actually been charged for. The manager stated that he took the time to look at my email, noticed what had went wrong, and spoke to the valet person who took my vehicle about the mistake. I expressed that I understood their policy not to offer hand washes below a certain temperature due to ice, but I simply would have rescheduled if I had known. The manager responded that since he missed my call he upgraded me to the full superior bumper to bumper package which also included interior detailing that I did not pay for, provided coupons, and personally went with me to the vehicle to inspect it. Finally, he asked me for a Google review - which I respect since this experience obviously didnt go as plan.As far as the wash goes, the exterior looks pretty good but there remains some dirt on the bumper and in the wheel wells I was surprised about. I did not bring this up to the manager as honestly I just wanted to go home. The areas which were waxed looked great and many pinstripes were removed. The inside of the vehicle was so damn clean and shiny I wasnt sure I wanted to drive it and risk soiling any of it.Will I go back? Questionable but I respect the manager trying to make this up to me and even more so asking for an honest review.

They charge me for extra add-ons and dont follow through. I pay to have my center console cleaned and my doors wiped down and they dont do any of it. They hardly vacuum the back floorboards as well. I shouldnt have to come home and redo everything that I paid them to do.

I just got my SUV detailed. Ramon did the detailing. My SUV looked like it came directly off the manufacturing line. He got every nook and cranny. The leather shined and my carpets were spotless. Great job!

First time there but not that great. Car wash was not busy. When I asked how it worked as first time there, employees acted like I asked a strange question. I specifically asked about the vacuuming as that is what really needed and when got to car, poor vacuuming job done and could visibly see areas not cleaned. Will find another car cleaning service next time.

My newest vehicle is a 2003 and the oldest are 1988,1990,1993. I get the Coyote and ask for a Senior Citizen discount and get the inside wiped down and the grit of the outside of the vehicles. Cannot beat the price for services offered and received.

This place is a joke. They have a lock on the local market. Went in and paid $30 for a full service car wash they don’t tell you that that doesn’t include vacuuming anything but floors that takes a higher package the doors aren’t wiped down that takes a higher package. Windshield still had bugs all over it I guess that took a higher package including getting the bugs off the front of the car. Make sure you know what they are going to do before you waste your money here.

Amazing restorative paint job! Everyone knows black cars are the worst for showing scratches and defects but after leaving my car for the day my 2017 Challenger looked brand new! Awesome!

I paid $46 for their best car wash - exterior and interior with the car mats included as a an additional cost. When i got into my truck, the entire dash and the top of the steering column was still dusty. They did vacuum the console out but it was not wiped down at all.

Great experience guys are extremely polite and there new parking lot looks amazing done by affordable asphalt.

I dont know if somebody else has taken it over or theyve just improved but 100% satisfaction they were busy but it was quick I was in and out

Had may 2010 Subaru detailed with the Bumper 2 Bumper package. OMG when I arrived back to pick up the car it looked exceptionally good! Travis the technician came out and explained a few things about the job and recommendations for the future. Definitely a great customer experience and a place that I would highly recommend if you need your vehicle professionally detailed.

This was my first time comming there and I was very disappointed!! I got the enchilada today and when I got in my car which you could tell was a very fast rush job. It was still filthy!! The console was not cleaned there was still dirt on dashboard the windows were streaked no air freshener was put in and the doors werent done and there was still dirt on my car!! I will never use this place again or refer to anyone!!!

The team that wipe down your car after it comes out of the washer, are starting to lack in performance (lazy!) I dont care attitude. I ask that they revisit certain areas that still had water drops all over.

Price is ok, staff is friendly, but the service is unsatisfactory. The exterior of the car looked fine, some minor things but I dont mind, getting a machine to wash your care is not perfect and thats ok; what I do mind is the poor job they did on the vacuuming. The back seats of my car look horrible, like the guy just vacuumed around the dirt leaving zebra strikes of dirt. I know they offer 48hr guarantee on their services, but I dont care. If they cant do it right the first time, why should I trust them to do a good job the second time around. Its a shame, theyre in a convenient spot, and like I said prices are fair, but I wont recommend this place to anyone that cares about a job well done.

This place is a joke! I will never come here ever again! How do you price your stuff on cleaning part of the car. If I pay for a package it has to include everything not just one part here and another part there. The fact that vacuuming is included and they still didn’t get it done correctly. My 2018 Honda accord was damaged at this car wash. Recently three of my wheels were scratched when I let Santa Fe wash my vehicle. (None of my wheels had any scratches prior to them handling the car) Even after I pointed out the damage to store management and escalated it to their corporate headquarters I was told that they would assume no responsibility for the damage to my vehicle. Buyer beware!

This place was amazing. We are from out of town but I so wish we had one at home! Our truck was so dirty and we paid for the premium exterior wash. I asked before we picked if it could be sent through the wash a second time if it was still dirty. The guy helping us didn’t even bat an eye. He said it could go through until it was clean. He held to that and not only sent it back through the wash but redid the detailing on the tires, grill, running boards, and everything! Customer service was amazing! Even gave us coupons to come back if we’re ever in the area again!

We had some communication issues initially around what I needed and the time needed to complete it, but after we sorted that out, they got my car right into their schedule and did a fantastic job. It had about a years worth of dog hair. Huskies shed a lot! It also had an awful odor from my family forgetting to toss out a bag that had a cheeseburger in it. You can imagine the smell of that sitting in a black car for a week in the summer. Mr. Danner and his technicians got it all out - no hair, no smell, nothing. The car hasnt been this nice in a couple of years. Well be back!

They seemed understaffed or maybe the employee we dealt with was new and in need of more training. The initial appt was made, but had to be changed bc of weather. Thats when it became messy. No one knew about our new appt. Tried to tell me i made it for Fri not sun. Then told 3 hours, 5.5 hours later, still not done. I think they double booked that time. Room for improvement.Also, work/clean rating 90% definitely some missed opportunities.

The time I was there was short and the quality showed it. Paid for basic interior clean with windows, dashboard wipe down and vacuum. Looks like a 2 year old did the job. Not going to return.

Worst customer service!! Scratched my new vehicle and was blatantly told by the assistant manager that there was no way it happened there. Asked for the manager and was denied, asked for the owner and again denied! Took my vehicle to a close by detail/carwash and they fixed it, no questions asked and no charge!! BBB complaint still pending. Forego this place!!

Bless these guys... I gave them a years worth of build-up from a six-year-old, 2 dogs, and a rugby player who all live down a long dirt road. It took a while to get all of that life out of my fabric seats, but now I get to enjoy the fresh off the lot look and smell. They didnt cut corners to save time and it was definitely worth the wait. Really kind staff, good price, and will become an annual visit.

Absolute waste of money. I paid for full service, ultimate to get a dirty car back. Despite telling the kid multiple times that I had full service and it was still dirty, I just left. Pictures speak for themselves.

I took my sons car in last weekend. The car was so dirty you could barley see the rims. I honestly dont know if he ever washed it. Steven took care of the car. I was shocked when I picked it up. It looked like a new car. He went into great detail to clean the car. He was very professional and he takes excellent care of your car. I took my own car today and I asked Steven to do the detailing. Once again he did an outstanding job. My car looks great. The wax job was beautiful. My car looked beautiful inside and out. Best place to take your car. Ask for Steven you wont be disappointed.

So my wife and I are from Pennsylvania in town visiting my mother for the weekend. I really wanted get a light buff done on my jeep. Not familiar with any of the places around Fredericksburg I turned to Google, no this place didnt have the highest stars rating but I also knew it was a place that did a high volume of car washes each and every day. So a average of 3 out 5 stars wasnt a complete turn off for me. I arrived in the parking lot and was greeted by two employees who were extremely helpful and got me the option I was looking for. $99 for a simple 2 step wash and wax. Joe was the guy who did my jeep, and let me say amazing! He explained everything to me he was doing, he took his time and it turned out superb. I was so impressed when finished I immediately went and took my mothers car down have Joe do it also. All the staff was super friendly also, but ask for Joe if you want a clean looking ride!

After my car ran through the wash I noticed it was still very dirty. Travis went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied and happy customer. He ran my car through again and asked the other workers to make sure that it was taken care of. On top of that he gave me a coupon that I tried not to take but he insisted. I grew up on encouraging local businesses, my whole family will go the extra miles just to support local business especially in this dire times. I am a regular at the his car was and I wash my car now less and less simply because of the service they provide. I was told that I need to speak to the owner and complain, yet, I am a great believer that the owner himself should be aware of what’s going on in his business at all times. It’s true it’s impossible for any business owner to be at his place of business at all times, yet, they all should have someone competent, capable and above all taking care of business while the owner is not there. I try always to get the best deal washing my car simply because I don’t like to get things done half way, why should I wash the outside without taking care of the inside. However, there will be 10 guys taking care of me car and they always rush into finishing without taking care of what I paid for. Either they forget to clean up he inside of the car well or they just ignore the whole thing and they claim they got me confused with other cars. I wish ONLY ONE TIME, I will wash my car and it’s done perfectly clean. When I complained to the leader out b the wash machine, he tried to sell me a complete detail job on my car for $170 . Why should I pay for hat much for a detail job and I already see the quality work here guys will do!!!!!!!I only can recommend one thing to he owner. If you truly care about your business, I highly recommend you seriously think out of the box for a solution to the job your guys do especially when you’re there. Why don’t you disguise really good as one of the customers and walk into your car wash while you’re supposedly not there and see what kind of job your guys will do. Or better yet, if you’re too busy, get a mysterious shopper to walk away not your car wash with a dirty filthy car and just listen to what he had to say about the service. I wish you best of luck, but I got tired arguing with your guys about not cleaning my car properly.

Joe did the detail work on my 2014 Acura and it looked like it was new. What a wonderful job. I will request Joe in the future.

I typically do not write bad reviews but this place was horrible. I paid for a two stage wax, carpets shampooed, and inside of the car vacuumed etc. They chipped the paint all over the front of the car, did not shampoo or vacuum the car. They did not even touch the inside. When I called to complain all they offered was to redo the car. Which is not satisfactory due to all the damage they have already caused. 0/10 would not recommend ever coming to the place. I hope my review can help someone out.

This place does pretty good work. They used to take care of us veterans however something happened and now they only offer us a discount twice a week which happens to be the days of the week most of us are at work. I would drive past many other car washes to come here specifically for that reason but I may have to stop a little sooner now.

Overpriced car wash

Just paid for a simple wipe down and vacuum. These great people went above and beyond. I live in King George and it is DEFINITELY worth the drive to these guys. Highly recommended! Thanks yall!

Wife purchased an unlimited Car Wash pass for Fathers Day. Decent value for what you get. Having the car vacuumed and windows cleaned is a nice benefit and the car wash itself is what youd expect from a automated car wash, but dont expect much from the hand dryingMore often than not my vehicle has time to air dry and the drying crew just runs a towel over it. Also, with my pass I get my tires and wheels cleaned. They really dont clean the wheels, just run a towel over them quickly to say they did it and the silicone that they wipe on the tires is put on too thick and by the time you leave the parking lot it has sprayed back onto your now clean vehicle.

Missed a couple spots cleaning but mostly good

2nd time visiting; service is below standard. Rims were not cleaned aftet exiting wash. Manager stated it would be done by hand afterwards and in fairness offered to correct if I was not satisfied. Noticed the folks only cleaned the parts of the rims that were visible and only noticed after arriving home. Management needs to improve quality control and ensure the job is done right the first time, otherwise it is a waste of time and money; do it yourself and save yourself time, money, and aggravation.

If you have the patience to wait 20 minutes so the two guys can do the vacuuming, feel free. 8 cars deep in the vacuum lane, two people vacuuming and moving slow as ice in winter. The other lane which doesnt include vacuuming is wide open. Completely illogical.

They did a great job on my truck this morning. I got the ultimate wash for $30. They offered a military discount as well, so it was a little less than that. But my truck came out clean, and the guys outside went over the truck thoroughly. The tire shine and wheel cleaning is the best part of the finished product.

Great service. Came in this morning with my truck that has been sitting. The truck came out and still had a bunch of black stuff all over from where it had been sitting. The manager, David, came to speak with me and let me know that the stuff didnt all come off because it had been sitting, and it would require a more thorough prep before the wash. He took it around and rewashed it for free, and worked on getting it all off prior to the wash. It came out looking so much better. Thank you for the service. I will be back.

Did not get what you paid for. Paid for premium service and machine was clearly wrapped up/not working/dispensing paid for product/chemicals. I notified store (twice) and was told it was working.

I stopped in yesterday, September 1, and the service was great. I normally run my car through the cheaper options in town, but I was in Central Park and decided to give Santa Fe a try. I am glad I did. The wash was great and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I saw they offer detail services but I didnt have time yesterday. I will be back to try one of their packages.

Just stopped in for a quick wash. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. They do a wonderful job of cleaning and dry your vehicle. Definitely recommend this establishment.

Fairly priced, kind staff, but unreliable service time estimates. I was told 1.5 hours for my appointment and had to tell them not to finish after 2.5 hours because I needed to leave for another appointment. Staff was understanding and did their best to compensate for the inconvenience.

Joe did an awesome job detailing out my daughters car who has kids. Ya, if you have kids, you know how horrible things can Get. Joe went above and beyond making it look awesome.

Came in yesterday, Sunday February 24, and they looked to be pretty short staffed. The wait time was a little longer than hoped for, but they explained that the weather had forced them to make staffing changes for the day. Nonetheless, despite the wait, my car looked great when it was finished. They walked me around the car and made sure everything was done to my liking. I was very pleased with the quality of was and service yesterday.

This is the best car wash anywhere. It is as if your car gets detailed with every wash. If you are in a rush this is not the place for you. Each car is impeccably wiped down and vacuumed. There is always a coupon to be found for half price. Every Tuesday is half price for seniors over 62 y.o. They also consistently have the lowest prices on gasoline.Thanks

I want to start by saying that I never review places. But I want to share my empathy for the people who work here.The heat today is unbearable. I watched these guys outside busting their butts in this heat. The manager was outside with them, which I appreciate as he works alongside the others in this weather.I watched a guy cuss out the employees because he was told he had a little more time on his detail. It wasnt ready, but he started picking it apart. The employees just continued smiling and helping. He finally got in his car and left, clearly angry but for no reason. I watched another customer pick at everything, and the employee continued helping. I mention this because these people probably flood businesses with poor reviews, but its not deserved. These guys are working in miserable conditions and maintaining a pleasant attitude.As for my vehicle. I thought the quality was great. My car stays pretty clean, but I could certainly tell that everything that was supposed to be done got done, and got done well. I know days like today are difficult, and I just wanted to share that you guys do a great job, and deal with people in a manner that the owner and managers should be proud of. Dont let a few people get you down. Keep up the great work.

Came in this morning and the finished product was great. You can tell the place is older and been around a while, but the car wash itself was great, which is all I really cared about. My car was a mess. Got the Ultimate Wash which was about $30 and the inside was thoroughly cleaned and the outside is shiny clean as well.

Came in today and it was the perfect day to come. They were having some sort of celebration and cooking food for the customers. Had a putting green in the lobby to give customers a chance to get free stuff. Definitely a lot of fun. Had my truck detailed and the product was great as well. Definitely a great experience and fun atmosphere.

I have been coming to Santa Fe for years now. Today, they added a very nice touch, which according to them they will be doing from now on. The guy out back at the vacuum area offered me a free bag to put the stuff from my center console in, so that they could add a wipe out of that area. This was great because when you get the inside vacuumed and the dash wiped, it doesnt look very clean if your center console area is still a mess. Nice addition to the service!

Had my car detailed this morning. Just picked it up and it looks great. This was my first time coming in and I think I found my new detail shop. I was concerned that some stains on my seat wouldnt come out. You would never know that they were there.

I was there on Tuesday 5/7/19. Great experience! I had the orbital wax service down by Ramon. I’m very particular about my vehicle so I brought my own Maguires premium wax. I was very impressed with Ramon’s attention to detail and he welcomed any questions that I had. The staff there is great especially Valerie at the front desk. I have been coming here for a while now. I have always had pleasant experiences here. Been on their monthly plan for about a year now. My only complaint is that sometimes the lines are long, but it typically moves pretty good. If you want to be the first car there for a detail, dont make the mistake I did and show up at open on a Saturday. I got there right at 9 and there were already 4 cars in front of me, so I just got my normal wash and will have to come back another day for a detail.

I bought a Whole Enchilada which was to include vacuum and wipe down of interior. I even moved my childrens car seats to the trunk so all the crumbs could be properly removed. When I got my car back, I could still see several crumbs all over the back seat. When I moved my daughters blanket from the floor, the area had not been touched at all. It was FILTHY! When I went to sit in the drivers seat, my entire center console was a MESS! The only thing that had been vacuumed was the front and passenger seat floor. I would have complained but my son was cranky and ready to go. I have never been so disappointed at a car wash before. I could have done a better job myself.
