My sister uses this car wash so I figured Id give it a try. I bought the platinum wash and figured Id be good to go. Once done I jumped in my truck and left. Once I stopped at the Gas Station I noticed everything that was missed. My middle console wasnt touched, it looks like they didnt vacuum much and they didnt apply any shine to the running boards or trim in the back. I left an empty McDonalds cup in the rear cup holder it was still there afterwards. Ive attached a few pictures. why didnt you go back? good question I was already down route 1 on Friday at 445. Too much. I plan on calling tomorrow and hopefully it was just big mistake and they take care of it. Ill update then.

I love this car wash. The service is great. They are friendly and attention to detail is what brings me back time after time. The General Manager Jim is great. He remembers me everytime I come and always says its another day in paradise. Always friendly.

They do a great job! I had Mac N Cheese in between my side of the seat and the middle console from my kid and they got it all out and my car looked like new.

I have always had my vehicles detailed. We just recently moved to the area and Mine Road Carwash was recommended. I have tried them once before and they did a poor job. I had to ask them to come back out 3x!!! I paid for the 5star which includes most of your detailing needs. I decided to give them another chance today and same poor experience. No recommended.

They are slow as hell in this place! Also, I dont take my daughter here anymore because the place reeks of cigarette smoke. The owner sits in there and puffs on cigarettes while the detailers struggle to keep up.This is not the 1970s, who still smokes inside of a building. I will not spend another dime in this place!

I have never given five stars in any rating. The people who run and work at this carwash do a better job than any others Ive used, and for less cost. Best value in the Fredericksburg area. Its that simple.

I made an appointment for a carpet and seat cleaning for a Friday. I was called on Thursday to reschedule my appointment because they said they were planning to be closed due to the weather. There was a chance of snow but not supposed to amount to anything and ended up being rain. Anyway, I rescheduled for Sunday at 10. I show up and they are closed. There were signs outside saying closed but the open hours are at 9. So I waited for 10 minutes just in case someone was running late but no one showed up so I left. It was raining on this Sunday also. So Im not sure, maybe their closing policy means theyre only open on sunny days and closed for rain and snow. But either way, I was not contacted at all to be told for a second time that I should reschedule because they would be closed. Maybe they do a fantastic job when theyre actually open for appointments, but I wouldnt know.

Your car is clean again, but both times I went I also purchased items and tipped very well, because I understand this young people have to roll, and its cold. But you know what your job is. My vehicles are not bad on the inside at all when I took my mothers Lincoln town and my dads Silverado I had to do my windows, could not smell air freshener I asked for either time. I had do touch vacuum not alot but still.

Love this place. Many affordable options for detailing, and they did an amazing job. I had some mysterious brown crust hardened onto the seat and carpet and they got it all out--not even a trace left behind! They also have very considerate service. Would definitely recommend!

Ive been to every car wash is spotsylvania and this particular one is hands down the best quality wash in town. A true 5 star experience from the quality of the machines used all the way down to the staff who makes sure to clean every square inch . Highly recommend!!

Prices are the best in town. Only downside is that they do take there time with each car so you might have to wait a little bit. But it is completely worth the wait to have a good clean car.

Made an appointment for my wife as a mothers day present. She waited for 45 mins for someone to be there and no one showed up. It was a major MAJOR inconvenience for us as we had to remove car seats and arrange different drop off days at our daycare.DO NOT USE THIS AUTO SPA.They do not care about your business, appointment, and must not be hurting for money because they dont care to keep customers. Weve had one car serviced there and loved it but were done at this point.

I had to make an appointment for gold detailing weeks in advance. Called the day before to see if I could drop off the car and got voicemail. Fine, it was a cold rainy afternoon. Showed up at my appointed time today and there was no one there. When I made the appointment there was no statement of rain or shine, and they have indoor bays for detailing. No return of phone calls. Not trusting my cars to people who cant treat customers well.

I can only sum Mine Road Auto Spa up in one word - AMAZING!!!! My car comes out looking like new every time!!! Extremely impressed with the way they clean every inch of my interior and windows!! As a frequent and loyal customer, I cant imagine going anywhere else!!

Go inside grab a cup of complimentary coffee and take a seat in the waiting area where you can catch a peak at the news on the lobby tv, shop for car products or watch your vehicle as it passes through the wash on its way to the expert hand detailers. Excellent car wash membership deals for sale at the cashiers desk. Very nice place. Good value for the service, and they even cleaned the panoramic sunroof in my SUV. However, they didnt vacuum the third row floor nor they vacuumed the trunk. Staff was friendly enough to correct that after the wash. Also I noticed that they didnt fold the side mirrors in my car and the car before mine in the automated wash.

Great price and really good work. I was happy though they didnt clean between seat and middle console. So good, but bot excellent. Still, worth the money !

Visited this car wash to get the salt off my SUV after our snow bouts, and I was not very impressed. I paid for a Gold package (second to best package offered), plus $2 for an SUV, $5 tip, and the service was less than mediocre.Salt debris still visible on the tail gate, bird poop on rear view mirrors. While the vacuumed, I still had dirt/crumbs between the seat and console, did not vacuum under driver or passenger seats, and didnt even open the trunk to vacuum.Will only come back to use remainder of gift card ($50 for $35), unless something drastically changes.

This was my first experience having a car detailed. While it looked LOADS better coming out than the mess I dropped off, I have to say that I was a little disappointed with the attention to detail on my Platinum detail. The console received the least amount of attention but there are various other places that still have crumbs/debris, and the speedometer dash and rearview mirror dont appear to have been cleaned. Dont get me wrong, the car is 1000 times better than I could have done for myself, but it is lacking for the price you pay for a professional.

I have been here a couple times and will be happy to return as long as they keep doing a great job. Its quick and they get me out of there is a hurry. Not to mention the car is gone over thoroughly and always comes back looking very clean.

Great price, $5.99, for an external wash. Good wash too as they put a sheath over my rear window wiper blade and even hand cleaned the wheels. Shiny stuff!

I got the silver wash for $20They failed to clean my cup holders but when the guy delivered my car he mentioned that he liked them...he was gunning for a tip...here’s a tip: clean the car. Especially because I always tip $20 on top of the price when they do good work, but I guess no one else tips so I’ll pay for a $40 wash next time and see if the service is better.I did like that they had OAN on in the waiting area and it’s old school where you can watch your vehicle go through the wash, so I gave an extra star for those things.

Paid a bunch of money for a poor detailing job. didnt clean the inside of the back windows...there were simple smudges there that couldve been wiped clean with a paper towel. My rear view mirror didnt get cleaned and there was still dust on all the dials in front of the steering wheel. A few other things that I thought couldve been cleaner. Took all day which wasnt a big deal but my seats were still a little damp when I drove it home. dont come here if you want your car spotless.

This place does a good job but you have to make sure to ask to have your inside windows ( including the back and back sides) to be washed!

Nope.I dropped of my van for a gold detail at 9am. They had the van all day. When I arrived at 530pm, they were still working on it.I checked the roof to see if they had waxed it yet, and mentioned it to the person that it was still dry. The cashier told me hes the best, and I assumed he would get it.I walked off and waited until he was done. At 610pm, my van was ready. I checked the roof again, and still dry. I told the guy, and he told me he got to the places he could reach, which wasnt very high, because it was all unwaxed.They told me to return the next day so they could correct it... But they had the van for 9 hours.The cashier offered to take off the oversized fee, but still rang me up and forgot to apply my coupon for $20 off.When I got home I noticed it hasnt been buffed out and the back door was not waxed. Bummer. $130 for a 15 min job.Whatever. Getting a car detailed in fxbg is hit or miss. Definitely not recommending this place.

Had huge Yukon XL detailed by Dante and what an amazing job. It looks like it is straight off the showroom floor. Looks sooo good. We are very inpressed and have very high standards.

I brought them a very dirty SUV and asked them for a complete rehab. I asked them for a Platinum detail and paid the SUV markup. I also included a letter stating that if they needed more time to do more work I would pay for it. I even said take another day if you need it. The car was completely empty. To their credit the seats look good and the carpets came out well. Where they get two stars is the failure to get the obvious marks and stains out on the vinyl. I opened the back and asked one of the employees why they could did not get the marks out of vinyl in the rear area. I was told “they did not come out”. I opened the back window and the seal is still filled with dirt and dust.I went out and bought a bottle of Griotts’s Interior Cleaner and microfiber towel. I started scrubbing and the spots came out. I would have expected the instrument cluster where the buttons and dials for AC and stereo would have been cleaner. It is obvious they were not treated. A quick toothbrush and some cleaner and they just glisten.In the end – the outside looks great. The seats are better however I may go back after them myself. The carpets look great. However, it is the small details that count in detailing a car. I gave them the time and opportunity – instead they chose to turn a quick buck. For that two stars.

I got the $12.95 full service. They have long lines, it took about a half hour. my Mustang still had dirt around the tail lights even though they say they hand dry it ... I guess for 13 bucks what can you expect.

Paid $35 for wash, wax, and vacuum. The wash was ok, didnt even looked like they touched the inside of my car. The stuff they put on your tires to make them shine lasted about 2 hours. Waste of money and time, will continue to wash, wax, and detail my car myself.

Do not bring your car here!I spent over 200$ And this is what I discovered:Their concept of detailing the interior is to slop shine oil all over vinyl surfaces without thoroughly cleaning the beforehand resulting in dirt being glossed into the surfaces.There was grease leaking out of my vents for weeks afterwards.They clean only half of the windows and mirrors on the car.Their idea of steam cleaning is using a commercial shop vac which left the interior of my car saturated for about a week even with me leaving my windows cracked all day in the July heat. Everyday I would get into my car and have to wipe the interiors of all the windows dry due to the condensation.Whether its due to the shampoo, the shampoo, or the saturation your car will wind up smelling like a urinal puck.Side note on that shop vac: it has a metal head which Im sure is what resulted in receiving my car back with a corner chipped out of the shifting block.Exterior vinyl detailing consists of them leaving a mess of white wax all over any black exterior trim due to not watching what theyre doing with the wax buffer they use.Side note on that wax buffer: it shouldnt be used on a car that hasnt been cleaned thoroughly or possibly even clayed. Based on the cleaning job they do on the interiors before shining, you might as well just say screw off to your clear coat because you will be left with swirl marks due to them grinding dirt into the exterior of your car.I calmly left messages requesting to speak with the owner multiple times and was always told he was unavailable.During one of these calls I was placed on hold for 30 minutes which is actually someone telling you to hold, setting down the phone so you can listen to them dealing with customers for 30 minutes and then hanging up the phone without checking to see if youre on the line.I told them I just wanted a refund and would not follow through about the damages to my vehicle. They kept telling me to bring the car in so they could fix the job which 1) I did not have the time for since I am not local and 2) I would not take my car back to people that did such an awful job and actually damaged it.I had to file through my bank to get the money back, the interior of my car reaked for over a month afterward, I get to pay to fix the damage that was done to my car, and I still find traces of whatever they slopped all over the inside of my car.

Reasonable prices, fantastic service, friendly staff. Ill be a regular here from now on!

Absolute worst customer service and a horrible job. I have had charity washes do a better job on my car. Rude staff and Jim could care less about what you have to say. Also not friendly to first timers. Here is a tip.............you are not the only car wash in town. Would give no stars if allowed.
