Only car wash in town or surrounding area that cleans the way my OCD female self Loves!.! The whole crew is Awesome!

Ive used the car wash, but today I paid the extra $12 to have them clean the inside, windows, and vacuum. It looks amazing. I have a pretty large SUV and with 2 kids and dogs, they cleaned my ride to LIKE NEW condition. Very pleased with the crew, they were nice and prompt. From the guy at the first order station, to the guy cleaning my car, he walked around it with me to make sure I was happy! He got a tip! This is my GO TO place now and I will always pay the extra to get the inside done.

Was going to orginally give them a 5 star but has dropped to a 1 starThe outside of the car looks great but the interior is so bad I might has well have just went home and hit the inside with a hammer.They ended up burning my screen with what they use to clean the inside either with the chemicals or they just didnt wipe it all the way off and left there product on the screen.Went back since a manager said they could try to fix it but they just told me that its on the inside; even though this happened a day after I visited them, its also in a streakesque line (in images). What they did to fix the situation was wipe the screen a couple times and pretty much tell me too bad.Then ingeneral with the inside besides that is they didnt even wipe the passenger dashboard/side as in theres dust all over (image) and it only took them 2-3 minutes. That wasnt a main concern to me so wasnt even going to bring it up but correlates with them warping my screen.

Great car wash! Everytime I go, I am never left disappointed. Interior, exterior, windows, mats, floors, chrome wheels - everything is clean just the way I like it. The pictures below tell the story. They make my 12 year old truck look new! Pricing is beyond fair. Staff is awesome. Great idea to check them out and dont forget to review the unlimited wash packages.

We went through the wash the first time, and it didn’t really get as clean as I’d hoped. Spoke with the staff, and he ran me through again and went the extra mile to get it clean. I wish all businesses would take care of their customers the way these guys do. Well done! Highly recommend. (Also, pay a little extra for the bug scrub. It’s worth it)

Dan was very helpful and informative about the plans. The two gentleman who cleaned the car did an outstanding job! Even took the time to hand clean/buff out some mysterious smudges on the fenders and doors. This is a brand new car, and they made it look newer! Thanks!

The new system they put in does an excellent job of getting your car clean. The tires come out looking like they have been deep cleaned and a type of armor all put on them. Best automatic car wash on route 3 at this point. Highly recommend!

Nick, the manager on duty, and Dalton did a wonderful job today helping me out with an issue. My debit card was not working and they made sure to take care of me as I come here often. Both went above and beyond the call of duty. I definitely will be returning.

Took my muddy 2006 chevy 2500 pickup there. They cleaned the inside and outside in under 20 minutes, 4 cars ahead of me too. Looked great after they they towel dried it. Glass was crystal clear and smelled good inside too. With free air freshener and military discount was very happy with service and price.

I was a little late to write this review but I definitely wanted to give a shout out to Alec for doing an amazing job. Alec was very efficient and even triple checked with me that everything was cleaned to my liking! Very nice!

This was my first time taking advantage of their $10 full service add on and all I can say is WOW!!!! This may be the best $10 Ive ever spent.Everyone was so efficient and so thorough. It would have taken me 2 hours to do half as good of a job as they did. I am so impressed. My car looks amazing. Ive been here twice and was very happy both times. I pulled in to the @ the car wash in central park, saw that it was $10 for the basic wash and new I could get a basic wash for half that at route 3 car wash. And so I did! Complete with free self serve vacuuming! Very convenient, very well priced. Well worth it! Thank you!

Great service! The attendant answered all my questions and the technician who finished up my car did a great job - wiped everything down, vacuumed thoroughly.

Went by today with my minivan that has been through a rough summer of childrens activities. Rene and Jose did an incredible job vacuuming out every inch of that interior and exceeded all my expectations. If you want to know if its worth Full Service I would say hands down yes everytime. Best car wash in Fredericksburg hands down. Daniel made sure everything was perfect and to my liking. Only car wash place in Fredericksburg I use.

Wash is more expensive, with less value. Vehicle came out with tires still dirty, bugs on front, and the attendant never even wiped all the water off. I had to wipe the front grill off myself to get the bugs off and then the guy put tire shine only on half the wheel. So when he got done, I had half a tire of mud and half tire shine. Really not worth the $32.00 for a full service that I had to do half the work. 🙄

I took my car to get the full service and the mats were left dripping wet and the carpet didn’t even look like they tried to vacuum it.

My friend moved to Richmond, but MUST stop at Rt3 every time he goes to NoVA. They run a hell of a car wash out here folks.

Excellent service. They try to move the lane quickly. I own the pass so I go several times a week now that the pollen is so bad.

You can’t go through more than once a day, and they close before 8. Those two facts bug me most. I only come a few times a month, but sometimes I need to go again. Nope. Also, due to my work schedule, I get there like 745. Well they are not open to wash cars until 8 as advertised. Also, many days they are closed even though the schedule says they are open all 7 days of the week. I’ve been told it’s for training, weather (even suspected will cause them to close), etc. this will be the last month of our membership.

I love the service I get from here, especially Daniel Kaufman. No matter how busy, how hot, how cold there is always a smile and a good job is done. There is attention to detail and Daniel is always recommending what I should be adding to my basic wash.

We run our car through every week. Does a good job and even if a line it goes quickly. We always get the basic wash and no complaints.

Very nice facility and friendly employees. They do a decent job on your vehicle. Only suggestion is that they rotate and clean their wiping and drying cloths more often.

Came in today for a full service car wash and Rene did an outstanding job making sure my car looked like it just came off the show room floor!

My first time there so I entered the exit. LOL. Dont use the pull in closest to Route 3. Once I got sorted out the attendant was super friendly and since my car was covered in chemicals from my drive through the snow she gave me a great wash suggestion and it only cost me 10 bucks. I was very pleased with the result.

My husband brought his truck here yesterday to be washed and I brought my car today. Cole and Luis cleaned our vehicles and did awesome jobs! We will definitely request them in the future. Gerome was also very attentive and kind to us when he noticed we didnt have any chairs to sit on and walked two over for us. Route 3 Car Wash has great employees and offers great services!

We have been visiting this business for several months this year. We used to go to an establishment located inside Central Park for years and they steadily went down hill and arent very polite or professional.We decided to give Route 3 a try and are glad we did! Completely different experience, all of their employees are very professional and very polite. I tend to have my vehicle washed at least 4-5 times a month so we do have a membership which if you use more than once a month it pays for itself!I havent had a negative experience to date with any of their car wash personnel. I did want to take this opportunity to recognize one of your employees; Cole L. He was very detailed in the Full Service option, even took care of the back inside hatch door seal area when I asked for a towel to do it myself. His hard work and extra attention was very much appreciated.Again all of the employees are top notch, he just edged passed the previous individuals a little today.

Pulled in not realizing it was a full service facility and was glad I stopped. Car wash itself was great but the full service part was even better. Nick cleaned the car meticulously, removed our all weather car mats scrubbed them and had them looking new, wiped all surfaces, vacuumed everything and shined the wheels. Thumbs up on this car wash and their staff!

I have been going to this car wash for many years without any incidents or complaints. Recently took my brand new truck through and after I got home found what I thought was scratches that was made by the car wash. The manager on duty Daniel came out and looked at my truck and discuss the scratches said they may be have been caused by a branch. Daniel went back inside got rubbing compound and wax and came out and rubbed the scratches out of my car

Just left Rt 3 car wash!! Max was our attendant and did a superb job! Best bug prep I have ever gotten. It was like a car wash before a car wash!

My car was dirtier coming out of their wash than going in. I asked the manager of I could run it through the wash again and he seemed impressed by the wash. My car had pollen all over the hood, door handles and the trunk. Terrible customer service. I recommend Rio Car Wash in Spotsylvania. Excellent customer service.Update: This is not a fake review as the owner had labeled my previous post. As shocked as you were to read my post, I was even more shocked to receive that level of service. I had been a happy customer of yours in the past and only switched to the Rio carwash due to proximity to my job.

I pulled up with my 2013 Black Cadillac xts4 luxury that looked like it fell in 10 feet of mud. Car was fully mudded!!! These guys did an excellent job on the car and wish they would post the pictures before and after. Car is new again!!! Thanks to all.

Outstanding Service Always! All the Employees are always very polite, and do great work. I like it now since they changed to whoever works on your car gets the tip. It used to be in a jar, and they would split the total at the end. Never liked that as everyone doesnt detail a car the same. There are certain guys there, that I will have do my truck or car, as they do it right!

The car wash is the best in town from places I have been. However you can have the best equipment and fail in a business. The people that work there are the most important. A lot of customers cant tell the difference from one wash to another, they return to this car wash because of the people they look forward to interacting with. So good job to rt 3 wash for having the employees in the perfect positions based on their Natural abilities and strong points. And not trying to change what the customers come to expect from your professional employees.
