Scheduled an appointment with Elijah to cut my son’s hair at 1215. He wasn’t there. The other barber who was in the shop called him and was told he was stuck in traffic. After waiting over an hour and a half and upon speaking to Elijah, he said we could come back at 4. We missed each other by phone but I text him back to confirm if we were still good for 4. Never heard back from him or the owner upon texting their phone number.

My son had appointments with James and we were very happy with the haircut

The place is neat and clean. Everyone looks and speaks professionally. And best of all, they cut really good hair with reasonable prices. They even have their own hair cutting school. I changed my barber after going to the same barber for 9 years(he moved) and contacted Faded & Co. They assigned Tahj to cut my hair and I am glad they did, he was great. Go see Tahj and you wont be disappointed.

I have known Antoine for four years and have been going to this barber shop for the same amount of time. Again and again, I have received great costumer service and an even better haircut. These guys at Faded & Co. are not only personable, but they can cut! If you are looking for a great atmosphere with experienced barbers, this is your type of spot!

Had the pleasure to come into a Black Own Business and I have to say I’m impressed. My guy Slim made me feel like I was at home. Not to mention his barber skills is on point. I’m from NY and the way slim cut my hair made me feel like I Was back at home in NY. I give them 10/10. Ppl if you are in VA area and in Fredericksburg VA go check out Faded and Co Barbershop. Antione Carey has been my barber for about 5 years now and I have never been dissatisfied by his service. Not only does he focus on professionalism as a barber but he also develops friendships with his clients. He also has appointments that can be scheduled on the app which is very convenient. Eventually Antione moved from his prior shop and then opened up his own shop and I followed. His business Faded & Company provides a family friendly environment. I have had the opportunity to receive a cut from his other barbers and they have also left me pleased with their service. If you’re looking for a barbershop to get a haircut, talk about last nights game or the latest album or just kick back and relax then I recommend Faded & Co.

Faded & Co is by far the best barber shop Ive ever been to. This company stands for so much more then just a Hair cut. Ive sat and listened as James aka Slim talked to my son about school, friends, life and all the things a role model would. As a mother is was refreshing to watch my son interact with James the way he did. Each barber takes pride in every cut which means your not in and out in 20 mins, they spend 45+ on each client. Also you can book appointments online at Booksy (download the app) which is super fast and easy. You get reminders sent when you book at Booksy which is nice also. Antoine has done something truly amazing for our community by opening this shop.
