There was a guy named Nathaniel and he just gave me the WORST HAIRCUT IVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! Not only Wil I never go back there but I’m telling everyone to avoid this shop at all cost!!!!! I am beyond angry at the quality of this haircut!!!! That man should not be able to touch a pair of clippers ever in life!!!

I was not impressed with my cut. Especially with the price I paid. Had to go to another shop. Other shop had vacuums on clippers so I wasnt even left with hair in my ears... And it was half the cost... Quality over cost

I was walking in n expecting to get a hair cut from this female barber that I was on the phone with before and thinking im going to get cut by her but instead this random dude said he got me so I was like it’s what’s ever then I’m getting cut n he finishes for number 1 he didn’t do what I asked witch was nothing off the top and a shadow fade on the sides he did not do that it wasn’t even close to that and my hair cut looked like it was cut last week I mean he just did a poor job and I’m not hating on the other barbers in there because I’ve got my hair cut there before but this one barber did poorly and he still charged me

I originally had my appointment at 12 with Chris and he said no problem he going to hook me with with the services. Before my appointment I called and let him know I was running 10 minuets late he said it’s not an issue. When I get there I’m waiting for over 45 minuets an he said you have an appoint? I said yes at 12, he said you know I have 2 other clients and cannot help you. I walked out after I wasted my time. I told him time is of essence and still bad customer service. I had an appointment and they still decide to service other people. I read the reviews prior and other said the same thing. I won’t be coming here again. I’m not the one to write reviews but after you make me wait 45 minuets after my appointment time to tell me you can’t help me how is that fair?

I brought my youngest son here and Mr. Dunn did a perfect job in doing his blow out type. U want style and skills i would definitely recommend coming here.

My partner had a terrible experience here. Paid for an Uber ride out there, they didn’t have her appointment recorded, didn’t offer any way to help or squeeze her in. She just had to leave and pay for an uber ride home. Really unprofessional.

I sent my husband there for a haircut and beard trim because I was so impressed with their Instagram page. He came home with the worst haircut I have ever seen. Its totally uneven, his edges are WEIRD and while the guy cleaned up around his beard, he did not trim it as he had been asked to. I am so disappointed with this place.

Excellent service great prices I had the privilege of having the general manager Tyrone cut me up and he did an excellent job and I now have a permanent barbershop!! I also highly recommend this shop to anyone of any age. 5/5 amazing barbers!

Friend of mine got his hair done last week and I’ve never seen such inexperienced looking work! He looks terrible! His line-up is way too high and far back and it looks like he has a shower cap on his head. Truly not impressed. Especially for a Barber in Virginia!

I went to The Gentlemens Club yesterday and Im happy to say Im pleased and will be coming back Tone did a really good job. Im originally from New York and when I moved here to VA 10 plus years ago its hard to find a good barber who actually care about there job. I highly recommend this barber.

I’m a white guy and didn’t really feel welcomed here. My barber talked on the phone the whole time and didn’t give a good cut at all. Spent 30 minutes running clippers over the same part of my head that had already been cut. I hope I just had a bad barber because this place has really good reviews.

Best barbershop on the east coast. I was going to this other local barbershop and they kept messing my line up. Ive sat in every barbers chair and they all perfected my cut with their own creative ways. The atmosphere was excellent with clean music playing and an entertaining movie on the tv. The wait goes by really fast. Id drive an hour if I had to just to get a cut from these guys. And two of the barbers are celebrity barbers.

Ive been going to this shop for the past 2 years and had my hair cut by all but 1 or 2 barbers (new & old). Hands down the best barbershop in the area. Young, fun & polite environment. Great for all ages male & females (undercuts & such). Well known & efficient. Book your appointments ASAP tho; because all of Fredericksburg knows how good these guys are!!!

Very expensive ($38) mediocre haircuts. Will not go back. Non-profesional atmosphere. Fade is somewhat ok. the barber did not want to cut the top and couldnt fade the corners properly.

Went there twice. Very religious gentleman. First haircut I received it was pretty decent then I went back and he messed up my whole head. I do not know if I will return.

Had a walk-in haircut. The barber was great. There were a lot of people who were just enjoying each others company and chatting instead of waiting for a haircut. That kind of company doesnt happen at a generic haircut outlet.

Just drove off. Came in as a new client relying on their Google reviews. Didnt know what to expect. Walked in and had minimal wait before Richard came up and asked if I had an appointment. I said no so he nicely said hed help and showed me to the chair. I had him take my full beard down to chin straps. I showed him a pic of the type of chin strap I wanted that they had on their wall. Richard hooked it up EXACTLY how I wanted. I couldnt have asked for a better beard shape up. He took his time and is detail orientated. He stayed focused on what he was doing. I cant speak for their haircuts personally (Im bald and this was my first time there) however I CAN say Richard exceeded my expectations and Ill be going back to him here next time I need my beard shaped up. Thanks brother.

Gentlemen Club Barbershop, maybe I dont understand, but I was referred here and when I brought my son, they said I needed an appointment. So I agreed ok let me make 1 for now, theres not a lot of people and 40 minutes until Closed and my son just wanted a close fade. I was told you cant make a n appointment for today, but for tomorrow. Ive noticed its difficult to get a haircut around Fredericksburg VA. I never found a Barber on that Saturday to cut my sons hair. I am Not Angry at The Gentlemens Club to make it clear, just sharing my experience...

Im definitely someone who doesnt let just anyone cut my hair. Awesome barbershop. Even if you live an hour away, its definitely worth the trip.

Go see Curtis, he is our family barber. All of the barbers are great and will keep ur cut tight. Normally u may find one barber still tweaking his skills or just bad. At Gentlemans Club they all have A+ skillz. Hit them up on style seat to secure a spot.

THE BEST barbershop in the Fredericksburg area, period. My go to barber is Tone, and let me put it this way- my wife is a hairdresser and I still go to him. I will gladly pay for a cut of such high standard.Tone even came out to my house before my wedding and cut all my groomsmen and Is hair. Hes the bomb.

Ive been getting haircuts every week for the last 7 years. Ive been to barbers in Cali, kansas, Missouri, Nevada, and the DMV. This is hands down the best haircut Ive ever received. I just got out of the military and didnt know what to do with my beard since I could never grow one. I got Shawn, and he hooked it up. No other barber shop Ive been to has any creativity like these guys do, theyll just do the bare minimum to get you out of their chair and on to the next customer. These guys take their time and do quality work to what they think will look good on each individual customer. I was lucky to get a walk in, but if youre going to go there, be sure go book an appointment because these guys are very understandably in high demand.

5 star cuts(see instagram) if I could give less than 0 stars for service, I would. Walked in, sat down, waiting to be called. An hour and a half goes by, people who just showed up are sitting down and getting cuts while Im still waiting. Theres no check in. No list. Its whoever they feel like cutting, they wave them back and they get cut while people, especially first timers, are left to sit in the waiting area until they closed. They have plenty of trophies and accolades on the wall, and hiding behind that is a small chalkboard which you would never see unless you were specifically looking for it, crudely written in chalk, telling you to speak up if you dont have an appointment(I didnt know it was MY job to manage YOUR clientele) . The only guy taking walk ins is gonna talk to his friends who are literally just hanging out there, then disappears out back on his phone until its closing time. Plenty of talent and experience cutting hair, but no one seems to understand how to run a business efficiently. Service completely ruins the experience. One good thing is theres a Jazz Cuts Barber across the street that can hook you up

The Gentlemens Club is by far one of the best if not the best place to get a haircut in the Fredericksburg Area. Doesnt matter which barber you get, all of them can cut any type of hair well. I recommend them to anyone whos just moved to the area.

BJ strikes again. First and last time i go. Didnt show up for morning appointment. Might be the best barber in the world but cant make it to work on time. If you dont care enough to show up on time...doesnt give customers confidence you care about their haircut. Read other comments Im not the only one who said this. Went to another barbershop and they saw me right away. Take ur $$ elsewhere.

Nice shop, but after I told the barber what I wanted, he took some creative liberities. The fade and detail was outstanding, but it was much to high and much shorter than what I had asked for.

They cut really well but Ive received poor customer service and late barbers the last three times I went. I went in for an appointment today and they told me that BJ straight up forgot that he scheduled an appointment with me. They almost made it seem as though it was my fault that he forgot to show up. They said yeah man, you shouldnt have called in on a Friday to schedule your appointment because its alot going on and he probably forgot. One of the other barbers told him that I was waiting and I was told BJ was at his house because he forgot to bring his clippers and that he only lived 15 minutes away....15 minutes turned into an hour and a half. This shop is never getting another dollar from me again. Im a business owner, my schedule is too tight, so I cannot continue to lose time and money on an establishment that doesnt respect their customers. I dont normally write reviews but their whatever attitude about the situation pissed me off.The previous time I went, my barber was late, so I went to someone else. The barber that I went to had just walked in and started eating, joking, and sitting around almost 30 minutes without acknowledging any of the waiting customers. I had to ask him if he was cutting or not. That was another 2 hour experience that should have only been 30 minutes to an hour at most.

Ok, before I went to the shop, I checked to see if they were open. To my surprise they were, so I thought. Before I got out of my car a guy came out and went back in. Didnt think anything of it. As soon as I get it the door, the same guy I suppose works there told me they were closed. Said they had an event in DC to attend and that they posted that bit of info on their website. Like I said, I checked before I left my house. Now, you could have told me that when you came outside and saw me getting out in front of the shop. Looked as though you all were just standing around and looking at me crazy while this dude is lying to my face. Somebody please tell me where I can find another barbershop in Fredericksburg for my sons. I cant deal with them anymore. Ive seen better and the only reason I stop there is because I dont like driving to MD when Im not working. Its a few in there that are ok. But didnt see them when I came in so I guess the clown show was working today. Never again. I will cut my own sons hair before I go back there. Sure they will recognize the face.

Second time I have tried to go here and got completely ignored the entire wait, until I finally spoke up and was told “appointment only”. They should probably announce as people are walking in that it’s appointment only, regardless if it’s on the board. I waited far too long and no one acknowledged me! I thought i was next in line, and someone walked in and got seated right as i got up to go. Terrible customer service. Terrible wait times.
