I have been going to Sports Clips on and off for the past couple years but I think this time i am here for good. I got my haircut from Brooke and she did a wonderful job (no surprise there). She always takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect. Whether it be styling or cutting she is the best at what she does. Not to mention the atmosphere there is definitely one of the best. They are always friendly and open to conversation.

Most of the time I come it’s great, this time I had Sabrina who cut my hair, it’s pretty uneven, I had to redo the front at home to make the length better, the back is the worst she cut a bald spot in the back never showed me her mistake, quickly styled it and ended the session. I had Megan previously and will return to work with her again. Megan is the reason this isn’t a 1 star.

Alrighty, so I owed this place a review like 2 weeks ago, My bad I completely forgot, but now it has weighed heavy on my conscience. I hope you have fun joining me on this epic tale. I got my hair cut and styled by Brooke! She did a fantastic job. Normally I go to a barbershop and not a Sports Clips because I have had friends and even myself had a few bad cuts from there, however I needed to get it cut and the normal barber was on vacation. So i decided to go to the Sports Clips. It was truly fantastic. When I got there I was greeted by smiling faces. Then after waiting a very short while it was my turn. I asked Brooke if she could do a very specific cut. I had no details other than a few pictures. That cut was done by someone who had been working in the barber business for 20 years. After an incredibly well crafted, yet not too time consuming cut, and a set of incredibly entertaining conversations (which is just what I needed) I got out of the chair feeling great! I am friends with that aforementioned barber and asked him to rate the cut and he (being a very cynical man) gave a 4 out of 5 stars! I gave an extra one for all the kindness, hospitality, honesty, and laughs I got out of the whole experience. Brooke you did an incredible job and if i am in the neighborhood again and need a cut, I will most definitely see if you are there!

This is the 1st time I went to this place. They did amazing work. I was a little nervous when I went in, but showed them a couple pics on my phone and they did magic. I highly recommend Sabrina

I am always skeptical about going to a new barber. I think we have all had our fair deal of bad haircuts.. I am so glad to say that I have continued to come back to sports clips in Central Park time and time again. Brooke has cut my hair for about a year now... and every time it’s perfect! I like that she takes her time on my fade and never rushes no matter how busy they are. Don’t even get me started on the great conversations! I would also recommend the MVP! It’s a great way to get the day going! Thanks Brooke and sports clips for being my barber!

Erynn is by far the best stylist I’ve been to. Her personality, professionalism, and skills were 10/10. I’ll go to her as long as I can.

I have gotten my haircut at this sport clips for the past 3 years without a flaw. My stylist was not available this Saturday and I got the worst ever haircut by Shelby, a complete amateur. Because of this me and my son will never come back

Erynn (I might have butchered that) and Megan were very welcoming as soon I was in the door. They agreed to cut my hair 20mins before closing as a walk-in. Megan was the one who gave me the cut which turned out perfect. Megan and Erynn were very easy to talk and very kind. Definitely one of my top hair cutting experiences. 10/10

Keke is the best. She cuts me and my sons hair. Speaking of which I need to get back in there for another fade.

Megan did an amazing job with the entire service. I’ve received many compliments on how well my haircut looks.

These guys are great closed on Saturdays which makes it tough sometimes. But i hate working weekends too.

Sport clips has always been very professional they have always given me a great hair and bread trim the girls are always friendly

The service was great. But the girl that cut my husbands hair did a poor job. She cut side way to short and went to high up. She never cut the top. We has to go somewhere else the next day to fix it. And she knew we had a wedding in 5 days

Stylist was able 2 talk football with me and had ample knowledge of support although I think she might of been a bandwagon chiefs fan...( they make those these days I susppose? ;) ) she was kind & attentive 2 my topics of discussion and inquisitive 2 my family and life. Im very satisfied with my haircut & their general or her general professional demeanor. Ill b back.

Stopped going to this location 3 months ago. This place is horrible and horribly run. Try it for yourself Im sure you will agree.

The quality is mediocre to poor. The meat may be of a good quality but I dont think that they know how to make a hamburger. The value is another big issue. One double cheese burger, two double hamburgers andone single cheese burger plus one large fries $43.00. Is this a good value?.The large fries comes on a cup and the extra scoop is thrown inside the bag on top of those hamburgers that you purchased and you are taking home.

Always friendly staff. Love being able to check in online and see wait times.

I was welcomed by name by Sheri, the manager and Keke gave me a great haircut! I am always welcomed there by all of the barbers and they give great customer service!

Worst experience go in to get a haircut and wait while 2 stylists were cutting hair while another just kept walking to the front and to the back. One stylist finishes cutting and I’m thinking cool maybe a 5 minute wait while she checks her phone and then cleans her station. Well she did all that then leans on the front counter for a few minutes and then walks to the back. I don’t mind waiting but the 15 or so minutes I waited not one word from anybody. Never again.

Excellent service and a great cut!

The barber was great, very friendly. The place was clean and it was nice to have TVs to watch. It was a little expensive (for me) and I don’t need the shampoo or anything else.

Comfortable atmosphere for guys. Haircut quality can be hit-or-miss depending on stylist. I get the impression the stylists arent paid much; that likely contributes to their quality issues. If you go in, ask for Shay, shes a great hair stylist who can offer great suggestions and cuts my hair just the way I like it.

I hate that I cant give them 0 stars. Ive been to several sport clips in the area, this is by far the worst. Its filthy inside, the towels are nasty. Ive taken my son to a few different sport clips because I like the franchise, but this place was really horrible. Everyone, including their manager,is completely stuck up and doesnt seem to care. There were two people waiting ahead of my son, Im patient, I understand theyre trying to do a good job. The first man got his haircut, and then apparently the second man was buddies with the stylist. She took forever because of the chatting and I thought it was completely disrespectful. After she finished the cut, they spent at least 5 to 10 minutes chit chatting before finally getting to my son. Disrespectful.

Had my first SportsClips hair cut done by Katie, easily the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. Extremely personable, great service, and even better quality experience. Recommend 10/10

I wish I wouldve posted yesterday, but when I saw the reviews, I had to put my $0.02 in. I have been to this location several times, usually on Veterans Day for the free MVP, but yesterday was the first time I went during non-peak hours (around lunch time). There was a new check-in system, and you can even check-in online! My stylist (Katie) was waiting on ME to finish check-in, and Im a fast typist.When Katie took me back for the haircut, she read off what I usually get, and I was a bit difficult, as I wanted something different and wasnt sure, so she suggested something in-between. I came out looking and feeling like a rockstar! The product she put in my hair also smelled great, so I may have found a winner! I just wish I was here longer so I could go more often, but I go back to Greenland in just a couple weeks, and then off to Colorado.My suggestion to anyone getting their hair cut is be patient with your stylist, find common ground to talk about as that eases tension and boosts confidence, and just relax. Life is too short to complain all the time.

I got here at 3:40.... there were 5 people waiting and 2 in the chairs. There are 3 girls working.... it is now 4:25 and there is 2 people in chairs and still 2 waiting.... you got through 3 people in 45 minutes? Ive waited this long might as well see it through but Ill never be back at this one. Figured since I was at Central Park Id stop here but Ill never come back. Never have this issue at the one in Massaponax

First and last time here. Took forever to be seen. The stylist I had all she did was talk about a pitty story of her life about how she did or does drugs and all the pitty me story. I know they try for tips but come on now. Place is not well kept. Other locations are a lot better.

I took my 18 month old son here to get a standard haircut. He did a great job and sat still the entire time. The girl who cut his hair made a mistake and make a huge hole in the back with clippers. She then tried to “fix” it multiple times by cutting shorter around it. She kept cutting all while I was asking her to stop. I finally had to say STOP in a kind of rude way for her to listen. She then wanted to try to make the other side match! I told her she could not cut any more of his hair. She was done. I then had to pay 20$ for this awful experience. She BUTCHERED his hair. I cried the entire way home. Don’t go there. It’s awful.

This terriable I have been to sports clips in other locations. My son got a buzz cut and the women left patches of hair. Im never going agian now I drive to Woodbridge to get my sons hair cut. She wasnt very friendly eaither.

I went in asking for a trim on top and to not touch the sides. Halfway through the haircut, without asking, the lady razored my sides, and took off an inch on front, saying she didn’t think what I chose would look right. Overall, haircutters here do not listen to requests and cut the way they want it.

I had gone there for a haircut. This was a first time visit as I hadnt been there before. There was a sheet on the front desk as a sign in sheet. There were 3 guys waiting in the benches yet the names above mine as I signed in were all crossed out :/ So I waited for about 15 to 20 mins and no one had even come out to the front to greet me or the other 2 guys who came in behind me. Now there are 6 of us waiting in the front and finally a stylist came out as she was ringing up a finished customer. She told the 6th guy who just walked in that it would be an hour. I had already waited for about 15 mins or more so I know he was going to be waiting longer. the next name that was called was mine but a young teen who had been waiting longer jumped up. I have a common name so I dont know if she was calling off the next name on the sign in sheet (which was my name) or if she knew that he was next or what. So, I just got up to leave and wont go back.My main complaint is that I think the business setup is poor from a customer stand point. No greeting from staff. No acknowledgement from the stylist as new customers come in (there is a dividing wall from the front waiting area to the stylists stations). The two stylist were attractive ladies and I imagine that is the draw for the 100% male clientele. But, I cannot support that type of business setup and wont be back.
