50 years in the same spot is venerable but this is as bare bones as it gets. No razor cut, no nothing, and a seedy interior that hasnt been painted in years. It may be time to think about retiring soon.

Terrible customer service. I walked into what looked like a good place to start getting my hair cut. The only employee in the shop didnt say word to me when I walked in. After I sat down he gave me a dirty look and said my line is too long, go to another shop. There was only 2 other customers in the place. I will not be returning and would not recommend them. Theres another Barber shop a couple of blocks away that was awesome and only cost 10 bucks for a cut.

You dont find barber shops like this hardly anymore. Simple and elegant. No unnecessary frills. Mr. Burgess is a skilled barber and thats all you need.

Old school and classic barber. Old school shop. Good simple hair cut. Definitely returning. We need more of these places. The atmosphere is the best. Great people. Great stories.

Couldnt make it to Quantico for my usual haircut, so I trusted JR for my usual medium reg haircut. Did a great job. Awesome atmosphere ! Will return again.

Very nice. Jr is about as nice as a person gets. Clean, old school shop. I just moved here a few months ago. After the first time I went in he has remembered me and everything we have talked about. I feel like Im in Mayberry when I go in and there are some guys talking about the goings on in town and stories of the past in Fredericksburg. Great place.

2nd time, not satisfied. I asked for a razor cut, heck id have paid 25-35 bucks for a true razor cut. As soon as clients came in the door, Junior hurried up so he could get to the other clients before he closed. Too bad I like spending a lot of money when I get Services done right. Hair & beard trim... $25 + 2 for tip. (When I get a superior cut I tip $20) Wont be back. Three stars is generous.Simmons
