2nd time visiting this location first time was amazing, this time I did the same way got a quote through online and when I got to the location the online person had got the order incorrect. Ian the store manager stepped in and took care of me and got me together to get my wheels and tires all take care of. I am very appreciative and happy with my service and would recommend anybody to come here you are looking for tires or wheels they have amazing customer service.

I leased a new set of tires for our SUV. My original appointment had to be rescheduled on my end and was with no problem. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! STORE IS VERY CLEAN!!!👌 We are opting for 6 MONTHS SAME AS CASH, FINANCING was QUICK and CLEAR with expectations. Common sense should tell you a minimum payment isnt going to clear financing expectations in 6 months (for those that complain about that in the reviews.) JJ was laid back and thorough for the sale, ALL A VERY EASY PROCESS. We will be back!

I contacted RNR because I was missing a center cap for one of my rims. They found and ordered my replacement piece with a deposit. The piece never arrived at the Fredericksburg location (which had nothing to do with RNR) the person I originally spoke to found out that the part somehow got lost in the mail so he re-ordered the part. I have to be honest and say I was a bit frustrated at how long the original piece was taking but the 2nd piece arrived in a week just as I was originally told. Although I’m sure I they could hear my frustration over the phone everyone I spoke to seemed apologetic and professional. Once I arrived to pick it up, the manager was extremely friendly and professional. He waived the remaining payment, offered to put the center cap on my rim and even tightened all my other center caps so that I wouldn’t lose another. I would absolutely recommend RNR and I really appreciate their level of professionalism. Customer service is so important and theirs is definitely 5 star! Thank you RNR

This place is simply amazing. Please head no warning to any of the negative comments, they are perfectly helpful and clear in the fact 180 days same as cash, if not, it is obvious to anyone who has ever done any adult financing that you will then pay much more, and is clearly stated in the documents you sign. I am extremely grateful for the 180 days same as cash, where else can you go with 20-50$ and get 700$ worth of tires and not make a payment until your next payday. And their are no fees unless, again, you dont pay in 180 days. No one else does this, they are amazing and great friendly staff, very helpful from beginning to end! I was able to get in and out almost on in hour lunch break being that I had made an appointment, and I got four tires. You will be satisfied!

Only good for financing tires and wheels. Never have them mount and balance your tires. Youll be waiting for hours and hear excuses that were almost done, 30mintes later were almost done. Give ACTUAL time frames not estimations. Bad business practice

I stated to the person on the phone when I made the appointment and the person at the counter that I had to use Fix-a-flat to get the tire aired up. After waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room, I was told that they don’t make repairs to tires with Fix-a-flat in them. This was after they took the tire off. Where is the communications? I asked why can’t you just clean or buff off the fix-a-flat, they couldn’t do it. Said the patch/ plug would not stick. BS, called Little Tire located down the road and they said that they prefer to fix a tire without Fix-a-flat in it but they could repair it with the same patch/plug with no issues. Not sure of RNR’s problem, but I would not recommend them.

I Came to R and R for a mount and balance of tires on aftermarket wheels. They did a great job no scratches, or marring during the process and they even cleaned the lubricant off my tires and wheels before returning my vehicle. I tried going to a local repair shop and I was told “our equipment may damage your wheels.” Then was pointed to R and R for the job. Definitely It does take a little longer than what I imagined but it was definitely worth the wait to ensure my wheels didn’t get damaged. R and R representatives are very kind and ready to assist.

One of the great costumer service in the town, they have some good stuff of rims and plus there services is best. Happily recommended

I have stopped in here over the years while working on various project cars and trucks. While there are other “tire shops” in the area, they are mostly robots who recite whatever the computer in front of them says. *cough* Discount Tire*cough*... If you are serious about your fitment and quality of installation, I highly recommend this shop. Mario is always on top of it, and will make sure you not only get exactly what you want, but that it’s done safely and with quality selection.

I installed a 3 inch leveling kit on my truck and was in need of an alignment. I found RNR online through Google. They had great reviews so I called them up to get an appointment. I spoke with Ian and he was able to set me up with an appointment in 2 days! When I arrived at RNR I liked what I saw as soon as I walked in. So many wheels and tires out in the show room on display that you can actually see and touch in person! No looking through a catalog. Ian set me up as soon as I walked up to the customer service area. My truck was done before I knew it. I have found my new place for wheels, tires, alignments and anything else that they can do. Ian was a great help with what we needed. I have been trying for a month to get rims put on at Walmart that I had got from there and they have no clue whatsoever about rims and tires. I was referred to RNR by the Goodyear Tire Services Manager, Jim in Spotsylvania. My aftermarket chrome rims had too much space and It needed hub rings to fill In the area and to help it from shaking. The service Techs at RNR are very knowledgeable about tires. I would just like to say that Mario is truly exceptional. He is very detailed and makes sure you get what you pay for. Was interested in some wheels for my Lincoln. JJ was very detailed in explaining everything to me over the phone as far as financing, the process and even down to the selection of wheels that matched exactly what I was looking for. Normally don’t leave reviews but with the superb customer service experience it was well worth it . Definitely will be visiting the store soon to get some new wheels.

Crazy high prices! I went to RNR and asked for their estimate to order 4 custom wheels and have them swapped out with my current wheels (keeping the same tires). I was quoted over $400 per wheel (+ $1,600 total). I ended up ordering the new wheels myself online at Clickitwheels.com for $130 each ($520 total) with free shipping. I had Discount Tire mount and balance them for $120, including new lug nuts. My grand total was $640. I saved about 60 percent.

RNR was a great place to work with. Mario was cool and patient with me as I asked for two different quotes trying to figure out exactly what I wanted. Stephanie was my first contact with RNR and she was amazing through the whole process. She explained everything to me in a very easy to understand way and was super friendly no matter how many times I called back with weird questions. I was also impressed with Tommy. A couple came in and I overheard that they were having some financial trouble because of the Corona. He didnt hesitate to offer to help them out to make sure they were taken care of. All in all a good group of folks working at this shop. Check them out if you need wheels and/or tires. And/or a lift, etc.

The crew at RNR know what theyre doing and managed to get my 33in tire balanced properly when previous shops couldnt. They also take the time tocommunicate ways to prevent issues and they also point out any other problems they find. Thats hard to find in a shop these days and would highly recommend them especially to people with larger tires.

These guys are excellent! Customer service comes first for these folks! They called me in to view the wheels mounted without tires to a sure I was going to receive the final look that I had long before! Rick the salesman that handled all of my ordering and scheduling is truly amazing! I believe he went over and beyond my expectations 100% on being sure that I was 100% comfortable with the look that was going to be completed by them! I cannot say enough about this place and they do offer financing but you can save a lot if you pay in full! Stopped here for a tire patch after finding a nail in one of our tires. We were turned away from 3 different places before coming here, customer service was excellent. Mario helped us out immediately and had us back on the road within the hour! They had a nice waiting area with couches, music, and a tv to entertain while you wait.

As I was looking to get a new set of rims for my car, I found RNR online. The next day I went in, started to look around and a very nice gentleman, Mario asked me if I needed help and proceeded to give me his card if I was interested. After looking around town, RNR had the cheapest prices I could find. About two weeks later I decided it was time to get the rims. I ordered them, made an appointment and was set to go. I came in on my appointment day after a friendly phone call reminding me of my appointment I had set up. Very welcoming staff, hard workers, good product and great customer service. I picked up a nail during a roadtrip. Took my car to RNR Tire Express 10/05/2020 and they took a look at the nail and 1 hour later I received my vehicle back with a patched tire at no cost to me. I was in town visiting family from ohio Thanksgiving weekend and wanted to get some rims for my new truck heard about RnR so myself and the Wife ventured down to check out the local store. Upon arrival we were looking around and I seen some that caught my eye store was set up it was like I died and gone to rim heaven then to discuss the logistics and other details my man bird took over I explained that I was in town visiting and he produced a plan that would have the rims installed and the price was the best part,I would strongly recommend this company your treated like a great customer.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Sam the magical mechanic. Bought tires elsewhere that couldnt get our lugnut off.... drove around to three separate places that couldnt help either. We have a 2018 car... nothing nonstandard on our wheels but the lugnut was a little tight and scared to strip it. Sam had us back on the road within 5 minutes and immediately turned our day around with the outstanding customer service provided. My dad and I recently visited RNR tires to find a replacement hubcap for my Toyota FJ Cruiser. An employee by the name of Tommy helped us out extravagantly! The service from Tommy was immaculate, we explained to him what model the rim was and explained that we needed to order a new hubcap.Without hesitation, Tommy assisted us by identifying the style of hubcap and ordered it for us and told us where it was being shipped from, to include how long it was going to take to arrive.A week later my dad and I came back to RNR tires to check if the package came in and surprisingly it arrived that day. I’ve always been a fan of RNR been coming to this location since about 2014 and every time I come here I’m never disappointed. Here’s a good example, I called today approximately 10 minutes after 4 and asked if they could lift my truck and put tires on it today, he said if you can make here quick fast in a hurry it could be done. I come at about 4:30 get through the paperwork at 5, they crunched and had my truck done in an hour. Nice work guys keep it up.
