Been here twice and I can say that they their customer service is commendable.
Went to pickup a vehicle there ten days ago. Was charged storage fees twice, once on my credit card, and because they said it didn’t go through I also paid cash. Two days later the charges hit my bank for the fees. I called the branch and was told they would “get right on it” and send out a request to IAAI to have the fees returned. Also, I was told a representative would call me Monday to update me. Monday came and went and nobody called. I waited a few days until after Christmas to give them the benefit of the doubt, nobody called. So I called this morning and got put on hold, then called a second time and was disconnected. Without going into the sad details of the untrained personnel at this location and having to promise to make a four hour trip there to squeeze my money from someone I heard every excuse under the sun why nothing had been done. After finally being connected to the branch manager and being told by her that she was just unable to do anything for me to resolve the issue that her branch created I then was left calling IAAI HQ. I guess in this organization the cream rises to the top, so HQ is where I suppose all the people work that can actually get things done. I was told a refund will be processed and be back into my account in a few days, but NO request to have a refund issued had been sent to IAAI from the branch. This is the second time this particular branch has overcharged me and then given me the run around. In the end the people there are untrained, incompetent and the APATHY goes all the way up to the branch manager. I can tell you for sure none of them could care less about customer service or even actually knowing their jobs, handling phones and or a credit card machine. Most importantly they don’t get the first thing about customer service and do not hesitate to lie through their teeth while looking you in the eyes. I highly recommend buying your cars from other branches, unless you enjoy wasting your time.Lastly, I find the urgency of IAAI to collect any money owed to them within two days ironic. When you buy a car from IAAI, after two days you owe them $50 a day for late fees. Based on their policy they owe me $500 in late fees in addition to the refund.You are doing a great job up there at Fredericksburg-South Danielle! Know I will NEVER buy another vehicle from your branch, just as you suggested at the end of our last conversation. If you did your stinking job, and had competent trained personnel none of this would have even been an issue. The fish starts stinking at the head.

Fast loading time. In and out in under 30 min for 1 vehicle.Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of miscommunication and too many employees trying to be the boss. 1 person will tell you to do 1 thing and another will ask you why.

Awful customer service & unhelpful staff. They won’t attend you past 4:30pm & their business hours are until 5:00pm. Their manager, along with the rest of staff, is rude & uncooperative! Very unprofessional environment over all.
