Always a great place for pedi and mani. I get dip nails here often and all the staff does a good job. They can get busy so I highly recommend calling ahead or making an appointment if you are worried about walking in. Not going anywhere else in Frederick any time soon.

I came into town for the night and very thankful they got me in, no appointment needed.. My boyfriend who is a truck driver, I had to Uber to the location and that was a $12 fee. I was alittle disappointed by the gentleman who did my nails because he was constantly on phone when I was just wanting to get in and out. Furthermore, my nails turned out good.. the facility was clean and the people was nice...

I went to Tonys Nails and got an acrylic manicure. I was rudely told that if I wanted the simple design I asked for, I could go somewhere else. I was cut multiple times around my nail beds and my nails were sore for days. I would not recommend to others to get their nails done here. The paint job on my nails were horrible, and there were missed spots on my nails as well as the nails starting to far up on my nails. It made my nails look as if they were already growing out. They also told me they couldnt shape my nails because they were too short, even though they are not and other nail salons can shape them when they are the same length.

Very friendly employees. I get facial waxing monthly and they fit me in quickly when I just walk in.

Hana and Kenny are very welcoming. Small shop but nicely equipped. Good variety of services and very clean. Reasonably priced.

I’ve tried Mai Fresh Nails and Princess Nails (stay away from Princess 🙄). Tony’s is by far the best. I walked in and was impressed by the cleanliness and just overall set up. I had an appt with Kenny but he was actually unavailable at the time (which I wasn’t too worried with bc he put me with Hannah, who I’d seen great reviews for). First they soaked off my old set I’d gotten at Princess 2 weeks prior. Then Hannah shaped everything and made sure that I like the shape and length. She spent overall an hour and change (and yes she did shape and cut my cuticles and put oil on them). I am very pleased. I think I’ve found my forever place! I will most definitely go back and refer anyone who asks me to them ☺️

I had a great pedicure at Tonys Nails. The massage was very relaxing and now my feet feel nice and soft.I usually get my nails dipped and Kenny, the owner of the shop, is a master. He doesnt waste any time but I never feel rushed. I definitely recommend Tonys Nails to anyone who comments on how nice my nails look

I love going to Tony nails! Hannah does an amazing job with my nails! My nails are short so a lot of nail salons refuse to mine! I swear every time I show Hannah a picture of what I want done, she blows my mind and does it! Thank you Hannah & Kenny for always making me feel like a lady!

I’ve been coming here for years and really love it. I’ve tried other salons but always come back. Longer hours, open on Sundays, skilled manicurists that are personable. Highly recommend if you are into dip manicures!

I travel for work and found this place yesterday after quickly searching for dip nails. I went in, was taken care of quickly and the service and quality of the dip gel nails was fantastic. The price was incredibly reasonable and Hanna, my nail technician was very warm and inviting. They use Nexgen powder, the color selection was very good and the application was the same as other brands. Hanna was very thorough and so pleasant to work with. Both herself and the gentleman working there greeted regulars by name and I look forward to going there again.

Very Rushed. I paid $40 for a gel fill in and it took less than 30 minutes. Saturday is not a good day to go in without feeling rushed. Nails were bumpy and not very well shaped.

Went in last Saturday, called in the morning to see it Kenny had any available appointments and he took me right into his busy schedule. I went in and Kenny and all the lady’s were so nice, friendly, place was very clean and relaxing. They catered to my every need to make sure I was comfortable. Should of came here before, got my nails filled in and they look as good as new. Never had so many people compliment my nails, definitely will be coming back here from now on!

Kenny is hands down the BEST!! Ive been getting my nails done since I was 16! I have never found someone who was able to do what Kenny does! For the past 2 years I have wanted an ombre French but wanted it painted not acrylic and everyone I have gone to in Frederick said they couldnt or they wanted to charge me 80 or above. Kenny knows his stuff!! Kenny dips my nails every time flawlessly!! Hes very honest and takes pride in his work! This is the only place I go to now. And did I mention how healthy my real nails are?? My dipping lasts 4 weeks no lifting no peeling no cracking!! FLAWLESS!! Worth every dime and drive!! Love Kenny!!!

I started going to Kenny about 3 months ago and had the best experience.They soak off the pink and white or colored gel nails before applying the new layers. I love the process so much better than any other salon I have been to. Im going in today and cant wait!!

I was SO excited to come here and get the new powder dip on my nails. There’s not many places I found in Frederick who do it. Made an appointment for my friend and I to go. Once we got there, he rushed us to pick a color. Saying he needed to start and didn’t have time to wait for us. He didn’t even do a full manicure, just sanded the top of my nails then started on the color. No cuticle cutting, no cleaning around the nails, no massage. I asked when he was done if he was going to file and shape my nails and he said they’re too short to add much shape to... they’re not even short lol Then charged $40 for the 15 minutes he did my nails. My powder had bubbles in it and still feel like I need to go get a manicure to have my cuticles and skin cleaned up. Very disappointed. Won’t ever go back.

Made an appointment for 9:15 am.Arrived at 9:12 am . Door locked no one there. Waited till 9:27 am and still no one. Left . Supposed to open at 9:00 am . That is what door says. I just moved here, ill find somewhere else to go that respects my time. I was on time . They obviously could care less. See other reviews where customers were rushed . Now we know why. Would be a good idea to take your first morning appointments phone number in case you cant make it or are running late. I had no clue what time theyd arrive to work.

I love the way my girl hannah does my nailss ! She always does it exactly how I like even if it is complicated at times but she gets the work done. They are all very loving and kind, I could never think of leaving them.

This place has a worse costumer service. They always mess up my appointment. When I made an appointment they don’t have me down. When I don’t made an appointment they expect me to show up. The owner Kenny has a very bad mouth telling me don’t comes ever my salon. I’m just very upset because they messed up, not me. Call before you go there because may you don’t have your nails done. I’m filing complaints with BB because his behaviors unacceptable.

This shop is now under new management. Kenny is the owner and he has been doing my nails for over ten (10) years. I get compliments on them all of the time and am asked where I get them done. This is the place! I will continue to go to Kennys Salon and look forward to all of the updating he plans to do.

I’ve had a variety of services done here. All done spectacularly by Kenny and the staff. He trains them well and is Very clean. Loved getting my nails done here and only place I let them wax my eyebrows.

They did my nails Saturday 6/17/17 and one cracked the next day....they argued with me the day I got my nails done because they didnt have the color pink I used which I stated wasnt a problem.....I went in Tuesday to get nail fixed again the man arguing about the previous color again I said I know and thats fine.....he wanted me to get a new set is what I figure and then when I said how long for a new set he says to long....I asked him to file the acrylic near the cuticle and he argues......this place apparently makes enough money they do want need yours so dont go horrible service period and what they fail to realize is I use to be a 2 week customer years back....the older lady recognized me hmmmmm.....

My girl Hannah is in house now! I have been going to Hannah for almost a year now. When I texted her last week, and she said she was moving, I said where are we going? Yes, I followed Hannah from Germantown, MD to Frederick MD. Why? you ask, because she cares about what she is doing, and her work is quality. Seriously wish I would have come here sooner. This shop knows how to do business and they will be getting all of mine. Kenny was awesome, very personable, and hes hip to all the latest trends, nail shapes, and he really just made it awesome for me cuz he made sure he accommodated to my style and preferences. Although they dont have hours posted, if youre willing to give them your money, theyll stay open for you. I forgot to mention I waited about 25 mins to be taken care of but...it was well worth the wait because no other salons were open this late, nor would they have stayed open for me, not to mention how they thanked me so genuinely for my patience and apologized for making me wait. Oh and my nails look stellar.A+ :))))

Kenny is the new owner of Tony Nails in Frederick, MD. Ive been following Kenny for nine years. He does artificial nails and has been doing my pink and white gel nails for a long time. They last me for a month! No lifting! No discoloration! And, they stay shiny! Ive been very pleased with Kennys work (hence me following him for nine years) and if there is anything specific youd like him to do with your nails (e.g., shaping), he listens and does a job well done. He also does dipping nails which is the new craze in nail technology!Kenny will be making renovations to his salon over time and I cant wait to see whats in store!

Been going there for years, after this past weekend will not be returning. Prices always change, doesnt matter if you make an appt they are always behind or take walk ins when they know they have an appt coming in. and they need to clean, the above lights are so full of dust it is unreal. Not liking the new ownership.

If I could rate this place any higher I would!!! I ❤❤❤ kenny!! He is a nail guru and has yet to steer me or my nails wrong! I used to love getting my nails done and when it was all done I could always find something that I didnt like or would hate. Let me just say, for the last 6+ months, that has NOT been the case! Kenny is very nice, funny, hip, and cares a lot about his work. I recommend him highly! And from what Ive seen, his wife hanna is just as talented!! Go to tonys!! You wont regret it!!

Rating 4stars bc I just had a polish change on toes near closing so, I wasnt able to see how they operate when busy etc..., but James did a nice job. he took his time (not slow bc he lacked experience, but bc he cared) he spoke about ethics when caring for nails and allowed me to change my polish color when I didnt care for it! It was a bit warm, but again it was near closing so, I may have caught them with the air off (front door was open to catch a breeze though). During my time here for work, I see myself going back again.

I like this nail salon I came her on my birthday and I got a set of AMAZING acrylics.They lasted for a while also.

I hated my experience there. the place is messy and there was only one person working period. it took only a total of about 15 mins. the nail polish painting was horrendous and one of my nails has completely came off and another is breaking.

My dipped nail polish lasts 4 weeks between appointments.
