Where do I begin? This was the absolute worse service Ive ever had in my life. The owner Amy tossed my hands around. She was also rough and abrasive when she clipped and filed my nails. She rushed so much that she clipped the tip of my finger instead of my nail. She filed my nails so unevenly that I (an amateur) could have done better myself.When I tried to make small talk, her responses were almost hostile. When I indicated that I didnt want to continue any of the services (that I wanted to pay for what shed done and leave), her colleague referred to me (a black American) as a monkey. Amy said nothing. So, in addition to enduring horrible service, my humanity was questioned.Think before you spend your money here!!Randy, while you’re explanation sounds great. I’ve traveled the world, including many Asian countries. I know what I heard. Moreover, you never addressed the extremely poor service I received.

My second time going and i was very impressed with their service !!! The first time i went i just got a basic pedi and it was wonderful. Decided to get a 90 minute massage my second time and it was by the far the best massage I’ve ever had. Had some lower back pain going in and left totally rejuvenated. Jennie is your go to massage therapist she was wonderful. Would highly recommend!!

I had an appointment for a manicure yesterday. When I got there I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be taken back. I was then switched between 3 different nail techs. When I finally had one who started working on my nails she said to me “if you want just a regular manicure you need to not come on Saturday. No one likes doing regular manicures”. I was completely appalled! This is a service they provide and when they come to work it’s to do their job professionally. I have been a loyal customer for years and this sealed the deal. Looking for a new place to have my nails done!

I liked the out come of my nails (Acrylic full set). However I wanted to get regular nail polish and not gel. A lady came to me and encouraged me to get gel. I didn’t want gel because I knew it would cost extra. I got it anyway. However, what really made me disappointed is the lack of professionalism and respect. I overheard a client at the front desk expressing her frustration towards some workers. After it was done, these two girls (age range from 12-17) complained and made fun of the frustrated client. Never have I seen negative behavior like this. Love the nails, but the workers are so unprofessional and pushy. Don’t think I will be coming back. :(

I’ve been coming to Candle Day Spa for years. I get SNS and pedicures and I’ve not found anyone to do better. Great atmosphere and service all around.I felt a need to get on here and comment on the ratings specifically because I saw the review on here claiming that someone called her a monkey. I was there the day that this person got upset and left. I was sitting right next to them and I was baffled on what her issue was. It was quiet, I heard no harsh words and I definitely did not hear anyone call her a monkey.I guess this lady was having a bad day? Sure it’s fine to say if you’re unhappy but please don’t accuse people of saying things that were not said and try and take someone’s business down.I will always and have recommended friends to come here.

After not being taken at another salon for 30+ mins when I had an appointment, I called Candle Day Spa and they said that they could take me. I was grateful for that, however it was the worst manicure Ive ever had. I had to get my gel soaked off and the lady was so impatient she took the foils off after only a couple minutes and proceeded to just file the gel off, which she missed several spots and was annoyed when I kept pointing out the polish that was still on my nails. She then was very rough when cutting my cuticles. The polish job was also terrible, it bubbled and she didnt put the base coat on to cover the color all the way so I have ridges all around my nails. Also, all of my nails are peeling along the sides (the actual nail not the polish). There was no lotion or massage either, which is supposed to come with the basic mani.

I walked in and got an sns ombré and gel pedicure after some of my friends recommended this place. I paid a little more than expected but their great service was justified for their pricing. Love the environment and it was super relaxing. My tech was very friendly and fun to talk to. I am definitely coming back! Thank you!!!!

Got the signature pedicure on Saturday. Was not happy about spending $90 until I met Jane. This package is well worth the money they really make you feel like a princess. All I can say is this will be a regular treat for me. Jane was so amazing. I would definitely recommend asking for her

My service went great, I walked in and they were able to get me in a chair immediately for a lovely pedicure and manicure in a blue color and the lady that did my service did not speak very good English but still communicated what I was to do clearly and was fast and precise this spa made my first time getting my nails done professionally very good!

I have went here three times for a manicure. I have gotten acrylics that are all different lengths, they have cut my finger and kept going while it was bleeding. They pressured me into getting gel instead of regular polish.

Just moved to town and needed maintenance. This place was amazing. The massage was professionally outstanding, my nails and eyebrows look terrific and the facial was also outstanding. Thank you T, Kathy and the whole Candle Day Spa team. Im looking forward to returning soon.

Which is weird because I have been to this Location at least four Times for myself for pedis. I tend to spoil myself with the $90 pedicures and if not I always do the $65. So either way its still top of the line. So for $90 to receive a foot infection Im a little disappointed. But this particular day I ended up spending Total= $220. Great atmosphere! Pedicures vary depending on who the tech is. Most are pretty good. Nancy is great. Had a deep tissue massage with Amy, it was an excellent way to reduce muscle tension.

We came with a group of 6 people and they were able to accommodate our group with no problem. We all got pedicures at the same time, which was really nice because Ive never been to a place that has that many pedicure chairs (i believe they had at least 12). They have reasonable prices, a wide variety of polishes and packages, and do a great job making sure you are comfortable. I didnt feel pressured to get a manicure or other add-on services like at other salons/pedicure places. This will definitely be my new go-to place!

Most incredible full service pedicure I have ever had (and I was the manager of a day spa, my standards are high). Dont pinch pennies, get any of the $65 or more options for the additional services. Included is a neck and shoulder massage while your nails dry!

If you like to have a nail design on your nails I would definitely not recommend this place to go to I took my mother here to have her nails done for Mothers Day and this place could not do a simple flower design so she ended up not getting her nails done at all. Dont go here

Not good service waited 2 hours then somone finally takes me and they refused to do the simplest design then when my nails are done I noticed they are very streaky and hair in my nails they were mad when I said I wasn’t happy with my nails they argued at first and then finally gave my money back

My wife came in to get a pedicure and received multiple rude comments from multiple employees. The services were not even remotely cheap and on top of that she was made to feel less than throughout her entire time there. I can confidently say that she will never be going back to this poor excuse for an establishment again.

I have only gone here for pedis. They are amazing and it is very clean! They check your temp at the door. They are very thorough and take their time. Even my husband was impressed! All of the staff are super friendly as well!

My daughters and I have been getting pedicures and the occasional manicure at Candle for several years. We haven’t ever been disappointed with the service until tonight.I called to make appointments for 3 pedicures at 5:30. The gentleman on the phone repeated the times and I repeated it. He asked if we could come at 4:30 and I said it was too early. I said 5:30 or we could do a little later. He said okay 5:30 and I repeated 3 pedicures at 5:30 and he repeated it back 3 pedicures at 5:30. We arrived at 5:20 and I said my name and said we had appoints for pedicures. The woman standing there said something and I asked her to repeat what she said because I didn’t understand. Then she waves her hand in an annoyed gesture towards the nail polish and says Just pick your color you are 20 minutes late! Apparently what I didn’t hear her say when we walked in was you have 3 pedicures for 5:00. She was very rude! I said our appointments are for 5:30. She just walked away!We had very nice technicians and they did a great job!A group of about 6 women came in about 5:45 and 4 of them had to wait until our technicians were finished. I think the gentleman that booked our appointments screwed up! All he had to do was say they couldn’t fit us in! I always repeat the time and number of people several times to make sure!As of right now we don’t plan to go back there! I was very disappointed in how we were treated by her. She was rude to us and it was their mistake not ours!

Very relaxing atmosphere, little pricey, but worth it. People are very nice and pleasant.

I am sure this does not apply for all nail technicians at Candle Day Spa, however my experience was very poor. She asked me five different time throughout the experience if I wanted gel after making it abundantly clear the first time that I did not want gel. I understand once or twice to try and up-sell a customer, but let it go after that. Additionally, she was so focused on chit-chatting with her friend she was not paying attention and ran a vibration tool off my nail and on to my hand, twice. Also, her demeanor changed when she came to the conclusion I was not going to pay extra for gel. The work she did was nice, however the service was terrible.

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure! Great color options, have a variety of types of polish from regular, gel, dips etc. always receive great service and amazing service. Everyone is super sweet!

I have been here twice. When I need a regular manicure on the fly I have stopped here. They were not busy during my last visit. I dont like to be pressured into services I didnt ask for. When I walked in and said I wanted a regular manicure I was asked 3 times if I wanted gel and was I sure that I wanted a regular manicure. I get to the table and the tech is engulfed on her phone. Finally she realizes Im sitting there. At this point I was considering leaving. I stay. I had to tell her not to cut my nails since she didnt ask but was getting ready to. She asked me 2 times if I wanted my eyebrows done. Im sure I dont want them done and definitely not by you. Throughout my whole manicure service she was on her phone. I dont mind here or there if I was drying but honestly the WHOLE time. This caused her to miss polishing nails and doing a decent job. I made sure to tell her when she did miss a nail but all in all disappointed in the experience.

Came in for a pedicure and a couples massage, the staff was very professional and did an outstanding job!

I asked for black jell manicure, when I got home and saw my nails in the sun I realized they used a dark dark blue. I was clear multiple times and they asked if I wanted dark or black. I told them black.The nail tech kept the polish in her picket til she used it, which I realize now was not on accident.

I used to LOVE Candle Day Spa, but had a bad experience last time. First, I was over charged for my nails. I came in on Monday 7/17 and asked for a full acrylic set. While picking out my color, I was asked if I wanted gel instead. At first, I said no, but was pressured again to get gel. I asked how much more it would cost and was told that it would be $15 more than a regular acrylic set, so $45. When I left the salon, I was looking at your website to see how much a fill-in would be. I noticed while looking at the prices, that an acrylic gel set is $37, not $45. I understand that it says from $37 however from typically means that if there is anything extra or difficult, the price will increase. There was nothing extra in this case - and mind you, I was told $15 extra from the get-go, meaning that the nail technician who did my nails was already planning on charging $45 (a regular non-gel acrylic set is $30). The price itself isnt a huge deal to pay, it more so the principal of the matter. If by chance you have increased your prices and $45 is the correct amount, I would strongly encourage to update your website immediately because from where I stand, it seems like I have been taken advantage of. At the very least, its false advertising. Additionally, I have to point out that not even a week later, I already have a chip on my thumb nail.***Update***Its been two weeks since I got my nails done here. In addition to my review above, I want to add that the acrylic has lifted on several of my nails. I think this is due in part to the nail tech not doing anything to my cuticles, which were already overgrown. She just applied acrylic over my overgrown cuticles and as a result, the acrylic didnt fully bond to the nail bed on several of my nails.I will not be returning here. They were good when they first opened, but theyve gone downhill. Theyre dishonest, and their prices are pretty steep for what you get - which honestly isnt any better than any other nail place in the area. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and will make sure everyone I know is aware of my experience. Just awful.

I have been a client at Candle Day Spa since it opened and have always been very satisfied with their services. From massages to nails to the most INCREDIBLE pedicures, these fine folks never disappoint! The manager is the sweetest lady who always goes out of her way to make sure my daughters, my husband and Iare comfortable & happy. She offers beverages, awesome conversation and on multiple occasions, they stayed way passed closing time to accommodate us. I cannot say enough great things about the spa! Its very clean and organized with the male manager consistently cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming & overall tidying. I have never once seen the place dirty (let alone the bogus claim about roaches!!!) The spa is very large with multiple rooms including an attached hair salon and huge pedicure room with high end massage chairs and tvs throughout. They have scented candles burning in each room so it always smells amazing unlike other nail salons. They are fine people and deserve the highest praise for the work they do. Finally, I know that they take pride in making their clients happy & if there is an issue with their work, they immediately offer to fix it no questions asked! Give them a try. You will become a permanent client like we are. 💜

Disappointed. Scheduled massage and facials for my friends birthday a week in advance. After waiting 15 minutes. They said wait 2 more. We did. Then they blamed the wait on other customers. No apology. No offer of a discount. They said we could reschedule. That will never happen. Watch out if you make reservations for an occasion.

This salon is good! They are always nice and accommodating. I usually get pedicures, they always do an excellent job. The place is clean and they have lots of pedi choices.Recently, I discounted vered the neck and upper back deep tissue massage here. Jen is my favorite masseuse. I carry stress in my neck and Jen gets all the kinks out. It’s very much worth the 45 dollars for 30 minutes. Queenie is good too.Today, it’s the 22 December and they are having a “holiday party” with egg rolls, spring rolls and lots of sweet treats. It’s a nice offering and tasty ! I appreciate the effort and kindness. I’m a happy customer.

I was disappointed with the quality of the work for the price that they paid. My nails were jacked underneath. They find a way to charge you extra for every little thing. Two of us for a Mani/Pedi costed 300 dollars... We were shocked considering the roughness and flaws on our nails. I love the spa though, its just super pricey for the quality. Plus, it took several hours. It was horrible. I use to love this place!

AWFUL. DO NOT GO HERE. They were amazing when they first opened, but have really gone downhill. Their employees are straight up rude and provide an lazy, poor, and just generally sloppy work. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I would seriously give zero stars if I could.I also want to expand on this after reading some other similar reviews and go into detail about my experience. I asked for an full set of acrylic nails. The person at the counter asked if I wanted gel, and I said no. Easy enough. Then I went to pick out my nail color. My nail tech almost immediately intervened and tried to point me to the gel colors, asking if I wanted gel. Again, I said no, just regular polish. She pushed THREE times before I had to flat out tell her “I have had it before and don’t like it.” She was totally rude and said “fine pick your color.” Next, we were seated at a table and she began applying the tips and cutting them, without asking what length or shape I wanted. After I noticed what she was doing, I asked (politely) if I could have short almond nails. She told me that I can have almond nails, but she can’t make them shorter because it’s impossible with my nails (she wanted to leave them very long). I mentioned that I had previously had short almond nails done at this very salon, as well as other salons, and she told me she would cut them a bit shorter. After she finished applying the acrylic powder and smoothing it, she started shaping my nails. She didn’t give me almond nails at all. She filed them inward slightly, but left them square. At this point, I just didn’t even say anything else because she had already been so rude and argumentative with me that I just didn’t see the point. I’ll just fix it as much as I can at home and deal with what I’ve got for the next two weeks until I can go somewhere else and actually get what I ask for. What is so frustrating is that I didn’t ask for anything crazy and at no point would I have ever had an issue had it not been for this lady’s attitude. Full set of acrylics with regular polish, shorter and almond shaped. That just isn’t an extraordinary request. Beyond frustrating. This is also the second time I have had an awful experience here. I have definitely learned my lesson and will take my business elsewhere.At this point, I don’t really want anything else from this business. It is very clear, after reading through all of the reviews of this salon, that my experience was not uncommon. There are several other reviews that are similar to mine, which shows a pattern. Poor service and rude staff hurts businesses. I would really suggest that they evaluate how their business is run and make some drastic changes if they expect to stay in business. As for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Such a shame. They were so good when they first opened.

The service and massage was awesome! But I couldnt completely relax during my massage because they were playing pop and rap music. Usually spas have relaxing instrumental music that would have given them 5 stars.

I went here tonight for a fill & pedicure. I got a $45 green tea pedicure, Kevin my technician worked so hard on my feet and gave me an amazing massage, almost an hour long pedicure. My fill was great as well. This was an excellent find!!!!

I liked Candle Day Spa because it was convenient since I did not have to make an appointment. I will not however, ever go back. This was probably the worst pedicure I ever had. Although my nails were clipped, some of them are still so long I wont be able to go two weeks before they need to be trimmed and they are not rounded as I requested. The polish job was absolutely horrible. There are many places where bare nail is showing and that means it will likely peel away. To say I am very disappointed is an understatement. I will never return.

I really enjoyed my pedicure which was done carefully and with precision. I waited for a bit for my toes to dry and then asked for an SNS manicure. I was told two other customers were ahead of me and that there was no technicians to do my hands. I am leaving for vacation in 2 Days now with no manicure on my hands. I am disappointed because you should finish satisfying the customer you are working with first before moving onto other customers. And to be flat out told there is no time for me is poor Customer Service. I will be back because I liked my pedicure but hopefully the salon will be better staffed.

This place was amazing. I had a great pedicure and manicure. The lady that did my manicure was so patient and kind. I had a dip manicure done at another nail salon and they messed up so badly. She took the time to fix my nails that were messed up. She was also very careful with one of my nails that was injured, making sure that I was always comfortable. I highly recommend this place and will keep coming here in the future!

I stopped in Candle Day Spa on a whimsy. It was a cold rainy day and I was in desperate need for a pedicure. The salon is beautiful on the inside and very relaxing. I almost fell asleep in the pedicure chair! Soft music, scented candles and a wonderful technician made Candle Day Spa my new go to place. Nu (my technician) was wonderful and I will definitely ask for her again!

I was treated like a queen the first time l went there so I went back. .treated very well because I let them talk me into S&S nails etc. They ruined my nails so I had them removed on my next visit. I went in tonight and only wanted a classic pedicure and manicure....I have never in my life been treated so poorly . Everyone around me was given a bottle of water and I got dirty looks and the fastest sloppiest pedicure and manicure l have ever had in my life. The first time l chose not to leave a tip and I will never be back. They are all about the money thats it!

I usually LOVE Candle Day Spa, but not today. I had an older lady who I had never seen there before. I had a pedicure and I had to ask her to cut my toenails. Then when she was done I realized the paint was all on my cuticles. I had asked her to fix them and she blamed it on the polish because it was “old”. I told her I wish she would had told me beforehand it was old polish. She then said I can have them redone, so I go pick out another color, and she repainted them. It happened again, polish all over my cuticles and looks like I painted them. She does my manicure and the same thing happens- paint all over my cuticles. I was very disappointed with the service today and paid way to much for what I received.

I’ve been getting bikini waxes off and on for over a decade. (I highly recommend them if you’ve never been daring enough to try!!) And Tracy did an EXCELLENT job. One of the best I’ve received, even compared to experienced salons in NYC and DC. If you’ve ever thought of trying or already are a fan of the service, book an appointment with Tracy!! Prices start at $50 for full Brazilian and they’re one of the few places that will do it.I also opted for a mango spa pedicure which was priced competitively. Their towels and water was nice and warm. The pedicure chairs are secluded and relaxing and the massage rollers reach up to include scalp (and I’m 5’10”). The salon is full service including gel manicures, eye brow tinting, and attached hair salon.

The facility is lovely but the technicians are super moody. Ive been there many times and its so hit or miss. They try so hard to up-sell your package if you dont do it, they are pissy. I went today when they were dead and thought Id have a pleasant experience and ended up coming home to write this review. There are too many other nail salons around to be treated poorly.

The lady was in such a rush and did my full set of french acrylics in about 10 minutes. They look very sloppily done. She filed them very rough so that there’s tons of dry peeling skin around my nail bed now. The white tip starts in about the middle of my nail, and she didn’t ask me how long I wanted them and just went ahead and cut them soo short, not at all what I wanted. I’m also now noticing little bubbles in my acrylic. Not worth $40 :(

Kinda going downhill... I have been very disappointed in my pedicures and gel manicures in the last year or so. I do not know what happened, but the quality of service is not what it once was. I am lucky if my gel lasts a week. My toenails are being cut so jagged that they get caught on blankets and grow out super funky. I am sad, but I may have to find a new place.

I’am extremely unhappy about my experience here. I took my niece to get our nails done today for a fun relaxing girls day. While the nail tech was working on my nieces nails she proceeded to argue with another women in the salon that was having an issue saying they were over charging her for something she didn’t ask for. She proceeded to yell at the women across the room in front of my niece. It was extremely unprofessional. I made several comments about during the argument for it to stop that there was a child here. I had to pay full price for everything and all I got was an attitude and I’m sorry from the nail tech. The manager did nothing. I will not be coming here ever again. Completely uncalled for and unnecessary completely ruining our girls day experience.

The women and men did an outstanding job today. We had my daughters mani and pedi party today. Candle Day Spa went over and above to help us. We were a party of 9 women and 2 children. They let us have coffee, muffins, etc and helped serve us all.Thank you everyone at Candle Day! You made this day fantastic!!!

Candle day spa is the best in Frederick. I’m always so happy when I come here, my nails always look amazing. The girls always take good care of my mom and I and are super sweet. I’ve been coming here for over 4 years. Always get SNS and a deluxe pedi.

Great team, pedicures are excellent, and the salon is very clear and professional. Went here to get pedicures and manicures before my sisters wedding and they were very accomodating!

Never again... my girl was extremely rude, instead of asking for my hands, she grabbed my wrist and yanked my arm every time she needed my hands. Then I ask for sparkles and she tries to do something random and I say no that’s not what I wanted before she finished, rolled her eyes multiple times at me for asking her to fix mistakes SHE made. Then she raised her voice at me when she didn’t understand what I was asking for. All the manager said is “we’ll talk to her”, yeah I’m sure that’ll fix her attitude! Maybe focus on the client that’s paying for a decent nail job AND customer service instead of your personal side conversation with your coworkers.

Awful!!! I watched them not clean their equipment and a roach climbed out from under another customer chair while I was there. The other customer told the staff and they brushed it off. Im going home and sanitizing my feet now.

I went with a friend to get a mani/pedi on 2/28/19 at 5 PM to prepare for my bachelorette party the following weekend. I initially wanted powder dip nails but was encouraged heavily to do gel nails instead by the nail tech. So I agreed to do gel instead because I was under the impression that was my better option. Afterwards, upon further inspection at home, there were some very noticeable issues that showed that I had received a very bad quality gel manicure ....There were bubbles, unevenness, and gel polish stuck to my skin at the sides of my nails. I was mad but I didnt have time to address this the next day as I was leaving for my party and decided to move on from the mistakes and just forgive it. Well, im leaving this review because its now less than a week old an they are now chipping and peeling up off my nails on top of all the problems listed above. The bottoms near my cuticles where there is some visible nail growth are jagged and uneven. The quality of the work is very poor. And since im 24 days away from my wedding, I am looking for a place that cares about the quality of their work at this time...I basically threw my money in the garbage... and will be taking my business elsewhere to get quality manicures from a business that cares about their work and clients.

So disappointed in my last two visits. I went about 4 weeks ago and an older male did my SNS. He dipped them about 4 times on top of the base and top coat. I looked like I had bottle caps on my nails. My nails were also clean - no dip or gel to soak off - I was in there for 2 hours.My mistake was going back a few days ago. I had a different woman do them and again she dipped them so many times that the dipping powder is raised off my nail. I asked her can you buff them or thin them so they look more natural. She used the tool so hard it buffed sections of the powder down to my nail so she had to redip 3 fingers.Idk what it is but they aren’t the same salon I started going to last year. How could you let someone walk out of the salon like this? I’ve wasted my money twice and I can’t wait till I have to sit in another salon so I can soak the 6 layers of dipping powder off. I wish I could give no stars.

I will never waist my time and money going here again. Poor quality work and over priced.Personally I think they lost all their good staff. Got my eyebrows done asked the lady to not make it too thin walked out so unhappy barely had brows left. Just days after i went in for a medi/pedi an old lady did my nails,so bad. She could barely understand me or see. Half of my big toes werent properly polished. This place is going down hill. Unfriendly staff and a manager who doesnt have a care in the world to keep her customers happy. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Nice space and lots of mani/pedi options for soaks/scrubs. The polish is okay and tends to only last a few days, but its a nice clean comfortable setting.

Unfortunately, my experience here was not good. I had a manicure with Dip Powder. My nails were natural and healthy but the manicurist encouraged me to get the powder type of polish because she said it would last much longer. It did look good and might have lasted but I had to have the polish removed just a week later. I developed a fungul infection under two nails. I have been told that it will take months of antifungul treatment to get rid of this. My understanding is that this occurs because of unclean instruments and/or poor application that allows moisture to build up between the polish and the nail bed. The manager was defensive and unkind (certainly not apologetic) though she did agree that the powder should be removed. To the credit of the manicurist that removed the polish, he, did not try to charge me but he was a bit rough with the file (see attached) and offered no refund for my trouble.

Had a great experience here getting my nails done for Halloween.

Very nice spa, relaxing environment. I have been getting pedicures here for many years and have never had a bad experience.

They do a good job most the time but take a lomg time.

Great service. Got both a manicure and pedicure

First time I went I loved it. Yesterday will be the last time I go. Went in for mani/pedi. Told her to cut toes and file round, I had to come home and finish trimming the sides and refile. I dont put color on toes in winter so this was less work for her to begin with. On to mani. Said I wanted a specific color, rather than getting that one she said a different one was better and that Id love it. She filed my nails, had me soak them and then pushed back my cuticals without putting a softener on them or allowing them to soak long enough. Then she polished with a color I dont care for, but by then I just wanted to be finished. When she moved me to the dryer she bumped my finger and messed up the polish, when I showed her she said it was fine. Then when moving my phone and keys she dropped my phone. I dried for 5 min and left, NEVER TO RETURN!

This place is awesome. Great service. Clean. Friendly.

This place could care less about those who make appointments! Appointment at 630 and they took 2 people ahead of me. Not first time.

Had to ask when getting a pedicure to have my heels done. My daughter got a manicure and was cut bad. We wont go back.

Lady was mad and took it it ouy on my nails. My nail literally broke the next day and my set fell off within a week. Worse acrylic set ive gotten. Over pricee also.

Great relaxing atmosphere, walk in anytime and get service, clean and beautiful facility, reasonable prices, catered to my natural nail and never pressured me to get gels or acrylics
