Never had any issues, but they also stay very crowded no matter the time of day. Also they could use way more mega loaders. Thats why I gave 4 stars versus 5.

The customer service here is outstanding. Everyone is nice and polite. Quick turn around on wash and fold, and they do a great job folding everything. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Great service and good machines though with covid19 around they dont have hot water in rest rooms.

Facility itself is amazing! Great quality machines, plenty of space and wonderful system. By system I mean its a card you add value to instead of using coins. The staff is amazing as well! They keep the facility clean and tidy. The ONLY reason I took two stars was because it is FREEZING in there. I tried waiting for my load to finish but I couldnt. Its winter time and its as cold inside as it is outside.

The facilities are always clean and well kept. Prices are moderate compared to other places that are more expensive.

I have a small massage practice and as I’m getting busier trying to find ways to save time so, I decided to try out the drop off laundry service. When I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest woman who was so willing to share with me the options and pricing. I figured it would take at least 24 hours if not 48, I was surprised when I got a call at 8 am that my laundry was done 12 hours before she had promised it would be done. The laundry looks clean and they happen to fold the same way I do, so it was well worth the money. I will continue to use them!

It would be five stars ................. but .................. they did not follow their own sign. It says that uncontrolled children will be asked to leave immediately. Well, there were kids playing on the ramp and blocking the way, screaming, running and treating it as a playground. The parents glare at me when I glare at their misbehaving kids. Well, if you all take responsibility for your kids, then, I would not glare. Now, the attendant was very nice and hospitable with my questions about washing machines I was not too sure about. The dryers could have been a bit hotter but I guess when I went on a Sunday around 1800 hours, then, that would be expected due to the lint build up in the traps. Very nice prices. It was cleaner than a hospitals operating room. I will have to go when it is less crowded.

Customers roaming around the store without a mask. Place seemed messy when I was there last time during the weekend.

This place is sadly appropriately named. The dryers here damage my clothing, leaving bleached out spots. I wont be coming here again.Edited to respond to the owner:Per my original posting, I have not nor have ever utilized your washing machines. I am only referring to your dryers. Your dryers are what produced damage on several articles of my clothing. While I appreciate that extra care should be taken regarding bleach in public washing machines, that isnt the issue here.

No coins, buy a laundry card at machine by counter, ladies were helpful, place is very clean. Lots of machines.

The lady at the full service counter has to be one of the nicest people on earth - always a smile and so helpful! The place is super clean and very well maintained.

Huge washing machines, massive dryers- Spot Laundromat is a great place to get a ton on laundry done quickly. Would revisit- great for comforter cleaning.

This laundry mat is not in a safe area. I’m never going back. There should be a police officer there at all times supervising this place.

Dryer #141 burned my favorite blanket and MANY other items. The washers also didnt get my clothes as clean as Id expect, and I always under fill them against my fiances recommendation

This place is not only full of friendly folks who work there, but, the clothes we get back are clean, folded, ironed, and its not too expensive to have laundry dropped off ... so that we arent spending half a sunday doing laundry! And did I say friendly? I know their names and they know ours! When we come in, there happy to see us! They match up all the socks, and they make it easy to get home and put stuff away properly. Weve given up doing laundry except for the occasional small load. And if you dropoff your stuff on the weekday, its a scosche cheaper. They always ask when I want my stuff back, and I know theyll get to it pretty quickly, so I dont have a preference. But even when I say tomorrow night or the next day- theyre calling us later on the dropoff day, or the next mid-day. Easy peasy. I wish everything worked so well.And the people who work there are super nice!
