This laundry mat is always neat and clean. Its got the best washer and dryer in the area. They have a variety of washer sizes based on your loads. It can be busy on the weekends. If you go during the week its a lot less busy. Everyone generally is covid safe with masks.

I used this location as an ancient quaint wash house in the late 90s.. Ive known it to be an updated laundromat know for at least four years.. very modernize.. clean.. maintained daily.. open early.. last load at ten closes at eleven..

Amazing business. Lets be honest, you dont expect fancy or modern when you think of laundromats. The owners really did a great job on this one. They even have google homes in the ceiling for anyone to use. I was able to play music, check the time, weather, etc. Highly reccomend this place!

Clean! Nice snacks and drinks in the vending machines. I called the posted number for management with a question and the owner picked up right away and was responsive. They contribute toward charities too, which I love the community service heart of the business.

Our dryer broke recently and I found this little place. It was immaculately clean, and quite cute. I appreciate that some of the proceeds go towards local charities, which change quarterly.They even have a little vending machine with snacks, as well as magazines available on a table (Smithsonian, National Geographic, Better Homes and Gardens, etc...).Thanks for helping to make doing laundry a little nicer!

My washer broke in the summer. A friend of mine introduced Noma Laundromat. I loved it so this is the place I always go because it is clean and spacious and quiet. This month September, my dryer broke and I came to this place to dry my clothes. It has been such an ugly experience because at different times that I came to dry my clothes, I see tons of pet (dog) hair on the floor on the large washer area and the dryer area. DISGUSTING. I hate to know that some people wash probably their pet beds or their clothes are just nastily covered with pet hair.

After reading these reviews, I gave this laundromat a try. The machine did not properly rinse my clothes. I paid a fortune to dry my clothes until i realized even the dryers are not getting that hot. Both washers and dryers are rigged. I spent more than 1 hour to dry 16 medium thick clothes like t shirts and dresses. Can any one suggest another laundromat?

This place is unfortunately going down hill very quickly.It used to have two large load machines. Now theyre both broken. Just sitting there. For months.The top loading machines are slowly failing, too. The last two times Ive gone in I put a load in, pushed the quarters in, and waited for the water to fill. It did, but the machine never came on. So, I had to unload a load of soaked clothes and move them to another machine.Its small, and not very crowded on weekday afternoons. Such a shame to see a formerly nice business headed for the junk pile. If anybody owns it, they need to get over there and take care of things.

10/15/19 Today I visited NoMa. This is a great laundromat. The whole place has been remodeled with new washers and dryers. These washers are so high tech that you save more money than you would at other laundromat when using dryers. They pre-dry your clothes so you take less time using the dryers. Theres a vending machine that uses card or cash and theres a coin despenser if you have $1, $5, $10, $20. I even spoke with a gentleman, I believe his name was Josh. He helped me out instantly over the phone when I was confused with how tonuse the washer and operate the new vending machine. Very curteous and great customer service skills. For every load, 10 cents goes to a charity. Give him some charity suggestions so that we can all help someone in need. Im always open to support a business that helps others in need. Hopefully theyll upgrade to some washers and dryers with card slots or even a machine to purchase laundry needs such as detergent, dry sheets, bleach and fabric softener. Overall, I give this place a A+. Will be returning often.

I have lived in downtown Frederick without an in unit washer/dryer for 2 years now. This was by far the best experience at a laundromat ive had since moving here. It is super clean and the decor is beautiful, the washers and dryers look brand new, theres free wifi and a working vending machine. NoMa is amazing!
