Dave really helped me out, I had an old door lock and no one could make copies for me. I had even called a number of shops. Well, Dave seems pretty well prepared for anything and he was able to make copies for me. Very pleasant on the phone and in person. Would do business with him again anytime.

I was in desperate need of a locksmith on a Sunday afternoon, as I locked myself out of my home. I made 4 calls to various locksmiths in the area and none answered until I called Daves number. He came immediately and was able to gain entry to my house. Needless to say, Dave will be the first number I call if I ever need a locksmith again.

I was unable to open my safe yesterday evening and needed emergency access. Instead of simply saying he’d make a service call, he offered to assist me by phone first and come out if unsuccessful. Unfortunately, I stepped out to the garage for a moment and the door locked behind me. During this Pandemic - thats more of a problem anyone would have expected with my door locking behind me. Having just bought a house, I was worried about the lock that was on the front door when we took possession. Who knows who has an extra key that the previous seller forgot about? I bought a front door lock before closing with the intention of simply replacing it when we took occupancy but I was quickly proven to be out of my depth. I called Dave this morning and he was able to help within a few hours. I’m sure if I’d called with an immediate need, he’d have been there. Dave was kind, understanding, helpful, and extremely knowledgable. It turned out the indoor knob was defective so I had to bring that specific part back. Dave instructed me how to install the knob when it was replaced (two screws and you’re done) and even called a few hours later to see if everything had worked out alright. For a nervous new-homeowner, Dave was a true delight to work with. If I ever need a locksmith in the future, I’m calling Dave first. Thank you again Dave!

Dave found a way to get me in my house without destroying the lock (which is the kind you cant pick) and only charged me for his time. Much cheaper than it could have been. Especially if he had been unscrupulous and just destroyed the lock (I wouldnt have known any better). Highly recommended.
