Extremely friendly and polite service, we felt cared for as we were helped out of the REAL PICKLE we were stuck in! Service was fast and the locksmith gave us solid advice on vacation recommendations! We felt like part of the family! 10/10 service, there really arent many people left as delightful and earnest as this locksmith!

They came super quickly on what I’m sure was a busy morning. My only complaint was the sheer lack of professionalism. Screaming at whoever was driving and cussing her out right in front of a paying customer is probably not the best way to go about your business. I consider myself a very understanding person, but using foul language consistently in front of clientele probably isn’t the best way to go. It was quite off putting and I would not recommend this company just based on the lack of decorum I witnessed.

I locked myself out of my apartment on a Sunday morning (ugh). ABA Locksmith was the first name to pop up on google so I called the number and they answered immediately. The lady who picked up was super sweet and understanding. Within half an hour she and her husband were at my door to unlock it. He was super nice too. Highly recommend!

I locked my keys in my truck. The first place I called didn’t pick up. These guys picked up right away. They were at my truck in 20 minutes and unlocked it in less than a minute. It was very impressive. Both men were very nice and professional. Their prices were comparable to other companies. Hopefully I don’t have to, but I will call them again if I’m ever in the same situation.

Called and spoke some guy on the phone this morning (do not remember his name and he was very rude). I told him I lockout my car keys in my truck due my dog run out of the house while I was looking something in the truck of my car. I told him my car make and model. He told me that it was impossible and I need to go to the dealership to get a new keys. I told him that I have to go back to school to take my last final and he stated to me that I should get someone to drive the dealership to get new keys because your make and model you cannot in to those cars. He never asked or stated “we come and try to help you out. Then, if all things fail, most likely you in to go the car dealership to make you nee keys for your car. So, I end up calling another company told them about my problem and they came right over. They were able to get into my car with no problem or hesitation. I am pretty sure that I am not going to call you guys back if any situation like thus happens again.

Of course I knew what time it was, I was already at work at ANOTHER BUSINESS that operates at this time. This man basically said call me later. I will never call this business again. The library was closed at this point and I was frantic for a solution. After calling for help, my husband told me our insurance covered roadside assistance and to cancel service with ABA. I called, apologized and explained our insurance is going to cover everything. He got very angry, was VERY rude, and said dont call back. Ever. I wont. And neither should you.

Had to replace a lock cylinder on my 76 el camino on a saturday(no other places were open or would do it), didnt have the part in stock, but went out of his way to find it and replace. charged me the lowest price, along with the new part, still cheaper than any other places ive heard. very personable, great advice, and i wouldnt dream of going to anyone else.

Stopped by the address on east street it looks like its been closed for a while.

Called them in the early morning for a lockout. Was screamed and cursed at for about 30 seconds then hung up on. A few months later, my girlfriend reported a similar reaction to call in the late afternoon. Not certain who answers the phone, since the reviews of Gus are glowing, but I hope he reads this and cans the jackass who typically answers.
