We did not like the service at all... It failed to meet our expectations... Did not meet anything that was promised... The refrigerator and oven were unclean - we had to do it ourselves... The windows at the 1st for was completely left out... We had to call them back to clean it... The floors, the windows, the sink, everything had to be cleaned again... In fact, we mopped the floor again after they left and it still turned the mop cloth black from white..I am not going to recommend this service

I hired MaidPro to clean my sisters house as she goes through chemotherapy. Since I live in another state, Marcie worked with me over the phone to set up a schedule to coincide with the appointments so that my sister can come home to a clean house after each treatment. I have been using their standard cleaning service for about 2 months now I have scheduled them to come to the house every 2 weeks to clean certain areas of my home as I have a great deal of hardwood flooring and areas in my house that I have a hard time finding to clean and dust. Yesterday Maddy and Mariah did an excellent job. Their rates are fair and the service is outstanding. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and recommend that if you are looking for a cleaning service whether it be due to moving, a spring cleaning, or even commercial cleaning give them a call.

We experienced our first cleaning with MaidPro recently. During our initial cleaning, the Pros ( Leigha, Shelby, Mariah and Deborah) were very professional and made sure to understand our cleaning preferences. Their teamwork and communication with each other allows them to thoroughly accomplish their 49-point checklist. I have been most impressed with MaidPro out of all three! My husband and I work from home, so we were here while the cleaner, Christina, worked.I liked that they just sent one woman to clean, rather than sending in a posse (I always felt a bit like my house was under attack with the other companies, and that they were rushing through my house to crank on to the next one!). Christina was professional, courteous, and competent. She arrived in the agreed upon window of time and worked diligently while here. The communications from the MaidPro office were also timely and professional.The cleaning was stellar. See photos of my shiny floors and stovetop and clean microwave! Spots like the tops of the window latches, backs of toilets, etc were all cleaned meticulously.And my house smelled really good when she was done!

Teri Tamara and Tabitha did a move in clean and disinfect today at my new house yesterday. They arrived on time and were very thorough. They cleaned every nook and cranny of this house and left it shining! Highly recommend. Good value for the money and I will be using them regularly. Very pleasant and responsive to my requests.

I was looking for extra help with cleaning since Im working from home and watching the kids. But Maid pro Frederick did not impress. I had to mop my floor and clean my bathrooms all over again right after they left in a hurry. Worst $240 I have ever spent. Maybe they sent me less experienced cleaners....I did not have the same experience other reviewers are talking about. I would rather clean the house myself than waste such money again. This is not professional cleaning at all.

Shelby has cleaned my house several times now, usually with Leigha but today with Rylee. The team is always efficient and does a thorough clean even while we work and school from home.
