I had a full move in clean of my condo by Marina, Lagnis & Karolina. They were super excellent! They arrived on time, in masks and introduced themselves right away. They brought all cleaning equipment. We walked around the condo and I pointed out a few areas I needed deep cleaned. I was given a time estimate of about 2 hours. I left and came back and they had finished in about 1 hour. Everything was fresh, very clean and tidy. I really appreciated their deep clean of the refrigerator, stove and bathrooms. Everything smelled great and was perfect.I highly recommend Molly Maids and will use their services again. Thank you for being very customer friendly, quick and efficient. Kudos!!!!

I have used many cleaning services in the past but i have never been so impressed. I used Molly Maid for a move out clean so i can list my house on the market. My house has never looked this good. They did an excellent job wiping the baseboards, cleaning all the cabinets, and windowsills. The floors are sparkling and my kitchen appliances all look brand new. I feel like you get what you pay for. And i am very happy with the quality.

I was quoted a price for a first time deep clean with 2 ladies... I was very specific on what I wanted cleaned and confirmed what I wanted and the price several times before the cleaning day. On the day they showed up with a 3rd lady instead of 2. The coordinator waited almost 90min into the cleaning to call me and tell me since a 3rd person came to clean that the rate would be higher, but since they could clean faster it would even out and repeated the first quote I got... indicating that Id still be paying the quoted amount. 2.5hrs total when they were done cleaning (but marked at 2hrs 50min) and I was told it would be $150 MORE!! While the bathrooms and oven (which I did pay extra for) were much better, this was NOT what Id consider a deep clean. Inside the oven and the stove top were marked improvements, but the knobs and sides of the warming drawer and other areas were still very visibly dirty. I specifically asked for baseboards to be wiped clean and they were only dusted. Other things were also dusted, but not wiped down or deep cleaned. Other things were missed completely during dusting. Things were also moved to cover some of the dirty spots (corner dirt picture is usually empty, but they moved my broom and dustpan to that spot to cover it up). Same happened with toys/furniture slightly moved to cover dirty areas. Obvious spots were missed during mopping so I took a wet paper towel to other parts of the floors and they WERE STILL DIRTY! I also specifically asked for the kitchen cabinets to be thoroughly cleaned and there was still dust, grease, and some food splatter spots on them. Again... NOT what would or should be considered a deep clean and definitely not for almost $500 (way more than I was quoted for) and less than 3hrs. I feel completely ripped off. As a very first professional cleaning for me, a deep cleaning, and at that price... I didnt expect to have to go inspect their work afterwards, but I wish I had before I tipped them and before they left. Am very disappointed and thats why I definitely would not recommend this company. To quote a price, wait until half the work is done to say the rate changes but should still cost the same, only to be told and charged $150 MORE (not including tip) at the end is very unprofessional and dishonest.

I thought I would have more time to clean my house when I retired but Ive been too busy. We contacted Molly Maid and they came out initially and did a deep clean. Which was amazing - I felt like we were living in a different house. Last week Kat and Patricia came out and did a standard clean. They were so polite and did a great job of working around my husband who kept getting in the way. They did an amazing job with our old wooden floors. We were going to have them refinished but whatever they used to clean them - they looked so much better. We are definitely going to request Kat and Patricia for our next clean.

Maria & Delmira went above & beyond cleaning our house. We get a regular cleaning and every team has been wonderful but this team was really detailed & very sweet. The teams all provide a wonderful experience & I’m so appreciative & grateful for their help each week.

I used to use Merry Maids but I needed a general cleaning because family was coming to visit and Merry Maids didn’t have any times available. I’ll definitely be hiring Molly Maids again. Ollie and Reagan did a great job; very thorough and even did little things Merry Maids never does (replaces waste basket liners, folds hand towel ends like at hotels, etc.). Plus, they were super sweet and respectful of my home.

I scheduled a Move In clean with Molly Maids. Carolina, Marina and Alony arrived early and worked hard to clean all rooms in my new house. I am happy with the service I received. They were professional and polite.

The company provides employee training, a work vehicle, and cleaning products. I prefer Molly Maids over the private contractors I have used over the years because they provide more quality and assurance for me, as well as benefits for their employees.

It was easy to reserve an appointment online and the team at Molly Maid worked with us to find the most convenient time for the cleaning. Absolutely horrible experience. They told me they would be at my home at 8:30 am then changed it to 4:40 pm but never told me until I called to see where they were. Then I received a call at 3:00 pm saying they were at my house and could clean it earlier than 4:30 pm. I rushed over and while on the way the manager called to say someone threatened them with a knife. I said thats impossible since no one is living there. When I got there no one was there. I called and was told they were at the wrong address and would be right over. I waited more than 40 minutes and left. I told them to forget it. The most bizarre experience ever.

They came to my house for a bi-weekly cleaning. The house looked immaculate when they finished. The countertops and surfaces were sparkling. Excited for Ollie and Reagan to come back again!

I have been using Molly Maids of Frederick and Columbia for many years. My regular team was Kat. She is amazing! I got a call she no longer works there. During the years I’ve had other teams at my home and have always been satisfied with the cleans and employees that have been here to clean. For about a month now the service and customer service have not been good at all. I’m very disappointed. The consistency is zilch to none. I’m seeing different faces I do not recognize coming in and out of my home. I’ve been called several times recently to tell me they are not coming. One day they just did not show up at all. Another time they would not be able to send my team. When I call I don’t know anyone who answers. In the past I would get a response quickly. I did feel like my business was important and that I was being listened to. The cleans are not as good anymore. I don’t feel like I am a priority as a customer. I got an email from Molly Maids sent to say the office staff changed. I was fond of the girls at the Molly Maids office. I don’t feel like I know anyone. I gave it a little time and have been patient. One of my pressing concerns is the unfamiliar faces coming to my home. I know what to expect with my team and trust to leave them in my home when I am not here. I was told Kat left the company as well. She has cleaned for me many many years now. We will no longer be using Molly Maids of Frederick. Before I was sent an email about the staff changing the new owner called me to discuss the changes and discuss her employee. Speaking of her Manager. She had what I like to call “yuck mouth”. I couldn’t believe the things being said to me as a customer. It’s despicable! That was a red flag! We never personally had any issues with any of the girls in the office. I’ve come to know them quite well. The other team I was fond of is no longer there either. I don’t have my team anymore and the other team I asked for isn’t there. That was the last straw for me. I began to sense a bit of reluctance. Now that we have been told Kat isn’t there we would have been okay if Vilmary could be our team but she isn’t there anymore either. Our other concern is not knowing why all of the employees from Molly Maids are new each time. No more excuses Molly Maids!

Team #1 consisting of Maria and Delmira, did a great job cleaning my house. They are extremely thorough and do a terrific job!

I called them for an “emergency in-law” clean when one of my husband’s relatives suddenly decided to drop in to visit and stay for the night. To be perfectly honest, the house was really gross and I was horrified at the thought of my in-laws seeing the house like that. The ladies, Maria and Delmira, cleaned the house until it was CLEAN. It was worth the cost in order to have peace of mind. Thank you Maria and Delmira.

The team arrived earlier than expected (that was definitely a good thing). They were quit thorough and professional. The team seemed to work together very well and addressed everything we requested.

I am not giving any stars for this service.They just still money from customer and service is very poor whatever I expected nothing done and the lady was so rude and left early and nothing finished any work and another lady she did a good job. I call the manager and she said she going to talk with the employee and call you back. But nothing calls back and I see my credit card bill they already charged $216 and work has nothing done. I am not going to call again.In 2 hours they just did vacuum in the house but still, that is also not good

Brenda and Katherine do a great job, I seldom do cleaning during one year living here and has a cat which result in a messy carpet. But they make everything just as good as I move in! Even though I move out from this area I will still choose Molly Maid in the further.

I originally was seeking Merry Maids on Labor Day; however, they were not available and I stumbled upon Molly Maids instead. The associate that took all of my information was kind and pleasant. She indicated that the estimated time would be 2-2.5 hours (but would be based on the level of work required). I explained that this was a move-in clean and that I would need the kitchen to include refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink, cabinets, bathrooms, carpets, floors, washer and dryer, and windows to be cleaned. She also indicated that they know what to do and also included would be baseboards and the inside of windows but not the outside. The original quote was less than $250 with the cost per hour to be $108. I was supposed to receive an email the evening before laying out the specifics which I did not. I had to call to have someone verify the time. Originally I was told afternoon then in the prerecorded message the window was 0800-1600. That is a huge window. When I received a phone call back Thursday night I was told that the ladies wanted to start early and would be there by 0745/0750 (0800) by the latest. IT was explained to me that they would do a walk through in the beginning and one at the end to ensure that everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. I call at 0759 yesterday because no one had arrived and I had received no phone call. I was told that they had picked up their supplies and had departed at 0715 and were on their way. They were on Liberty Road and about 10-15 mins away. I had to depart but my boyfriends father was there. Upon departure, Mr. Nance indicated that the ladies did not do the final walkthrough and that trash had been left in the basement behind the washer and dryer. In addition, when my boyfriend arrived he noticed that the cabinets were still dirty, windows hadnt been cleaned thoroughly, kitchen sink compartment was untouched, stairs were subpar. I was called yesterday afternoon explain the items that were not complete and was told that the walkthrough had not been completed because one of the ladies was not feeling well due to (womanly issues): my words and that she had asked to have the rest of the appointments canceled for the rest of the day. I was also offered a $25 refund. Upon my arrival this morning to inspect the property I was/am aghast! For $414.16, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I feel that I threw my hard earned money away. I hired the company because I didnt have time nor energy to clean the property myself. What was supposed to be a day of setting up the kitchen and bathrooms is now filled with having to find another company to come in and clean or do it myself which I dont have the time to do. THIS IS TERRIBLE. According to the website you can contact the company within 24 hours if not satisfied and they will come back out free of charge. I called and no one answered. I want a full refund! I will not recommend this company to anyone ever except to stay far far away.

Team #9, Marina and Karolina were awesome! We contacted Molly Maids for our spring deep cleaning. They arrived early and worked non stop until the job was completed never slowing down. We will be definitely calling again.

Furthernore they are kind, gracious, and humble people. I recommend Team 9 of the Molly Maid service for anyone looking for quality work and amazing people.:)

I ordered a move out clean and came back to inspect and the house looked like it was barely touched. The floors were disgusting and still had trash that the movers had left. The baseboards, window sills, walls and corners still had lots of visible dirt and crumbs and the walls still had dirt and dust on them. I sent pictures to the company to show them that the house was still very dirty and they said that they would send someone out to reclean. Since I am in the military and had to report to my new duty station I was not able to be there to inspect the reclean. The property manager sent me a message asking if they had went back out and recleanes because the house was still very dirty. She even sent me pictures. When I contacted the owner of the company, she replied “they did their best” I was charged $445 and still had to go behind them and pay another cleaning company to do an actual move out clean. This company overcharges and does not do quality work. AVOID USING MOLLY MAID!!!

Mariela and Cindy, Team 7, came and did a deep clean after I had the floors sanded in my house. There was dust EVERYWHERE. They both did a great job of knocking down the majority of the dust so that when my wife came home the house was habitable and she only had to do fine work like in the cupboards. The ladies worked so hard, from the ceiling to the floor. We were so appreciative. Also, they cleaned and disinfected 2 bathrooms. Spotless. There are 3 houses on our property and we were excited to find Molly Maids to come and clean for us. We got a very reasonable quote and were treated politely, however none of the 3 houses were clean after the first visit. The only reason I would consider giving a second star is because the manager was nice and gave us a good price and the maids left a personalized note on the kitchen table. I left a note of a specific cleaner to use on my hardwood floors, but they still had dirt and drip marks on them. it was evident they didnt mop at all, nonetheless use the cleaner I asked them too. There were several dust bunnies under every piece of furniture in my house. They didnt even touch my laundry room at all, and didnt even mop or wipe the tile floors in my bathroom. The bed looked like a toddler made it. Both the other houses had similar experiences. All 3 houses were supposed to have a deep clean. Well, if that is what Molly Maids considers a deep clean I wouldnt want to pay them for a routine cleaning!!! After complaining we got an apology and offer to come back and redo, but we did not trust them to come back and clean for us again. First impressions are huge, and this one left a huge one of disappointment for me and my family. Now we are stuck paying a bill and have to spend hours of our own time re-cleaning right before the holidays.

Due to Covid, my house hadn’t been professionally cleaned in over a year. I had called to set up a total house cleaning with only a week to get it done before a visit from my parents, they were able to get a team to come during the hours I needed which were pretty limited.Team 7 came, worked very hard while here, used my products and appliances (due to my allergies and sensitivities), they were masked, professional, polite, courteous and incredibly thorough! The fact that they (team of only 2) were able to do such an impressive cleaning in only 2.5 hours was amazing and impressive!I highly recommend them! Mariela and Patricia were fabulous and I will definitely be hiring them again, hopefully on a regular basis. 😀

I have been with Molly Maids of Frederick and Columbia for 3 years. The company went under new management last year, and that has been an amazing improvement. The office management has been very helpful and accommodating to work around me and my familys schedule during COVID. Team 7 always cleans my home and leaves it sparkling, even the high chair and toys! I was extremely nervous to continue with the cleaning team during COVID, but I have been impressed with their policies and I feel safe.

My overall experience was okay. Unfortunately, I had to point out unclean/ untouched spots to the maids multiple times in the kitchen. The bathroom cleaning was mediocre. I definitely could’ve done I more detailed job. The kitchen and the bathrooms we’re top priority to me seeing as though I was moving into a new home and didn’t want to shower or cook in the areas until they were spotless. I was not pleased with the cleaning and doubt I’ll be giving them a call for the next cleaning.

They did a fanatstic job. Our house has never been this clean.

While they do a great job, and they do, I have one small complaint.When they finish cleaning the bathroom, they do a little design on the end of the toilet paper, which is nice and all. However, they will turn the paper to the direction that allows them to do this. Toilet paper direction is a very personal thing and people prefer it one way and tend to hate it the other way. They should leave the toilet paper in the direction it was in when they got there so as not to annoy the resident.

Molly Maid came out for a deep clean and exceeded my expectations. Not only did they thoroughly clean everything, they tidied things I didnt expect them to. They cleaned up my desk and cleaned my dirty dishes. They did an amazing job and are worth the price. Maria and Delmira are a fantastic team! They do a great job. I really like the price and the quality of the cleaning. It is very convenient. Like the text reminders as well. It is so nice to come home to a clean home.

They arrived late and parked over a block and a half away though there was plenty of street parking right out front. This meant these ladies had to carry all their equipment a block and a half. They were friendly and the cleaning was done sufficiently. However, when it came time to determine what was due I was charged 10 extra minutes. I called to speak with a supervisor that wasn’t helpful and was told that a manager would need to call me back. Meanwhile these ladies are waiting around so I ask about providing payment once I’ve talked to a manager and I’m told ok. Seven hours later a manager finally calls me back and then indicates that I will be charged for the time that the ladies spent standing around while I talked to an unhelpful supervisor. I will NEVER use this service again or recommend it to anyone. It’s a shame that unhelpful people and understaffing leads to overcharging!**UPDATE**After multiple phone calls to request that Molly Maids make things right, the company has chosen to respond to my review with an inaccurate account of events. Lying to save face is pathetic and very disappointing. Overcharging customers is STEALING and there’s no response that can explain it away.

Mariela and Wendi arrived early and stay late. I pretty much have only spot cleaned my basement bathroom but once Mariela was finished the shower looked new again. I will be signing up for reoccurring cleanings!

Team 5 (Marta, Estefania & Judith) were amazing. They friendly, professional and did an amazing job on my apt move out cleaning. My apt looked brand new, when they were done (I was there 10 yrs). When my husband recently got ill and was in the hospital, the house cleaning and care got out of hand. I was unable to catch up with daily chores and we were expecting company. I contacted Molly Maid and they were very easy to make arrangements with concerning the house. They sent Team #1, Maria and Lucia, out. They arrived on time and were quite thorough and diligent. I finally tried this company after moving into a new apartment. The apartment building wasnt very clean and the apartment was not move in ready. I was on a budget and Molly Maids came and cleaned for a great price. I will say for the price the service was amazing.

I had Molly Maids do a move out clean. Was surprised they don’t clean windows or walls! Whatever, I did that myself, no biggie. I would love to give them 5 stars as they walked into a dust ball of a house and I felt horrible about that (3 dogs and kids will do that). However, some things were not cleaned. The kitchen blinds, a decent area on the floor next to the cabinet and the hall closet door, all untouched. Everything else (including closet doors and blinds) looked AMAZING! Way better than when we first even moved in (it was a wreck, my husband and I had to clean it ourselves). I’ve never seen the fridge and freezer or the stove shine so bright! Thanks guys!

In 22 years my wife and I have never had our House professionally cleaned and I chose Molly Maids based on their reputation to have it done for the first time. Natalie and Joanna were knowledgeable and detail oriented. Natalie even suggested a floor polisher for our hard wood floors to make them look better which I went to the store while they were here and THEY put on that afternoon. The floor havent looked this shiny in 10 years.They did a very cute job on the kids beds with all their blankets and stuffed animals, glad I didnt have any laying around in my room as it was just too damn cute and the kids loved seeing their beds all made up.I had very high expectations going into this as it was a gift to my wife. After a few days we saw a few very little things missed or not quite complete but I didnt expect perfection the first time through after 22 years of getting the house to the shape it was in. We WILL be using them again after the madness of the Holidays.A special shout out to John in the Office and Natalie the team lead as they were easy to talk to and patient listening to a man who had no idea what he was getting into, you two were AWESOME! Team 5 was terrific. Everything is spotless. I like that they bring all their own equipment. They pay attention to detail and were very friendly. Even the cat was not scared.

We were very pleased. It was a one-time cleaning to get our deceased mothers house ready to sell. Molly Maid was very flexible when we had to change the date. They came late in the afternoon, but stayed until the job was done. The ladies did a very thorough job and were very nice to work with. The office staff was very cordial, too. We would recommend Molly Maid to everyone.

They done a fine job of being on time, knowing what areas to clean, cleaning quickly and carefully so as not to break or damage anything unlike other cleaning service we’ve tried. They clean for us every two weeks and we will review them each time try clean for us.

We have been using Molly Maid for over a year and are very pleased. They are always thorough, especially considering we have two dogs who shed quite a bit. The ladies are always so kind with our dogs as well. There have only been a couple of times that something was not cleaned well and upon calling they immediately corrected the problem.
