Rob responded immediately to my request for mitigation. He returned phone calls promptly and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He was extremely helpful in explaining to me what had to be done. He also helped me with the insurance claims. He and his crew arrived promptly on a Saturday morning and started right away on my laundry room. His crew was polite and friendly and worked non stop until the job was completed.
