From the very start, your team explained the situation, the steps necessary and what additional steps may need to be taken. All of our personal items were handled with care including those that were clearly damaged. The team was incredibly thorough in their efforts and detailed review of our restoration work.

This is our second time having to use this type of service. Having great service the first time, it was a no brainer to return back to ServiceMaster of Kensington. They provided excellent customer service and guidance, the quality of their work is outstanding and they were very responsive and respectful of our our surroundings and belongings. Unfortunately, a flood occurred in my home during the brink of COVID-19 and my insurance company contracted Service Master for the clean-up. What should have taken 3 to 5 business days to complete was prolonged into 21 days. Additionally, during the initial visit, a team member cut a pipe while cutting away debris but lied and said it was my fault which would have incurred out-of-pocket expenses. Fortunately, my plumber was in proximity and looked at the pipe and told him that it was not damaged prior to him cutting it.I was also told by one of the team members that because of the area of Maryland where I reside, the rates would be higher which definitely sounds like “redlining” Each time that I had suggested that the area was dry, I was told it wasn’t ready and was totally at their behest. Although the team members were pleasant, I felt like that they exploited the situation, especially as a single female consumer. As a result, my bill was in excess of over $2,000. I was disappointed and have conveyed my sentiments to all parties involved.

Team was amazing, and helpful. On time, and explained everything in detail. Even though I would hope to NOT need them again, if the need arose, they would be FIRST on my list to call. Thank you, Baxter

Servicemaster performed their deep-clean-and-seal service on a hardwood floor of a house were moving into that had been neglected for a long time. It is just short of being refinished. Beautiful.

Their employees are awesome. Especially Angel and his crew. Very professional and very friendly. But their claims handler or whatever he’s called is terrible. They hired a moving company instead of moving my stuff themselves because they said they were too busy.... The moving company (JK moving) broke my tv, damaged my bedroom set, and scuffed up my hardwood floor so bad that Servicemaster had to buy me a new floor. Worst experience I had.... Being involved in a fire is bad enough, then I had to deal with all the BS with this company.... smh
