I called Spectrum/Dry House for my parents house for a whole house disinfection after both of my parents were hospitalized with covid-19, to remove any trace of the virus. They were on site for cleaning the day after providing a quote, and had the entire house done in 3 hours. The crew was extremely thorough, with carpets, hard surfaces and purifying the air. Josh and his team use strict safety protocols for sanitizing and made it much easier for my family during a difficult time with not having to worry about lingering contamination in the house. They provided peace of mind that other family members can re-enter the house without risk of exposure and allowed us to focus on the other life changes created during the illness.

Called on a Tuesday and they sent John out first thing Wednesday. I was notified when John was enroute and he arrived on time. I ended up requesting to double the areas to clean, and John came prepared for extra work and gave me an acceptable quote on the spot. Wood floors were protected, the job was done well. John even sought my approval throughout the cleaning process. Although I clean my carpets regularly with a home carpet cleaner, with 3 kids and a dog they really needed a professional cleaning. I was impressed that my 16 year old, ivory carpets came out looking beautiful again. Spectrum provided spot remover and a promise to come back if any area was not cleaned to my satisfaction. I recommend Spectrum and will definitely use them again.

I called Spectrum for Carpet cleaning for my house. I needed to have it cleaned pretty quickly. They responded right away and came that same week. They were professional and did a good job.

I just purchased a home and it had an awful dog smell all in the home. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond what I could ask for when it came to cleaning the carpet and trying to get the smell out. Unfortunately they didn’t get the dog smell out of the carpet but I don’t blame them for that. I believe the carpet is just unsalvageable. They were very thorough and tried and for that I am appreciative.

I have known Josh for over 2 years. When my basement was flooded and I was in dire need of assistance, he came out quickly after my phone call to review the situation. He had a crew onsite within 24 hours and had all the wet carpet removed and the drying process started. Since that event, i have used his carpet cleaning services on a repeated service and have been very pleased with the quality of work. Josh is very professional and cares very much about the satisfaction of his customer. I would recommend his services to anyone that needs restoration or cleaning services performed.

Had a spill on a cream color carpet in our master bedroom. We called Spectrum Carpet cleaning company. They showed up early the next morningAnd did a Great job. Steve the technician did a great job. Did a really good job explaining what he was doing and taking his time to make sure he got the spots out of the carpet. Didn’t leave a 5 Star review because they were late, but Steve did call and let me know he was running late. Would definitely recommend them!

I contacted Dry House Restoration through Maryland Carpet, to arrange for cleaning of my queen size 10 deep box spring mattress. To my surprise they offered me a noon appointment for the very next day. John H. notified me an hour in advance that he was on his way and arrived punctually. He worked promptly but was friendly and patient with me in explaining the various steps of the cleaning process (surface cleaning followed by strong vacuum). I was advised honestly in advance of the price of the cleaning ($249.); John gave me some dos and donts on spot cleaning and warned me that it would take 24 hours for the mattress to dry. The mattress which had been heavily used and had some pet stains now (two days later) seems immaculate. Most forms of payment are accepted. Time will tell, but I feel I can rely on this company.

Its never a good situation when you realize you have water in your home, regardless if its a water main break or the backup of a sewer. When we experienced these, we were quite pleased with the response time and the professional manner in which our concerns were handled. We had several very large wool rugs that had to be removed from the premises and cleaned off site. We were pleasantly surprised with the turn around time of these rugs, and very happy with the clean-up services provided throughout this process.
