Ben is amazing, super knowledgeable, friendly, and was even kind to our little dog and that means a lot to us. The carpets, that were in horrible condition when he got there, looked brand new when he was done. He is patient, beyond fair in his pricing, understanding and generous. I would tell anyone and everyone to give him your business!!

I had them come clean the carpets in my home and most of the pre existing stains are still there. These aren’t serious stains either, they should have been easy to get out of the carpet. The technician Anthony worked very fast which surprised me. I called the office and I called him and left voicemails regarding the quality of the cleaning, no one called me back. I called for three days trying to get in touch with someone. Every time I called no one picked up which I thought was odd because when I called the first time I immediately got through to someone. Then I thought to email the address they sent my estimate on. Finally someone replied to my email, although I have no clue who it was because they didn’t leave a name on there. They said they would return to have the carpets cleaned again and I let them know a good day, however they never gave me an exact time. Anthony returned to clean the carpets and still the stains were not removed. I don’t want to hear you’re excuses about how these stains are stuck in the fibers blah blah blah. I’ve used professional services to get my carpets cleaned and I’ve also done it myself and got many stains up. Like I said before these aren’t bad stains, it should have been easy to get out. I seriously feel like this was a waste of time and money since it is your job to remove carpet stains. I regret not going with my first company of choice. You get what you pay for. I’m really mad that no one bothered to call me and I had to try multiple phone numbers and eventually email to finally reach someone. Still no one has reached out to me to make sure I was happy with the service. Very poor customer service and very poor quality.

I’ve used Chem Dry for about 1-2 years now. They do an amazing job with pet stain and odors. Scott and Anthony are very pleasant, accommodating, and time responsive.

The technician was great. Friendly and has a very humorous personality. The rugs have never looked so good! I was impressed with the various steps taken to achieve customer satisfaction. The various cleaning steps were explained to me before I contracted with Green Dog Chem-Dry. This is my first experience with this customer information and it was helpful in making a decision.The cost seemed fair and reasonable. The rugs were dry in 2 1/2 hours. I will definitely hire them again.In addition, I had hired a different company and they cancelled at the last minute. When I called Green Dog, they immediately said they would help and arrive in a few hours and call before arriving. How can a customer get better help than that---- no waiting for days. The owner knows how to run a business.The techs name was David,you are great!

Nash came out today to clean the carpet in our office, which is a VERY dog-friendly place to work. Having three large dogs had taken its toll on the carpets and rugs, and Nash took plenty of time to explain all the options and help me choose the best one. I felt like he had our best interests at heart the whole time instead of arriving with a one-size fits all solution. Totally recommend these guys. Thank you Nash!

Rep. Nash was amazing in his professionalism with the work today. My grandchildren are allergic to two kittens, where I had to keep locked up in my office until we could find homes. I was in a hurry & had to leave- even though I was rushing him- Nash was poised in explaining the procedure & showing the urine marks I could not see. He made sure room was sanitized and clean and clear including the wall for my grandchildren to return .They did a remarkable job! I have been using Green dog Chem-Dry carpet cleaning for some time now.I would not use any of the other companies who advertise that they clean the carpet - since I have tried many in the past and found that Chem-Dry did the best job. Nash has been our supervisor for several cleanings, and I would request that he be the one assigned - he has always done an excellent job, and is a joy to have come into ones home to do a job.BRAVO to Chem-Dry....the best carpet cleaning company.

Great service! I will definitely use them again. The cost was more than I was expecting to spend, but it was worth it. Brian and Dave did an excellent job. They communicated well with me at all times, and during every step of the way. They even cleaned an aerial carpet I had and offered me a good price on that. They also gave me good advise about how to extend the life of my carpets. I will be using them again in the future.

Nash and Anthony arrived within the scheduled appointment time frame. Nash was very thorough going through all of the rooms and finding pet stains I did not even know we had. He was very knowledgeable about the various cleaning products the company used and how they work, and how different kinds of stains and odors would react to the products.They pre spotted and moved furniture and other items as needed. When they left, the carpet looked like new! It also did not take a real long time to dry. I was so impressed by how polite and personable both Nash and Anthony were as well. I would highly recommend Green Dog Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning Company, and I will ask for Nash and Anthony the next time I need my carpet cleaned.

Very pleased with the exceptional customer service and work we received from Nash and Anthony today... they made our older ivory carpeting and berber carpeting look much better then we had expected. Also, theres no lingering synthetic smell, something we really wanted to avoid. We will certainly be using Green Dog for future cleanings.

My wife called here the day after our beloved dog bled out on our carpets and had to be euthanized. After calling these guys and other places she realized same-day service wasnt an option.Being distraught, she had me call back and the phone was answered by an older sounding woman. She asked for my zip code, then obnoxiously told me I had already called them. When I relayed this to my wife this gem of a person hangs up on me.They might be good at cleaning carpets, but Ill never know because their office staff has not even a rudimentary grasp of how to provide customer service.

I have a complaint regarding the customer service named Lisa from over the phone on 12/28/18. I called to schedule a redo cleaning and I was asking questions regarding the website information on the product/machines they used. Lisa then asked me why did you not call the next day if you had an issue? Why did you wait a week later? etc. I gave my explanation that the technician that came in to do my cleaning said to wait 10 days for everything to settle and smell to go away. Then she says Im confused why you would wait so long, you had cleaning done on the 21st why didnt you just call the 22nd with the issue. For customer service, I didnt feel like I was being treated right with questions like that. It was close to the holidays, I was out of town, I did everything right that was instructed from the technician. And if Im right, there is a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, why would I HAVE to call the next day? Why is that being emphasized to me over the phone? This person Lisa kept saying things like we havent rescheduled the cleaning yet, when earlier we did, so I reconfirmed the date/time. Then later she says the same thing. I tell her I dont feel Im being treated right right now over the phone, and she tells me that I shouldnt be telling her how to do her job as a customer service. Im mind blown! This will definitely be on multiple reviews regarding Lisa as the companys customer service representative! It seemed like I had to keep repeating myself in answering her questions, because she would also say Im confused why didnt you do this and that. I also wanted to ask some questions about their product/equipment, and she goes why didnt you ask the technician while they were there? I explained that I dont know all their equipment and procedures they use, why cant she answer this question for me? Its about their products/equipment after looking through their website that I had additional questions on. When this Lisa kept trying to argue with me, I finally decided that this customer service representative is incompetent, so I asked to speak to someone else who can better help me. I made sure to confirm my appointment with another representative and I also was able to get some questions answered properly finally. I hope the manager/supervisor reads this and gets back to me. If Lisa has been in the company long and handling customer service the way she did with me on a regular basis, then that is not good at all! I hope they train her better.Now about my experience with the cleaning. It took the technicians (2 people) 45 minutes to clean my homes carpet. I had the living room, 2 bedrooms, hallway, and 2 flights of stairs done. I thought it was very fast! So I was concerned about the effectiveness of their product. I foster dogs and there are some carpet areas that has urine smell that I could not get rid of on my own, hence the reason I called them to do the job. Unfortunately, Ive had to call them to come in a 2nd time to do the areas that still did not smell good compared to other carpet areas. Just to note, I did purchase for them to use their PURT product on those urine areas. The smell of their product isnt harsh, I do like how it smells. But I do notice the carpet feels crunchy after it dries. I dont know if this is normal, I was expecting it to feel soft. The main technician did a good job explaining things to me on what they were doing and gave tips on after care. For the most part I was trusting on their product working, but I did have some doubts on some problem areas - which they will be coming back to redo. Hopefully itll work this time. Overall, I like the idea of their product and would probably recommend them for normal carpet cleaning. Will update on their redo cleaning later!
