We always use Spectrum to clean our carpets, they have done a great job every time. This time was no different. The cleaning professionals are easy to speak with, take their time and do things right. I was very impressed this time when our technician asked me to come and look at one spot; he discussed options he could try and explained what risks each alternative could have. Extremely good service.

Christopher (a so called tech) came to the house, worst example of customer service I have ever seen. Tech came to the house his notes / estimate did not match, instead of calling it in and trying to work it out he stomps off and says Im not doing any additional work for free ... Wow Christopher take a second and listen to the customer, I think my 2 year old daughter has better manners. good luck !

This was my first time using Spectrum and the experience couldnt have been better. Rachel made it easy to diagnose the best way to try to treat our expensive area rug and book the service. Bill and Dan showed up on time (actually a little early!) and were friendly and professional. Most importantly, they got out the stain! And the price was very reasonable for the quality of service received. I hope I dont have to call them again any time soon, but if I need help with carpet cleaning or repair, I will only call Spectrum.

I took a leap of faith based on a few recommendations posted on the NextDoor Emerald Farm bulletin and made arrangements for carpet cleaning services with Spectrum. So glad I took the leap. The customer service agent was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The technician whom I believe name is John H was just as nice. He had his mask, kept his distance and was cool as a cucumber. I also classify him as a miracle worker or more so a magician because he was able to remove about 90%-95% 20+ year old animal stains (dog urine/cats hairballs, etc.) and miscellaneous stains from the carpet. Wow. I am still at a loss for words. How can that be for stains that old? I guess that is not me to figure out but just grateful that the rooms he serviced almost look like new carpets. I am kicking myself for not taking pre-serviced photos so that you can witness the miracle. Anyhoo I look forward to looking at other services they offer that I might be able to utilize in the future. Definitely recommend using Spectrum.

Donny was a wonderful technician. He was on time, friendly, and conscientious of COVID protocols wearing his mask while speaking with me. It was quick (less than an hour for roughly 1,000 sq ft) and he did a great job. Will be using Spectrum again!

I havent had my carpets cleaned in several years and there were plenty of pet stains visible. I told them I didnt expect a miracle, however I wanted to get my carpets looking good again.Not only did they schedule fast, they also showed up when they said they would and knocked it out of the park!!! Got a referral to check this place out as I was getting a home ready to put on the market to sell. Gavin stopped by and cleaned the entire home, it was a townhome with carpet on the top and bottom floors along with the stairwells. He was in and out in about two hours and explained what he was doing as well as gave a look over the place before he got started. We had normal foot traffic on the carpet and some dusty parts where furniture had been there for about 9 years. He was even able to get a rust stain out from the metal underneath parts of a sectional. I did have one stain from some beer line cleaner that spilled maybe 2 years ago that would not come out, however he did refer me to a carpet repair guy who patched it and you cant even tell its even a patch, it blended so well. I had also had the home freshly painted so Gavin was careful not to have the hoses touch the walls with these bumper things they have. Definitely would have them again when the time comes. I was very pleased. They cleaned my sectional & the carpet throughout my condo. Unfortunately it took some work to get the equipment up to the third floor & they had to connect to my washing machine! Furniture was protected and even offered a fan for drying. It looked great for an entire day until my cats starting puking up huge fur balls.. 😂

These guys were great! They were professional, polite, and took their time to thoroughly clean our carpets and tile in our new house. The kitchen tile grout went from black to white, it was amazing to see the difference. The carpets, which are 17 years old, look almost new again, and they were able to remove some very tough stains. All of the crew was friendly and courteous, as well as knowledgeable about their services. I highly recommend Spectrum for quality carpet and tile cleaning with exceptional customer service.

Only once in all those years did we have to have a part of the carpet re-cleaned after they left, and the manager himself came back out, no questions asked. They located, using a black light, and removed the dog urine smell from our apartment. What a relief! I would give them five stars but they had an emergency sewer backup and were two hours late getting to our job. The carpet cleaning was excellent with no residue after the final rinse.

Spectrum was the only company willing to visit my home when I was attempting to obtain some quotes for removing some spots from my carpet caused by another company. Ryan Christopher, who made the house call, worked diligently and tried 5 different products but the spots would not budge. It amazed me that Ryan did not charge for the visit. Great service at a great price! I wanted to get my carpets cleaned before the holidays so I called and scheduled my appointment. Unfortunatley when the appointment date came I had to cancel because I was out of town. The technician said that was no problem at all and that they would be contacting to reschedule if I wished. Thankfully they called me back first thing Monday morning because I would have forgotten until the last minute! They also kept me updated through email and text about appointment times, technician arrival, etc. The technician did a great job, working quickly and efficiently while being courteous and professional. I will be contacting them again soon for other rooms!

Also, the steps on my hardwood stairs were soaked. Now I noticed that my hardwood stairs have water damage this will cost me a lot of money to get that repaired. Couldnt figure out where the damage came from til months later.When they left there was a stain in my driveway. Took quite a bit of work to get up. The truck was not working properly and maybe that was the problem with the water not being properly extracted from my carpeting. They came back but my husband had to help the guy clean our professionally, just sealed driveway. What a mess & costly too.

I had three area rugs picked up and cleaned, one at a time. The first rug was delivered when I expected it and the second was picked up at that time. The second rug took a bit longer than I expected, but they called and we scheduled a time to deliver it and pick up the third. When the technician came, he was only expecting to pick up a rug and did not have my cleaned rug with him. He apologized profusely for the glitch, and I promptly received a call from the office (even though it was after business hours) apologizing for their communications error. We arranged for the rug to be delivered at my convenience the next day. To my surprise, the technician arrived with both rugs; he said they had worked late into the evening the night before to get my third rug cleaned and dried, to make up for the delay with the second rug. I was impressed and grateful. I will definitely use them again.

Spectrum was recommended to us by a professional interior decorator. This is the second time we used them. Once to have a very large oriental rug cleaned and recently a deep clean of a game room, office and tv room that had experienced years of teenagers use.
