Denied a claim that their insured cased damage to my vehicle. I even provided parking lot camera footage that showed their insured speeding thru multiple parking spaces before running into my car door, as i was about to exit my car. Small claims court would easily settle, except their insured did not have accurate information on license and cannot be served. All insurance companies are obligated by law to investigate every claim. The video showed it all, and they dont care. On to step 3.

We were quoted one price but they say i didnt sign papers and mail back. I got them and mailed back next day. Signed online too. They raised our premium by 200 without telling us. Plus our daughter will be getting her DL in September and her premium will be 574. She only makes 550.Our son who is 19 his is only 208 with nationwide. We will getting someone else

I have used them for all of my Car Insurance needs for almost 5 years. There insurance rates are AWESOME and the customer service is EXCELLENT! No need to look further.

I switched to progressive two months ago. I was quoted at 200 a month, then this month they raised it to 397 a month! We have no accidents or changes in our driving record! I am very displeased with this insurance company! I would never recommend this insurance to anyone!

This place is a JOKE. Actually its not a place, you cant find the office so dont bother GPSing it. I called to see where it was, after driving to the building, and the guy on the phone refused to tell me where the office was. He then asked if I was getting a quote, I said no, I need a document for the MVA. He abruptly said no I cant help you and HUNG up on me. He never said his name and i had to ask if he was answering for Progressive.

Called to add auto. I was out of state and he said to call someone else and literally hung up the phone when I started to ask another question.Little did he know I was going to ask about why he had such bad reviews. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Person answering the phone was very unprofessional. I never said his name or he was. All I could hear was wind and he didnt sound like he was willing to take on a new customer.....very disappointed.

Very rude phone conversation. Been with Progressive awhile now, and the guy refused to even print off a piece of paper. Hung up on me, etc. A detrimental employee to the company.

Most unprofessional phone call Ive ever had. Terrible customer service, I spoke to a gentlemen that not only couldnt help with a simple task but was rude to boot... Probably dropping Progressive today after 4 years.
