Not only was she responsive, professional and efficient, but she also found me a great rate! Id recommend Insurance Brokers of Maryland, LLC to any and all. Great customer relations still exist...I cannot say thank you enough!

After giving Brian OVER 2 months to research, find and acquire a commercial insurance for our company he accomplished little to nothing. Despite numerous communications and phone calls stating he was working diligently to find us a new carrier and assurances he would come up with a new policy soon, NOTHING was accomplished. ON the date the previous policy was to expire, I emailed and called Brian to find out where we were with the process, he said dont worry we have another week until it expires I had to inform him that the policy expired that day. He had no clue, about our policy or expiration date, at at this point did not return emails or calls. Bottom Line he FAILED to provide the services he promised. We quickly found another company who delivered what they promised, when they said they would. You can do better than this company.
