0 stars. I have never had any problems with insurance policies. Jason Williams has by far made this experience terrible and I am at the point where I no longer want an Allstate policy. He dodged my calls for weeks, and he made changes to my account causing me to pay more. I recommend you all take your business to another Allstate agent who cares for you and your buck
