I have lived here for the past year and just renewed my lease. This is the perfect location with the best amenities. There is keyless front entrance access. Beautiful landscaping. Friendly rental office a staff and maintenance is too notch. They are pet friendly. They did open the pool halfway through summer during corona. They gym is nice but closes due to Covid. I am annoyed slightly by this as all gyms are open publicly and I keep hearing that the office is “working on getting the gym open” yet it’s been six months. Plenty of walking trails though. Neighbors are great.The rent for my one bedroom apartment is just around 1400 plus utilities. This is why I am annoyed about the price a bit because I don’t have access to a gym and my only option is to pay out of pocket for a outside membership.Covid again-but I wish the rental office agency would lower rent taking this into account.I have a very spacious one bedroom. My utilities for electric run about $65 a month. Gas cooking is about $20 a month (and I cook all my food at home, despite having so many restaurants and movie theatre and shopping nearby). My Internet is through Comcast, and since I have a kid in public school that I share custody of, I qualify for internet essentials so wi-fi is only $10 a month. I have a firestick so no cable needed but I do see some people have dish network. Trash fee is extra and the emenities fees are extra so that adds about $80-100 to the rent (also a bit pricey I think, yet again-I suppose you get what you pay for in beauty, access and convenience)Overall I am very satisfied with where I live. It’s why I chose to stay another year.

Unreasonable property rules! In some cases staff cant help even if they want.There are some rules set by property managment for late fees that even if you have a valid reason for paying couple of days later, they wont allow staff to waive that fee. It furstrates the residents and puts staff in an awkward situation. No system should be strict like this!

This place simply is a no-go period!!

Courtney is amazing and on top on the ball. She gets it all done in a timely manner. She is very helpful and understanding, The apartments are fantastic as well. I currently live here and i am quiet happy with Courtney and the service she provides

If I could rate them a zero I would, staff is horrible rudeeee, they discriminate against housing vouchers, I applied they gave me one price when I told them I had a housing voucher they up the price so it would make the apartment none affordable!! Everything happen for a reason Im glad I didnt rent with this property

RUDE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE & WE HAD 2-3 FLOODS WITHIN THE 6 MONTHS WE MOVED IN.

Weve lived here about a year and a half. We are pleased with our unit. Apt life is different than a home but we have quiet neighbors. The staff has always been friendly and helpful with us. Maintanence comes promptly. The only dislike is the rent increased after a year. We have difficulty with the increase. I love the location of apts. They are close to everything! After seeing the bad reviews I thought I would post our good review!

My mom moved here about a year ago and we love it. Its quiet. The best thing is the pool and the 24 hour gym. My mom complains about the water bill being way to high but the apartments are very nice. Im a 13 year old boy and i would recommend living here.

The WORST experience living in an apartment. The office staff is extremely rude and can not accurately explain charges applied to account. No hot water for months, electrical outlets don’t work, water leaking in places, etc. A complete nightmare to deal with !

Worst experience ever!!! Never ever lease from Wellington trace!!! They are money hungry, and the staff is very rude!!! Wish I could give no stars at all.

Just moved in received a rent special which is pretty nice, upon move in we had to clean a few stains on the wall and a small one on the carpet. the apartment turnover folks painted so fast drops from the ceiling were on parts of the carpet and paint on the carpets which connect to the wall. generally this place would be four stars but we placed a maintenance order in at 4pm on a Tuesday so i took off the following day because we have a dog and did not want him to be a bother to the workers. They decided that it is a Comcast problem and not theirs, neglecting to notify me. Not the best way to start my lease. Will update if they improve their customer service.

I wish i can rate ZERO STAR. This apartment leasing office staff are really ridiculous people. Please Do not go to this apartment. I m trying to cancel my lease. I m suffering alot with the prices these people are putting on me. Water bill is too high I guess they are manipulating and ripping off our money. There is one old lady in the leasing office and she has lot of attitude. She doesnt even do work, She behaves very rudely with everyone. I strongly feel bad for coming into this apartment and as i have lease i got to wait till my lease ends now. Very very bad,rude,attitude people.

Wish I could write a 0 star. The water bill is way too high, there has been a flood in our apartment twice in the past year. Manager in the office doesnt seem to care, says it not her problem to notify us when theres a flood problem.
