My interaction with Adam Shapiro was pleasant and informative. He took the time to explain what we needed and also when they would be able to install the A/C unit since we had no cooling in the house. The crew ( Sean and Danny) that came to install the unit arrived on time and performed the install promptly with no issues. They were professional and courteous and explain every step along the way.I will definitely recommend weather masters for any HVAC service. They were a joy to work with.

Weather Masters is a fantastic company! The owner, Chris, came out to my home personally and installed a new HVAC unit. He also installed a new thermostat, heat pump, and cleaned and repaired duct work. I have used this company for years. For the installation of our homes central humidifier and when we renovated our basement. He had some great input into the project and how to best plan the duct work. His employees (Sean to name one in particular who is a real stand out) are prompt, courteous, clean and most important easy to talk to. They answer all your questions and dont try to run up your price. Chris has even stopped by (at no charge!) to check on the unit in the summer if its a particularly hot week, just to ensure all is well. Talk about a warranty! Really great guy, even better company, highly recommend. I will continue to do business with them!

Had a new heat pump installed in a small space where most modern air handlers would not fit and other companies would not try. Not Weather Masters! I appreciate that they thought beyond just the brands they normally handle, researched what would fit and also provided the best quote. There were a couple of glitches with the equipment from the manufacturer which needed to be replaced which they handled right away. They have always been on time to show up for appointments. After replacing equipment Chris followed up to make sure everything was working well. The whole crew was professional and courteous, would highly recommend them for your AC/heating job. And Ill repeat - theirs was also the lowest price! Thank you for doing such a great job at our house!

Adam Shapiro provided a good recommendation and a very affordable estimate for the new efficient Lennox system (Outdoor Condenser, indoor Coils and Furnace) plus I took advantage of Lowes 24 Month no interest financing.Installation technicians Sean and Danny arrived on-time and did an exceptional job replacing the old system.
