Wow. Eric showed up within 30 minutes of my call and quickly troubleshot a leaking AC coil. Fixed quick and reasonable price. I was so impressed I signed up for their annual maintenance plan—which I probably should have already been on. This is the company for quick, professional service in a pinch.

Heat Pump stopped working and wasn’t getting air in the house. Called B&B and they arrived in about an hour. This was an after hours call. Tyler did a great job testing and fixing the issue. System was fixed in under 20 minutes. Very happy with the work completed and price.

Ive been using B&B for a very long time. I am having a new heating & air conditioning unit install now. The workers are excellent and have pride in the work they do, also office staff people are pleasant to work with. They come every spring and fall to check the system out. If ever there is a problem they send someone right out. This doesnt happen very often. I recommend this company to everyone.

I’m a general contractor and am very particular about the contractors that I interact with.When my air conditioning unit finally ceased operation during the recent 95+ temps, Joe personally delivered a portable AC unit and evaluated modifications that could be made to improve the air flow on the second floor, in addition to replacement of the entire unit.Bobby handled the installation like a pro, and everything was completed to perfection in two days. Joe’s crew came out on August 5 to put in a brand new air conditioner for us. While it wasn’t an expense any of us wants to endure, the guys that came out were great to work with. They were very professional and wanted to make sure that we had our new unit up and running as quick as possible. They had it finished by the end of the day and we were cooled off in no time!!Highly recommend!!

B&B came to the rescue AGAIN, when our a/c suddenly stopped working on a hot day. Anthony arrived quickly, identified the problem, which was clogged coils, and cleaned out the coils thoroughly and got the system up and running within an hour. He also, at our request, tested the thermostat and showed us how to carefully remove the front of the unit and replace the batteries. Anthony is very personable and able to explain things clearly. He showed us the state of the outside unit both before and after the repair and gave us a new understanding of some maintenance issues. As usual, B&Bs service is incredibly reliable, fast and efficient. They have serviced all of our heating and air conditioning systems for many years and weve never been disappointed.

Called them at 11:00am because our AC stopped working. They quoted me a visit price that was about $60 less than two other places for same-day repair, so I gave them the go-ahead. They called back about 30 minutes later to tell me that a technician was on the way. By about noon, Bobby and Cole (apprentice) were at my door. They were very friendly and professional. Bobby explained everything he was looking for and doing; they showed me the problem part which he replaced and even gave some tips on owner-level preventive maintenance. By 1:00pm, the AC was functioning again! I would definitely recommend and continue to call them!

We had a furnace blower go out on a weekend morning. They responded quickly, had someone come out and diagnose the problem. They installed the part the same day it came in. We signed a maintenance contract with them and we are going to have them install a humidifier onto our furnace. Every technician that has come to my house has been courteous and helpful. Started a contract with B&B for yearly servicing of our HVAC system. While they were at our house they inspected our systems and talked to us before maintenancing anything. While they were there we had them install a UV light air cleaner in our ducting system. Their prices are more than fair and you get a great deal when signing a yearly contract with them. Our technicians name was Eric and he was awesome. He took the time to talk to us and answer any and all questions we had. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done and will continue to use them for years to come.

Our heater started making loud screeching noises so we decided to try out B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service. We called on a Monday morning, and a live receptionist picked up the phone by the second ring. She was very polite and professional. I requested an afternoon visit from one of their specialists. Eric arrived at 2:45. He was very polite and professional. The bearing in the motor of our heating system had worn away, so after telling me how much the parts and labor cost, I allowed him to replace the worn out furnace motor. I have been under a service contract with B&B for over 20 years. I have had two HVAC systems installed and one hot water heater replaced.This morning my shower went cold. I called Bobby Jo and she got Eric to come out right away. Since my water heater wasn’t under the contract, it was going to cost me $120 for them to come out. But when I inquired about adding it to my contract, they waived the fee, adjusted my contract and saved me a bit of money. Eric quickly identified the problem and worked to resolve it. I was so happy when I saw him coming, he is always so professional! I would highly recommend this company and its technicians for all your HVAC and hot water heater needs!

Erik was friendly, calm, and competently and professionally repaired our unit. Repaired it. Whew! And he patiently answered all our questions. We had a complete HVAC system installed to replace a 25-45 yr old system. We have a work-at-home office and had covid-19 concerns that the B&B team went out of their way to address. Joe explained what needed to be done and gave a 2 1/2 day time frame to accomplish it. The installation crew led by Bobby was very polite and professional. Tyler and Matt worked two very long days, about 9 hours each, before leaving Bobby to wrap up the details and finish his 10+ hour day on day two. There was a glitch with the thermostat and Tyler returned a couple of days later to fix that. All good now, very happy with the installation and service, thanks B&B! Since installation we have had a Fall inspection and a Spring inspection, one with Bobby and one with Anthony, both times everything was done professionally and one time. Very happy with everything so far!

They actually called us to advise they had an earlier service window if we were accommodating. Matt (the service tech) was on time; he respected all of the current COVID-19 health guidelines; he was extremely curteous; he was thorough in his evaluation of our HVAC system; and he made clear and articulate recommendations for additional service which will prolong the life of our equipment. I could not be happier with the service I received today.

I have been a customer of B&B for many years. For my recent service experience, I had to change the time at the last minute and they were very accommodating. The technician arrived on time and was very professional.

I called at 3:35 they told me a tech would call within an hour at most. At 6:00 I called again and spoke to answering service and gave my address and phone number again. They said within 30 minutes I would get a call. At 7:09 exactly I called back. I was told theyd call me. Ive now been staring at my phone just under 4 hours just to find out when they will come. So I called again at 7:41 and was told that the tech and supervisor both tried to call me several times when just 2 hours earlier I was told 1 person would try to contact me. NO ONE EVER DID AND I HAVE PROOF. IF THEY ERASE THIS REVIEW I WILL RELOAD IT EACH DAY CAUSE THIS COMPANY IS THE MOST IRRESPONSIBLE NOT TO MENTION BIGGEST LIARS ON THE PLANET. Loyal and long-standing customer under contract for HVAC and hot water heater. Heater failed; quote to install by VP/Gen Mgr three times higher than various other entities of reputable standing. B&B lost a customer and frankly didnt seem to care.

One star is generous. Several years ago I called them about installing a Trane system. They talked me into installing a Bryant because to the 10/5 warranty (Ten years parts/Five years service). They offered a maintenance service which included bi-annual system checks. I declined. Apparently I shouldnt have. About a year later on a particularly hot July 4th my system went belly up. It was about 102 degrees outside (even hotter inside). I called B&B. A woman asked me if I had a service contract. When I said no she informed me there would be a charge of $278 dollars for a visit. When I tried to inform her of my warranty she actually hung up on me. Desperate for relief I called her back and agree to pay the fee. They replaced a breaker. I tried contacting Bryant but got no response. Needless to say Ill never use B&B again. Bryant aka Carrier is on my list as well.

B&B Air Conditioning refused to come out to give me an estimate on a new unit because they didnt want to spend time to make an assessment without guarantee that I would chose their service. Most unbelievable phone conversation Ive ever had. Beyond unprofessional.

I asked for a August quote as my unit was 12 years old and no longer cooling normal and may have a leak? Well they quoted a new 9K unit and shut off the unit from the outside for urgency to purchase. I about died in that oven. I called another company that came out and added refrigerant and $45 later I was cooling off. Awful business practices. NO BBB rating on purpose I am sure.
