I was on my way to solar nails like I normally do to get my fill done and they were closed I didnt realize it was so late in the day it was 7:00 p.m. so I Googles other local nail salons and soft touch nail appeared I called and asked if they could squeeze me in really quick and first Im assuming it was the owner cuz it was a male said no and then he asked if I could come the next day which sadly I couldnt today was the only day I could do anything due to having someone watch my children and he ended up talking to another person unsure of what he said he ended up responding on the phone that I could come in ASAP because they were closing and that it would take me which I was very surprised I did have to wait about 15 minutes but I was seeing and my nails looked great the lady taught me some stuff about nails and she got it done in a timely fashion. I do like how my nails came out but Im not so sure if I like the atmosphere it didnt seem so welcoming like my normal place solar nails and thats what I really look forward to because I only have so much time for myself and feeling welcomed is really a good thing and I think it was not just me but many others there was like four other ladies and it was just dead silence 🤐 for a while.

Nails came out beautiful. Only issue would be that we had an appt at 10am when they first opened and 3 ladies walked in a minute or 2 before we did and they (1 employee at the time) took them back and started them even though we had an appointment but more employees came and got us in and out. Gave me more time with my sons girlfriend.

They do an excellent job. There are polite, gentle and thorough. I love the exfoliation pedi. Very relaxing and friendly atmosphere.

Salon hasn’t had a deep clean in a while, dust/dirt all over. I’d give my nails a 3/10, poorly applied polish to toes and my finger nails are poorly shaped.

I love this salon. The folks there are so kind. I regularly get gel dip and they last for weeks. The pedicures are so lovely too. I always feel like Im walking on clouds after.

I love how my nails come out. Andy did a great job I have been looking for someone to be able do my nails thin for a long time. Came out great!!

Sometimes they are very good, sometimes not as good. So far however, the best salon Ive tried in the area.

Great experience for my first time. Helen was super nice & did a fantastic job. My nails & my toes came out perfect. I think it’s the first time I’ve left a salon fully satisfied, hopefully this means I will keep returning to Soft Touch to finally keep up with my fills! I was never happy enough to keep going back anywhere else. But time will tell if they hold up!

Awsome service. Workers were nice and welcoming. I got acrylics and the lady was very nice, she rushed a little bit at the painting job but it turned out pretty well

The staff is very helpful, the place is clean, they share. their price and policies with you when you arrive. No hidden surprises.

A bit pricey compared to others in the area. Waited a while too but they did a fantastic job! Cant win em all.

I have been going here since they first opened. My nails have always turned out perfectly. Soft Touch Nails Spa is the cleanest and the most relaxing salon that I have ever been to. Their pedicure chair massage and services are fabulous. They use liners and new packages of tools for every customer.The nails technicians are very friendly, nice, gentle, and always take their time. Their prices are reasonable.I have recommended this salon to anyone I know and they always happy with their nails. We appreciate the owner of having such a beautiful nails salon in town!

Absolutely LOVE ❤️ this salon ... I haven’t gotten my nails done in quite sometime after having them for 8 years straight so a couple weeks ago I went to a salon which I won’t name ... well long story short they jacked my nails up !! Fantastic salon, they treat me well as long as have patience with my husband who has suffered a brain injury and sits with me while Im getting my nails done.

I had my first experience with Soft Touch last weekend. I had SNS powder dip done. I didn’t have to wait. I was happy about the color selection. Andy did a great job. It was very clean and modern. I am looking forward to going back.

Got my nails done here tonight and it was one of the cleanest nail salons I have been to. My nails came out great and I will definitely go back again.

I had brought my girl in because we were out of town and I didn’t know anywhere local to get her nails done. First the quality was terrible, completely uneven and clear in some spots then when we brought it to their attention they told us that it was fine when it clearly was unfinished. Then the owner had the audacity to get in my girls face and acted very threatening while continueing to tell her “she’s wrong!!” I would never recommend going here terrible service I wish I could rate them in the negatives

I have been going to Soft Touch Nails since it has been open, about 2 years. The owners are very friendly and mild manor and they know me by first name. The place is spotless and very clean, modern with granite countertops and all I can say it is CLEAN. I am OCD about cleanness and they total meet up to my standards. They are hard workers, working 7 days a week. I want to set the record straight. The bogus reviews that only gave a one star are from Franklin low lives. They are well known by the Franklin Police Department. Christian David wrote a review that is so not true. The truth is that is girlfriend came in looking for a full set. She left and came back not happy with her nails. They offered to fix them or remove them, however they wanted a full refund and to keep the nails on. If it was such a bad job why would you want them on? Also it wasnt the owner getting in his girlfriend face it was Franklin low life Christian David demanding a full refund. They are well known by the Franklin Police Department and they are Franklin low lives scammers. Christian David was screaming F bombs at the owner demanding a full refund and making such a scene. I can only imagine how many small business owners they have done this too, and just to get ride of them they give them there money back. As far as Solar Nails, that place is a dive and is right next to it is Methadone clinic and the nail place is filthy dirty and I would never go there again as they over charged me. Soft Touch Nails is the only place I would every go to and I am so happy to have them come to Franklin NH and set the bar high. I am hopping that Google reads this review and removes the bogus reviews.

So much wrong here. I came for pedicure and manicure. I asked for gel on both. Then I was rushed along with a poor job. Finally they did regular nail polish and not gel and still tried to charge me for it. Rushed through basically like a number for poor quality.

Did not enjoy my experience at Soft touch. It is not sanitary at all. They reuse materials that they LEGALLY have to clean or dispose. It is worth familiarizing yourself with these laws to avoid nail salons like this. The nail tech was very aggressive with me when a nail was completely crooked. I brought a the crooked nail to his attention, and he told me “you’re wrong” multiple times. I could tell he was getting upset and I was uncomfortable. He angrily continued and hurt my hands due to his aggression. I was not pleased at all with the shape of my nails. Especially since they charge much more than other places.It also turns out the man who did my nails was the owner of the business. I came back because I was not pleased with how uneven my nails were. After seeing THIS review he called me. And refused to fix or refund me for my terrible nails. I am very displeased.
