I originally gave 2 stars because my first time a lady who did not say her name did a horrendous job on my nails. She burned my cuticles, used to much glue and none of the nails were uniform and it started snapping off by the next day. After telling the owners trying to get a refund they persuaded me into allowing Poa the female owner to redo my nails and she did fantastically I couldnt of been happier with the corrected outcome. I have been informed the first woman to do my nails is not present to any more so dont be scared to come in and get done up!. The corrected nails are in the pics with yellow flowers. Nearly 2 weeks later.

I love this place, love owner, staff!! They are very accommodating and easy to work with your schedule. I always leave feeling beautiful and ready to take on the world.

Staff are extremely friendly and do excellent work every time. Such a huge selection of colours and a very clean and welcoming shop. Plus the prices are great. Couldnt ask for more!

Everyone was very hospitable and friendly. The area itself is clean and sanitized, so I felt safe. As far as the manicure goes, I would like to commend them for making my nails look so pretty!

I would highly recommend giving them a try! They gets nails the perfect length as well as being thin enough without making my nails looked doubled.

The gentlemen in the front is rude EVERY time I come in here. This marks my 10th visit and when I leave I wonder why I keep coming back to deal with his attitude. Today I finally walked out. Do yourself a favor and go to Deluxe Nails, same price and such better customer service.

I started going to this place when I moved to the neighborhood and cannot recommend it enough. They are the absolute best - kind, funny, conversational, accommodating, and by far the most talented nail technicians Ive ever been to.

This is a sophisticated and chic salon. The salon is considered to be non-toxic as they use high quality/clean polishes and care about the health of your nails as well as the appearance.

Appointment was at 12 for 2 people. 1 guest was attended to immediately. I sat there for 40 minutes in cold water until someone came to work on my pedicure. The lady working on my other party didn’t speak English well enough for me to let her know the water was cold. I could tell she was trying to let someone know i had been sitting there for a while. No one came to check on me. Our nails look great (reason for the 2 stars) but service was horrible. Will never go back.

I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she delivered! I was in and out of there within an hour. I will be back! Super easy to book and had same day appointments.

Got me right in for a pedicure and did a really great job. Longest massage/exfoliating I’ve ever had someone spend time on! Very clean and nice and friendly staff.

Mary was excellent!! Ive never had a pedicure where they wouldnt stop scrubbing your feet until they were right. It was fantastic. Such a relaxing but fun experience with a friendly and talkative clientele. And my French pedicure looks amazing!

I love this place!!!!! I have been coming here for over a year and always get acrylics with regular polish and they have never disappointed me! I occasionally get pedicures and they also do a great job on those. The family that owns this store is awesome and they always make sure you’re satisfied

Dont go here if you want to get acrylic nails. They wouldnt put tips on me because my nails were long enough which has never happened to me before. Even though I kept asking. For the tips she wouldnt do it. They also basically put the acrylic powder on my nail and then proceeded to use the drill the take it all off. I got a gel manicure for the price of acrylics. Dont do this to yourself and go somewhere else.

I picked this place because it was cheaper than other nail salons, you get what you pay for. Pedicure was great and they include alot of extra like massage, which is nice, but my manicure left my nails and fingers in worse shape than they were when I came in, including a bloody cuticle. I think I may spend an extra $10 to go somewhere else next time.

THE BEST in the Franklin/ Brentwood area....hands down. (Pun intended).. Fastest, most accurate, great selection and array of color/style choices. Happy people attract happy people...FANTASTIC PLACE....REALLY😀

My first visit here was wonderful. The ladies are very friendly and do good work, but on my second visit, the man... probably the worst pedicure ever, and he is VERY unfriendly. Wait for one of the ladies or come back another time if the man is supposed to do your pedicure.

Ive been going here for about 8 years now. Since the owners left and opened a 2nd salon, it has gone downhill. The man that does the pedicures is very rough and it was not enjoyable at all. Thao and Martha are the only person that does a great job. But when they are busy I get stick with the man. He needs to be trained again.

They make sure everything is clean and they are the best, the grandmother gives the best foot massages i have ever had. Makes me feel so much better when i leave.
