The only good thing about this salon is Jenny. The past two times that I’ve gone, I was asked to pick a color. Both times they did not have the color I chose, or, several others that I selected. The first time I had three different people work on my nails which took forever and the second time they were irritated at me because after they didn’t have the 5th color I chose, I asked them which colors they did have. Their prices are higher than any other salon around.

I went in at 12:45 and didnt leave until 3:30. For an acrylic fill. The first guy who worked on me used his own nails as a “cuticle tool “on me and then wasnt able to paint my nails... and then a different lady comes over and doesnt know how to do french tips either so has to wait for a lady doing someone elses nails to come show her. That lady took 45 minutes to draw on shaky french tips and then goes in with a clear coat beforw anything was even close to dry. After smudgeing all the polish with that she then proceeded to make that same mistake nearly 10 times. So she wipes it off and another lady is sent over to me 15 min later. She did them so quick and left my nails so messy and ugly.then i was charged 45 dollars for something a 3 year old could of done better.

I’m still waiting for my 10:30 appt for my 5 year old daughter to start. It’s 11:00. Not so much as a hint of an apology or acknowledgement of the wait. This is for her birthday present and we are about to leave because no one is even saying a word to us. Awful service.

I’m new to the Franklin area and had been going to other salons but wasn’t really happy. I actually drove by Sassy Nails on my way to the vet and decided to give it a try as I figured I had nothing to lose because all the other options in the area were just so-so. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I found Sassy Nails. They have brand new pedi chairs, great colors, great staff, great pricing, and above all that the salon is clean and really cute. I’ve been looking for a permanent nail salon after buying a house and I only wish I found this place sooner.

Typically I like to see Alan but I always call same day for my appointment.... Today I saw a new woman who was so gentle! Most relaxing manicure Ive ever had. Wish I caught her name..i would suggest calling an hour or so before the time youd like to come in to ensure you have an appointment. Sometimes there is a wait but Ive never waited more than 20 minutes. Dip is available as well as a wide variety of regular and gel polish colors... My acrylics have lasted five weeks before without touch up on polish or filll! They looked awful but once I found the time to come in Sassy Nails made them perfect once again. Thanks for a beautiful Mani. Color is Night Magic

I really like this nail salon. They always do a great job on my nails. My only complaint is that I always get charged more than I should. I always get a gel polish change (without the massage and cuticle stuff) and it’s always the same price as a full gel manicure. I don’t get it, I even go in there without gel on my nails. But my nails do always look great.

Ive tried all sorts of nail places. Downtown Boston, suburbs, expensive, cheap - these are by far the best acrylic nails Ive had.Theyre sturdy enough to hold up for 2 weeks between fills and they get the shape perfect, theyre all symmetrical.Ive only been here a few times, but I wont be going elsewhere anytime soon.Other reviews mention their prices - their gel is a pretty big upcharge but as far as a full acrylic set and biweekly fills theyre pretty comparable for the area. Im more than willing to pay the few dollars extra for the great service.

I was looking for a salon open on a Sunday, the place is I usually go not open Sundays. I called specifically to get a time to fit into a busy schedule, I did not expect to walk in and still be waiting 37 minutes later. I totally understand walk in business, but if you are accepting times over the phone you should be at least within 15 or 20 minutes of that time. I will definitely never go there again. I walked out before they could take me. (Again, 37 minutes after my scheduled time.)

I gave two stars only because the nail technician who helped me was incredibly friendly (everything else is one star quality).I took a chance on this place (Im new to the area) because my usual salon in Warwick was too far away and I need a local spot. Unfortunately I will not be going back. My gel nails were chipping after one day, and the nail dryer she was using was malfunctioning, so my nails were getting messed up as she was painting them. She put a clear coat on before they were even dried (to be fair, the dryer breaking was not her fault). Not cuticle care, no cleaning under the nails, no moistirization post-manicure. I came in for a fill (my acrylics from my last fill at my usual place were still on). It cost $45 before tip!!! Definitely not worth it!! My usual place charges $30 for a HIGH quality fill that lasts weeks (and they do intense cuticle care, moisturzation, etc.)Not to mention, the wait time was ludicrous. 45 minutes. Even people who had appointments waited that long. And the guy who works there was pretty rude about my mentioning I had waited a while and he took someone who came in after me first. So, still looking for a cheaper and better quality nail salon in the Franklin area. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere for nail care.

I moved to the area over a year ago and this place was my every 2 week go to. It was very clean, the atmosphere was nice& they did wonderful. The last 6 months sassy has been going down hill. 5 times now i have made an appointment and waited 45 + minutes to just be SEATED. Now the last 3 pedicures I had were unenjoyable and rushed. I also religiously did gel manicures and they convinced me to try the new (most expensive) dip. I liked it and began to get it regularly. My last visit this week the owner (women who answers the phone) didn’t clean under my nails, skipped a layer of dip to save time realized that it looked messy and put a clear top coat of regular nail polish to make it look nicer (since fixing it would take too long and she had 8 people waiting) i had to sit under the nail dryer for 10 minutes which defeats the purpose of doing dip, it should dry immediately (AKA SHE DID SOMETHING WRONG BIG RED FLAG) i mentioned to her that she didn’t clean under my nails, they were uneven and that she didn’t exfoliate my hands or moisture and she told me “we don’t do that for dip” when I have had it done multiple times in the nail salon. She lied right to my face. That was my last straw with Sassy’s. I was a loyal client for over a year now and will be looking for another salon now. (My friends who live in the area as well will be leaving with me).Won’t be surprised if this nail salon loses all of its loyal clientele soon.

Im from out of town. I visited this salon today for the second time. My first experience was good, hence the return. I wont make that mistake again. The woman who greeted us was very unclear as to pricing. Either she didnt understand what I was asking, or she didnt know their prices. I asked her several times to clarify about cost since my mother was getting just a regular solid color manicure and I was interested in a French manicure. How much extra is gel? Etc..Finally, because I was not able to get a clear, consistent answer from her, I went to the desk to look at a brochure. She came right over and said French manicure is 27, with gel is 35. Those were her exact words. Ok!After several moments we were finally seated and I turned to my mother and explained I thought she was saying the French manicure was 20 and with gel it would be 35; but really the French manicure is 27 and with gel its 35. So Im willing to spend the extra 8 for the gel.35 minutes later, when shes finishing up, the technician Jennifer informs me the French manicure with gel is $42. I was dumbfounded. She said she had already started doing the gel when she realized I thought the price was $35, otherwise she would have said something. I said the other lady was absolutely inaccurate with her price quoting, she never said $42, she said $35, and I would have passed on the gel had I known but all Jennifer would do is apologize and repeat the price as $42 and said it was a miscommunication. Again, I stated the price was misquoted, but Jennifer simply apologized and repeated the price.I didnt put up any further stink. I paid the $42. And I tipped Jennifer. However, when I was thinking about it later, Jennifer should have stopped dead in her tracks when she heard me talk to my mother and explained the error to me. I said that at the beginning of the process, and she had NOT gotten past the regular prep work, and even if she had, she should have stopped and explained the misunderstanding. Jennifer and the woman who greeted us had had a brief conversation in Vietnamese about 5 minutes before I was done. Of course I dont know, but I think thats when Jennifer found out.The ONLY reason I give this place one star is so my review could get on here. To be fair, I will say Jennifer did a good job on my nails, she was attentive to detail, but there was no hand and arm massage as per usual. If youre going to try this place, find the price on the brochure on the desk so you wont be misquoted. And dont expect good customer service. Knowing it was THEIR mistake, the price I was quoted should have been honored. I simply didnt have the energy to fight about it.Oh, and the woman who greeted us told me if I didnt get gel, the regular polish would chip in just 2 or 3 days. Really? Then youre using the wrong kind of polish, and youre a lousy service provider. Ive had non-gel polish last days and days without chipping. -- I did ALMOST walk out after she said that. Now I know I should have.

I didnt like this place. I like getting a gel manicure. There was no one in place except me. I had to wait several minutes for them to stop talking and acknowledge me. Pointed to a seat and she started taking off my polish. She then pointed to wall and told me to pick out my color while she was removing polish. I wanted to see the colors a little closer. She was annoyed that she had to stop while I got up to look at colors. Felt very rushed and out of place since her and co-worker talked between themselves the entire time. The gel came out bad with noticable marks in color. She put on clear coat and told me it was ok. Umm, I can still see the marks and bumps. There was no getting her to fix them. Three days later a noticable sized piece of color has chipped off on one of my fingers.I will look elsewhere in Franklin.

Was a walk in on a recent Friday mid day, I waited approx. 15 minutes, got the first tech in line for a mani/pedi. I could tell right away that she would be a sub par performer. I am particularly fussy about my nails as I suffer from psoriasis and I have them done at least every 2 weeks to have them look decent.I immediately asked for another tech and LISA took over, gave me an exemplary mani/pedi and I couldnt have been happier. My recommendation, ask for Lisa, shes worth it.
