We had an incredible salesperson named Jay Vallecillo, new to the dealership and very nice and knowledgable who took us through the purchase and taught us all the new technical stuff added to this 2022 which was our 5th Hyundai.Everything went very easily and we are enjoying this Santa Fe XTR with all of its advancements. Kim duncan was phenomenal! Extremely friendly and charismatic. Was not pushy at all and very knowledgeable. He knew going into it that I wouldnt be purchasing that day but treated me no differently and let me test drive and check anything out. Will definitely be giving him my business when the time comes to upgrade!
A month ago, I bought a 2019 Genesis G80 from an authorized Genesis dealer in Carlsbad, California. It was a Genesis executive car which had 6818 miles, so had never been titled to an individual. I have twice scheduled the initial complimentary service, using the concierge service option, with Genesis of Cool Springs and the dealership has twice failed to show up to pick up my car. The last time (today) the service department representative questioned whether I was even entitled to the complimentary service. I immediately checked with the selling Genesis dealer in California and Genesis corporation itself. Both confirm that Genesis of Cool Springs is obligated to service the car. Since Genesis of Cool Springs is not interested in my business, and apparently has a totally incompetent service department, I will be taking my car to Downtown Genesis in Nashville. I highly recommend that all Genesis owners do the same to avoid a similar problem.

5 STAR experience! Upon my arrival I was greeted and felt welcome. The salesperson, Amanda Olson greeted me and showed me many options. She let me test drive a few cars and we selected one. She never made me feel rushed, explained all my options and I feel was quite knowledgeable about the product she was selling. I never felt pushed in to anything.While I was waiting for financing, she actually even brought me Pizza! Who does that? The whole process from start to finish went smoothly and quickly.The owner, Frank Odrobina came out a few times and made sure I was taken care of. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. You do not usually see the owner, he is hands on and makes you feel like he really cared what you wanted, and listened.Actually, everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and made you feel welcome.Amanda did a great job, as did everyone. I will surely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car! Dont waste your time going somewhere else! Go right to Hyundai of Cool Springs, ask for Amanda Olson. You will walk away happy as I did!

This dealership gets it ALMOST right. When I purchased my 2017 Sonata I was supposed to have a full tank of gas, I had 3/4 of a tank. The salesperson said he would get me floormats which, upon reviewing the window sticker were supposed to be included in the purchase. When I made the salesperson aware of this he said he would speak to his manager and see what he could do. Three days and many phone calls later he called and told me I could pick up my floormats and then exclaimed how happy he was that he made that happen. He didnt make anything happen, he fulfilled the contract.Today I got my first oil change (service is free for the first two years) and in general it went fine. They say they wash and vacuum your car and they did appear to wash my vehicle, but only vacuumed the front. They also lost part of my keychain. A large sequined mermaid that everyone remembered seeing on the keys but no one could find. This wasnt an expensive item, but my fiance gave it to me and it helps me find my keys in my purse. Yes, there was an apology, but other than that, it didnt seem like they really cared. NOT a huge deal, but reminded me that when it comes to the little details, they seem to fall short.
