Stress levels were high during our recent move but Kyle at Storage Master in Franklin was incredibly accommodating and easy to deal with. He helped with everything from setting up the free truck to holding an extra unit in the event we needed one. The free truck rental was also very useful during our move. Lastly, the rates were the best we found in the area and the facility itself is clean and welcoming.

The response and assistance was perfect. The support staff had all the information I needed to make my decision. The storage bin was super clean and I was impressed with the high security.

We had our storage unit for two years. They were very helpful! The staff was fantastic. I would recommend if you need storage this is the right place for you.

They shared that I was getting a set standard price and it was 20 dollars over the price then they raised it another 10 stating over all rate increases and I was only with them for 4 months. Rates are NOT suppose to change for at least a year. I feel like it is a rip off! Almost 200.00 for a monthly storage. Go somewhere cheaper if you can!!!

Their website was easy to use to set up a rental, the employees all respected social distancing and they made this part of my move as stress free as possible.It might not be the cheapest option but I assure you, you get what you pay for. The storage lockers were clean, the facility is well maintained (and climate controlled) and there are multiple ways to access the facility to load/unload.Keith (manager) was especially helpful, was always available via email or phone to answer any questions promptly and professionally. He even saved me a return trip by locking up my unit after I had forgotten to on an especially busy day.I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone moving in the area.

Very secure building. Keith was very helpful. I noticed in some reviews that people complained about having to pay for insurance, but if you have home owners insurance or renters insurance, it would likely cover the space. For temperature controlled, indoor storage, you can’t beat the price.

The customer service at the Franklin facility was fantastic! The building and locker is clean and well maintained. It was so easy to load my items into the locker by using the drive-in loading docks and carts. I also was offered the use of a free box truck, but decided to use that offer on my move-out. If i dont use the box truck, SM will refund my account $75. I have rented lockers in the past, and the customer service and cleanliness of the building by far is the best!

I used Storage Master about 3 years ago and Im planning on renting another space from them soon. I really liked the indoor spaces, the covered area to load and the security. I also liked that it was climate controlled. I especially liked having a truck available to rent directly from the location. Highly recommend this place!

I called to get a price on units and the guy on the phone was helpful. He even sent the lease to my email for me to fill out. He explained all the pricing thoroughly so nothing was a surprise. When I came in to pay and get my keys, the man who helped me was also very thorough. He had me practice how to use the lock, gave me a map, showed me the loading dock, and made sure I felt confident I had everything I needed before I left. It was nice to get more than, heres your keys, map, now I have to go.

It was an automated issue with bad timing and given the situation at the time, I was pretty livid about it. Situation has been resolved and Kieth was very understanding.So far everyone here has been extremely helpful and had great customer service. The facility is clean and well secured. I had my stuff at another storage place that begins with a U, but there customer service was quite lacking. Storage Master is gonna be my go to from now on.Update: Maybe things will change, but increasing rent during Covid19 pandemic? Seriously? I know its not a huge increase, but if nobodys working....So do I pay more or risk going out to get my stuff and move it....Thanks for being oblivious to whats going on.

I just recently moved in. I had an issue with getting a truck, but Matt went above and beyond to make things work out. I really appreciated all they did! I love how clean everything was - even the truck! I feel they have a great security system and am very at ease leaving my things there. I love that it is climate controlled as well.

Kieth will literally argue with you over anything you say and will go out of his way to prove you wrong about a simple policy matter thay was never explained. Total harrassment and unprofessional. Save your self the frustration and go some where your buisness is appreciated.

I found the unit very clean. The property has a very good security system with locked gates and security cameras. Access is 24/7 with your code allowing me all the flexibility I needed with my travel schedule. Management is assessable during posted hours. However, I did not need any real interaction. We were in a bind and have never rented a storage unit before. We called around looking for 10x20s and low and behold this place had some available. From the friendly Tom to the nice tour to the unbelievable cleanliness - this place is awesome. The have garage bays to make unloading easy, air conditioning, music and carts to make the trek down a hallway that much more enjoyable. Besides that, they brought me and my nine year old son water as it was 100+ heat index. Very good brand and couldnt recommend them any higher.

Nice staff, friendly. But they dont tell you about the extra charges until your actually signing up. Ive never rented from a place that required a monthly insurance fee of a certain value. They are more costly then other nearby facilities and then add their special lock fee (cant use normal locks) and insurance, so now your paying even more. Its a nice facility in a nice area.

Completely impressed! Great customer service. The facility is clean, bright and very easy to access. Our move in was cut in more than half the time due to the carts provided. Added bonus of piped in music was a nice surprise. Would recommend to anyone looking for long or short term storage.

This is the place for you storage needs for so many reasons. I picked it because it was climate controlled, the price is a extremely competitive and because of the amazing reviews. It is 40 minutes away from where I live and it was worth it. The facility is extremely clean, new, and run very professionally. Tom was more courteous and helpful that you can imagine. I made a couple of mistakes while moving that other facilities would have charged for, but Tom was generous enough to help and forgive my mistakes. That really showed the type of people I was dealing with and really made my day. Its obvious they care very much about making their customers happy, they remember who you are and they take care of you. Its rare these days to find a business run so well.

I was in need of a unit that was going to be dry so that the contents I had to store would not get damaged. After checking out the complex I rented a unit for a period of months. The last thing I had to think about was the condition of the material because of how the complex was built. By the way, Tom is very available to answer any and all of my questions. Probably one of the most professional storage facilities available.Secure, convenient and well maintained!I needed to relocate out of state about 2.5 years ago and I had about half of a house that needed to be stored.All documents were available online to sign for a storage unit so I didnt need to come in or mail anything.They were even available to let the movers into my storage unit and also held onto the storage unit keys until I could come pick them up.Very professional and accommodating!I highly recommend!

We needed to be able to rent a climate controlled space with fairly short notice over the Memorial Day weekend. We arrived 30 minutes before closing time and completed everything, including a tour, with 10 minutes to spare. Very impressed with the clean facility, loading bay for larger moving vehicles and convenient in/out access. I would definitely recommend.

I recently moved to the Storage Master located in Franklin from another storage facility in this area. I am extremely pleased that I made this move. The facility is well maintained (of course it is newly opened), but it is also well managed.Before I made the move I was informed of the various storage options available to me which made me confident that I decided on the size and price that best meets my needs. I am also considering moving to one of their climate controlled units this winter so that I can store more items than I have stored over the winter in the past.Finally, getting a free truck rental for my move in was wonderful. It was even better because the truck is brand new! I am definitely a happy customer!

Im back again for the second time in a few years. Since my last experience went so well, I didnt hesitate to call Tom again to rent a unit. Just like last time, everything went very smooth and I can relax knowing my possessions are in good hands.Update 6-13-18I just finished loading up my second unit. I wasnt sure if I was going to need it, but Tom was ready and waiting for me and once I decided a second unit was required, he set me up in record time. During the unloading he even brought me a cold water. I cant say enough good things about the service and facilities.

Just started rental on 7-30-16. I have had storage sites with other national companies and find Storage Master Franklin far superior to them. Free truck for move in is what made me interested but the whole process of rental and move in was easy and professional. When I was moving in Tom noticed I was a little dehydrated and brought me a chilled bottle of water-I didnt ask, he just did it. Enough said.

We rented for over a year and when it came time to empty storage unit and stop using storage unit I figured a 15 day plus notice would be enough...apparently not...manager charged us another month even though we vacated unit in plenty of time for them to get it rented to another tenant. Bad policy but Im sure they pick up allot of extra money that way. Double dipping on a single unit!!Sad because we had a great experience till they knew we were leaving and they must of figured they could take advantage of us that way!!

I was very satisfied with the available units, the pricing, the free use of the truck, and the very friendly and considerate service I received from Tom Petkovsek. We live just 5 blocks away from the Storage Masters newest place. On 5/8/2015, I was informed that the extra storage space within our complex has been rented out and that we would have to move everything out of the storage cubicle by no later than the early morning 5/10/2015. When I arrived at our apartment, I immediately told my wife the bad news. She immediately called the person who told me that I have to move. After she hung up the phone, my wife told me that Storage Master is where she was recommended to call. My wife then called Storage Master and talked to Andy. After she told him our problem, he was very understanding and proceeded to look for ways to help us out. To make this as short as possible, had we not contacted Storage,Master we probably would have moved out in time, but not to such, a new, well organized, and very clean place.
