Im currently active military and am stationed too far away to get my things out of storage. There was a possibility to be there in a few days but they would not work with me. Highly suggest finding other storage. I had a good experience at Mallory Station storage, which I believe is veteran owned. If you are or were military or had military family members, do not use this storage facility.

So today I was having a horrible day.I pulled up to the storage place in franklin tn on Columbia ave.I got out of my car and went into the building .as I approached the door I could hear a man yelling.as I entered the building.he continued to yell .I look at the young lady behind the counter .she was in shame and is in tears.as I continue to listen .she just continued to apologize to this crazy man.and still offered to help him after his show.I just wanted to hug her she was so pleasent and nice to me.so very helpful and kind.I don’t think I could have been as patient.so thank you Stephanie.(for not being a jerk after that).I realized when I got back to my car.my day wasn’t so bad after all.we just need more young females like her..

I moved from California to Franklin Tennessee and was looking for a storage unit. I hit the jackpot when I found iStorage Self Storage on Columbia Avenue.The reason I say this is because of the manager Stephanie. She was very energetic and knowledgeable and professional.She got me set up for exactly what I needed and quickly got my unit cleaned out. She was fun, upbeat and very helpful.In my short time with her I think she asked me if there was anything else she could do for me about three (3) times.If I had my own business I would steal her. I thought she was the owner because she took such good care of me and was, “On the ball”.A few days after my experience I stopped back at IStorage to tell her personally what a great employee she was.We need more people like Stephanie running businesses in America.

Stephanie was so helpful. I’ve been storing at this location since 2007 and Stephanie was been the kindest, most helpful manager I’ve ever dealt with. It’s people like her that keep me a customer.

My experience with iStorage was awful. The online reservation experience was confusing and unreliable. Getting ahold of a person by phone was difficult. Once I was finally able to get ahold of a person and reserve a unit they were literally unable to produce the rental agreement for me to sign so that I could move in. Their reservation system was not working and they were unable to send an email with the agreement. They were unwilling to meet with me to sign the agreement in person. They would not let me move in without signing the agreement but they could not provide an agreement to sign so they left me stranded with a moving truck full of valuables (that needed to be returned) and nowhere to store them. It was the most spectacular display of incompetence I have seen in a very long time. Luckily for me, CubeSmart was located nearby and saved the day. At CubeSmart I was able to reserve a unit online and move in immediately without even talking to a person. As an added bonus CubeSmarts facility turned out to be higher quality so I feel more comfortable keeping my stuff there. I recommend against iStorage. Go with CubeSmart and save yourself a ton of stress.

The store manager, Stephanie, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure that our needs were met with the correct sized unit.

The iStorage in Franklin has been wonderful to work with. I needed affordable storage at the last minute, and they helped me find the best unit for my needs at a cost even lower than Id originally planned. The staff is so helpful and courteous and made the process really smoothe and convenient.

Shannon offered great service when I got my unit. She was very thorough in explaining everything that I wasn’t aware of. Went above and beyond and I would recommend this place over any in the area. Prices are some of the best around as well!!! Thanks guys!

When getting a unit here you pay to have the temperature controlled (ac on) not this storage building. I went to get our things and it was 90° in the building ruining some of my things. Save your money and go elsewhere.

From the beginning of my experience the website was easy to access and navigate around. All the information I placed to reserve a unit was filed and walking in to complete it went quickly. I hate putting all that information in and then having to repeat it again.... I didnt have to with iStorage. The staff was quick and friendly. I got just what I wanted and they didnt try to sell me for more money. Thank you.

IStorage Franklin has been stellar - the reservation process couldnt have been more straightforward and the folks in the office were there to answer any/all questions and provide help when needed.Honestly, it couldnt have been easier and the units are clean and secure. Jordan was excellent! He made moving from Pa to Franklin, Tn seamless. We spoke several times via phone and things were just as he said when I got there. Jordan was a pleasure to deal with and is an asset to IStorage.

I have been renting a unit here for about six months and I have to say I have never experienced doing business quite like this. Every single person I have come into contact with in this company has been friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to speak to.The unit was clean and the driveways are graded so theres no concern of my unit flooding. Ive never had an issue with the door opening or closing to my unit like I have at some other storage places. The gate is very secure and my code is super easy to remember but hard to guess.And I just have to put this here, Stephen is the person I spoke to last. My family and I have come into financial difficulties and have been homeless for while. When we were backed up a few payments Stephen sent me an email and asked me to call him. I came to the office to speak to him and he was a breath of fresh air in the toxicity Ive been living in. Most of our creditors are completely unsympathetic, viewing myself and my husband as accounts receivable instead of people. Stephen, however, was instantly compassionate. We worked out a payment plan, he gave me multiple options on payment methods, and he made sure I could contact him at any time if we ran into any more trouble. I wanted to cry while talking to him because he had been the first person who didnt turn his nose up at me when I owed money.We are so thankful to have chosen to do business with this company and will be recommending them to everyone who asks us where they should store their possessions. The price is well worth the service and keeping this place in business for a long time.

I have been a satisfied customer here since 2012. The staff is always friendly and the facility very well managed. I also have complete confidence in Karen Reece - shes run the place for the past couple of years. While I have never had a complaint about prior managers, Ms. Reece stands out as very profession. It is always a pleasure to interact with her. I expect that I will be a customer here for as long as I have a storage need. I highly recommend this place.

Customer service was awesome. After a long trip from Florida my husband and I needed to find storage and get the rental truck dropped off. The staff was very nice and helpful in finding the right unit for us. The rates and discounts were great.

BEWARE OF SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! I checked out and cleaned my storage unit on July 6, and was told “we don’t give refunds for partial months once you’ve paid.” Highly questionable business practice since the space was ready to be rented the next day after I left. Even insurance companies and banks refund prorated amounts for partial months. It’s a shame they’ve decided theft is easier than attracting repeat business. Steer clear.

I had never rented storage space, although I did visit various units in Franklin before making my decision to rent space at Simply Storage. It was mostly because of the cleanliness of the units, and friendliness of the staff. The day i visited there was also the first day for Karen to work there, and I believe I was her first customer. I feel very secure with my personal items stored at this Simply Storage location.

It is a nice facility, much nicer than the others we looked at. Jennarae was helpful and friendly and clearly explained the rental options. She made it an easy and pleasant experience for us and we are glad we are renting there.

My band uses this storage company now to house our music equipment while we’re not on tour. I have tried to call this location a few times and had trouble getting someone on the phone. I Went by there this week to get some information on a storage unit as my family and I will be moving soon. Stephen was EXTREMELY helpful in getting me the information that I need in order to make this happen. I definitely will be going back to see him once ready to rent a storage unit!

My mom and dad rented me a unit here over a year ago And let me tell you the customer service was ten stars from day one when I got into town and too the office.The only reason I left was because my home is finally finished but I do refer my friends and family to Istorage and I want to tell everyone if you need storage this is the place to go.I will be returning if I ever need storage again.

I had a space here for just over 2 years, never had a problem with anything from weather to security. Very polite staff. i will use them next time i need a space

Charged my mother a $60 late fee on a $309 dollar monthly rent. She got a new credit card and forgot to change with this location. Was rude about it as well. Ridiculous. Will be leaving this storage faciility!

The quick and knowledgeable Karen was legendary, we got set up professionally here in a matter of minutes. Very secure and clean units.

Clean enough. Too expensive and trying to charge me for time I did not use. I spoke with Karen, the manager and asked her what kind of notice was requite to end the rental. She verbally told me that she had it taken carE of on the 12th day of November 2016. She did not do that and now they are threatening to send a $35 bill to collections because she did not do her job.I would go elswhere.

I normally don’t post negativity but I really find it unprofessional for an employee to be outside fighting with someone on their phone so loud I can hear it down in my mother’s unit.I’m not sure what is going on there but this is not the first time this week it has happened.I will be calling home office to report this.I would like to know what has happened to the two ladies that are usually there they are both always professional.I hope this gets fixed soon are I will be moving my mothers items to another storage place.
