Great facility. Secure! Easy to get to. Staff are great and helpful. Love the ability to rent the mercedes sprinter van to move things. Highly recommend. Had 3 units with them for over a year.

For almost 3 years I have used Mallory Station Storage not only did I feel welcome when we first moved here when we needed a storage unit but I found more of a family feeling when I would interact with the staff even one time there was a weather threat and they provided shelter for us in the office LOL theyre very warm and kind and consistent in their sales management and treatment of their clients Ive used Mallory Station Storage a total of four times so far and you cannot beat the Safe environment, the cleanliness of all the units, the great communication and the availability to use their wonderful moving vans for any of your needs.Gina Prince

They keep the facility very neat and clean. The owner is to also be commended for the recent improvements (painting and parking lot resurfacing) . Rented their Mercedes Sprinter truck and it was so nice! The backup camera was super helpful. Satellite radio and navigation were huge perks. It also had a sliding door on the side in addition to the rear door. The storage space was massive. As always the staff was super helpful. Very clean facility!

Was a customer seven years ago and was the fist number I called when we moved back. We wouldn’t store our belongings and rv anywhere else.

We have the Amish Furniture Shop in Franklin and have been customers for almost 10 years and from a business to business point of view we are pleased with the product and service, we know all the guys very well as we are there several times a week. Have worked with Mallory Station storage for over 2 years. The guys are very friendly and professional. The facility is clean and well operated. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a little extra storage.

Prices are reasonable. Service is outstanding. Facility well run/maintained. Staff is friendly. They also provide van/truck rentals at a very reasonable price so someone like me without truck access can always utilize their vehicles to move large items in/out of my storage unit. A+

The people were great at returning calls before I rented the storage unit and very nice at the time of rental. However, when I called 3 times over 2 days to rent the truck, they have not returned any of my calls. It is frustrating to keep calling and not get any answer nor a return call when you are counting on getting the use of the truck to move and they wont let you know if it is still available for rent.

So pleased with the prompt and professional service that I received today when I called to set up a storage unit at Mallory Station Storage in Franklin.

Very loose ran facilities... There are definitely better/more friendly places to store your items...

Theres a really nice bathroom upstairs when the public toilet is missing.

Its was very to have use of the pushcarts. Place was very clean.

Clean, personable staff. Glad we can keep our RV motorhome here.

Mismanaged credit card info. Charged a card on my auto pay that was over a year old and had been changed. Rude phone calls wanting to charge me late fees even though it was their fault. Frustrating.

Very poor customer service, Very dry & unfriendly with their customers. will NEVER rent from again. Very vague on their rules. Asked to speak with a manager, but that was no help.
