We are very unhappy with the claims department of Allstate. I I clipped a deer and Service King repaired the bumper and the fender but used the old headlight. Within weeks we found dead bugs in the light. Service King would not stand behind it. We expected Allstate to stand behind us. The claims department said no but we could go to a dealership and get a statement from them saying it needed repair. We did that and the claim department still would fix it. Looking for new coverage.

Sydney was wonderful to talk to! she explained coverages to me, and worked hard to find the best quote that fit my needs. she made it so easy!
