I’ve never had a problem with them until now. They’re unprofessional, don’t return phone calls, give you the runaround and claim that they “don’t have enough documentation to support the claim”. This company is full of it and I really hope they get shut down.

We signed up with them for our business insurance. Then we canceled because it was triple what we should of been paying. Unaware we still owed another month.... months later received a letter from a lawyer asking for payment. We PAID! 3 months later they are claiming we never paid! And are trying to take us to court!

Completely unprofessional. They keep losing my paperwork and denying my claim despite my doctor and myself sending the documents in several times.
