Vicki has been my reliable full service agent for two decades. Recently on a Saturday lightening struck and damagd a tree in Pats front yard. I told Pat much to her surprise she can contact State Farm 24/7 to informed them of the accident. Over the telephone a claim was submitted. Pat received a deposit in her bank account within a few days of calling them. My sister was impressed and pleased with the prompt response she received from State Farm in regards to the claim she filed. Great customer service.

When my billing information changed and the premium did not go through, I received a personal phone call from Pam Meyer to let me know that the billing information was not current. So, instead of letting my life insurance payments lapse, unbeknownst to me, I was able to update the billing information without a hitch!
