Worst service I have ever received from an insurance agent. 1 month after beginning my new home and auto insurance, I received a letter from AllState saying that my house was 1,200 SF than it actually is and therefore the insurance cost was being increased. I called to dispute the square footage they stated and told them to check public records and also sent a copy of the homes appraisal. I was told that they would correct and adjust for me. That was 8 months ago and I have not received one phone call. I, on the other hand, have called for an update several times and told they will call back with an update. Crickets. Ive had good success with AllState in the past but would run from this agency.
