Worked with Cody’s team to bundle our home and auto insurance when buying a new house, they were excellent to work with- very responsive and helped us save money, while providing more coverage, by switching over to State Farm from our previous insurance provider. We were very thankful for their help!

My fiance asked for a rate review because he was buying a new car. He then compared it to other companies. State Farm was higher, so he switched to Farm Bureau. When he called to cancel with Cody, they tried to offer a lower rate. We declined, and told them to cancel the policy. Its been 2 months, and we have had to make several calls because the auto draft was going to pull. Hes tried to cancel so many times! Today he got a cancellation notice due to non-payment of premium! Good grief. So, weve got to make yet ANOTHER call. What a nightmare. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!UPDATE: The policy has finally been canceled. Apparently, there was a life insurance policy (that had to be canceled in writing) that my fiance had forgotten he had. Also, if you have any problems, it seems that writing a Google review about it will get their attention!
