He was able to show us some issues with our system that we had no idea existed and then offer solutions for prevention in the future. Not shaming the company itself, I’m sure they are great. I’m complaining about the person who answers the phones who claims to be an office manager. I was trying to call to get a quote for air duct cleaning. Was put on hold for 8 minutes the first time! Called back several times for her to not give me a chance to even speak before she had put me on hold again!!! Finally the last time she put me on hold for 9 minutes before she finally got on the line to take 2 seconds to tell me they don’t service my area! At that point I hung up waited a few minutes and called back to leave a message to file a complaint. She called back minutes later exposing she is the only one there and they are really busy. I understand that, it’s hard to find people to work, but you are the face of the company and right now you are not making the company look good. She was not trying to do anything but argue, she would not assist me in helping me find someone in my area. She told me to use google so that’s what I’m doing. I’m using google to file a complaint against her.

Chris our technician was on professional, courteous and on time. He called to let me know he was on the way and was on time for our appointment. He was friendly and personable. He explained what he would do before he did it. He provided before and after pictures of his work. Would recommend this service if your needing it done.

At first I found their price tag pissing because it was a bit too high for an average person but as time goes on I later feel comfortable with it and their services are fascinating also.The technician which came over to my house was friendly and fun to be with and he is professional his works are superb and adorable.He did a great and clean job while installing the AC, If it was possible to rate him with atleast 10 star ⭐ I will be happy to do so because the job which he did was above my expectations.Even when I called thier customer care services, The customer service representative that replied my call gave me a very detailed explanation and answers to the questions I ask him and also gave me ideas on how to improve on most of my appliances which I really appreciated and it motivated me more to work with them.I would recommend them anytime any day.

I called and requested a quote to clean my dryer vent prior to scheduling an appointment. I was quoted a price between $89 - $149 depending on length. Upon arrival the price quickly changed to $199 firm. I asked for them to honor the maximum quoted price of $149 but they refused. I do not feel that it is an ethical business practice to change quoted prices so I refused to have this company perform the work. I will hire a company that stands behind their word!

Do not ever use this service until you get an estimate BEFORE you let them in your house! The lady I talked with on the phone would not tell me the cost after I called her twice.(Way low and not the truth) Then when the Tech arrived to do the work, he just said hey it may cost you this?? it depends on what I find. Then when he finished half the work he said heythis is what I found and this is the cost which was TWICE as much!! Go figure! Then he called his boss? and they gave me a DEAL that would cost me a couple hundreds less for work that was overrated and probably notnecessary!!! Not good service at all! Pictures of problems overrated and unnecessary work.

I had my ducts and vents cleaned almost a month ago and was very impressed with my technician Lawrence. He was very patient in answering my questions no matter how silly they seemed to me. I would recommend him and this company to anyone.

Lawrence did an excellent job getting our ducts clean. The previous owners had likely never had the ducts done. There was lots of debris and areas of microbial growth, all of which he remediated. He was very thorough and I highly recommend him to anyone thinking about getting their ducts cleaned.

This company did an exceptional job cleaning out our air ducts! The last company we hired a few years back didnt do anything. Tennessee Clean Air found sawdust from when we built our house 11 years ago still in the ducts not to mention bugs and fungal growth. We could never keep dust from collecting on our furniture. It has now been over a week since we dusted and we still dont see any dust! They even found growth on our air conditioning system due to a clog in the system that caused water to back up. They showed it all to me and I watched as they removed the clog. They showed it to me again after it was cleaned. Amazing difference!!! We now know our air conditioner is running more efficiently than before. Thank you so much Tennessee Clean Air!!! 😁👏👏👏

Joe came and cleaned my vents along with a young man that was in training. They were both very professional and Joe answered any questions that I had. He took pictures of my ducts and I saw that I had mold in them. He cleaned the mold out and because I have a lung disease I decided to have a UV light installed and buy the electrostatic filters. I cleaned my house after he was finished and that was 2 weeks ago. I cleaned again today and the dresser in my bedroom that would normally have had lots of dust on it after one or two days had virtually no dust on it. After cleaning all of my furniture the dust cloth did not appear to have any dust on it!I highly recommend Tennessee Clean Air!

I tried to use this business. I cannot speak to the performance because they did not show for their scheduled arrival window. So disappointed to have waited two hours for them. When I called at the end of the arrival window, their response was to schedule me for later this week. They did apologize.

In my experience if you just want a certain service done and do not go along with their recommendation of 800.00 extras they are then very irritated and rush through to finish up. Not to mention the guy was pushing cleaning air duct products on me constantly but constantly outside smoking and then wearing all that on his clothes in my house! A bit contradicting. Would not use again.. just not my cup of tea.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do NOT purchase products from this company! We purchased lifetime filers at $125 each. Purchasing 2 filters, was told theyll be here within 7-10 days. Have not arrived yet. Called to inquire, was told due to COVID, by the end of the week. Still nothing! The company does NOT call or notify their customers, called back today, to ask for a refund for a product NOT RECEIVED! Buyer BEWARE!!!!!! Its not been 30 days and they refuse to REFUND our money. Sales are NOT FINAL if product is not received. The poor customer service is from the office NOT the technician.

I knew nothing about this process, but I was impressed with how knowledgeable and thorough Lawrence was. He took the time to insure that I understood the pricing, options and problems he could fix. Our older AC ran noticeably better after he cleaned it, and I’m thrilled with how much cleaner our ducts are.

Lawrence did an incredible job cleaning our air vents and complete HVAC system!! We just built a new house and our vents and systems were caked with sheetrock dust and construction debris. The builder wouldnt assume any responsibility and we were stuck dealing with breathing issues, nausea and headaches until we could clean it ourselves. I ended up in the hospital twice due to a migraine and vomiting from breathing all the dust and chemicals in our vents. Lawrence came out and took pictures to show us the dust and debris in our ductwork and thoroughly cleaned them and showed us the pictures afterward. Amazing difference! We could tell it immediately!! No more headaches or nausea and now we can enjoy our new home 🤗 We would wholeheartedly recommend this service!!

Didnt clean air duks properly didnt clean up any of the mess they left did give a refund for the service but still have to clean the whole house very poor job

After purchasing our home a year and a half ago and having to do a full encapsulation for our crawl space I knew we needed to get our HVAC units serviced. Turned out they had not been serviced since they were installed. They had the standard dirt and dust and cobwebs. However, we also found toys, passifiers, construction debris, mold/mildew, rust, food, and God knows what else in there. The service technician that came out to give us a quote got our system looking like it was almost new. He also helped us fix an issue with standing water in our upstairs unit that we didn’t know was an issue. It was a late afternoon service and the technician was willing to stay till all the work was done. He was here from 4PM to about 10PM and still had a long drive home. I personally want to think him for all the hard work and the willingness to make my home a better place to live no matter how long it would take.
