My grandma has been a customer for several years and had storm damage back in July, and here we are still trying to get it taken care of. Glenn the adjuster won’t return phone calls, and ignores my phone calls. Never have I ever dealt with such an awful situation. Definitely don’t recommenced Allstate insurance.
