I’ve had several packages go through this location recently that do not receive scans after they’ve been dropped off here. Even when I bring them to the counter. My business relies on timely service and it’s been very slow moving from this location as of late. I can’t imagine what it will be like around the holidays. Last time I went to complain about an item not being scanned they tried to tell me that the label I printed was “bad”. Come to find out it didn’t get scanned until it reached its destination! They try to fool you into believing that it’s your fault, when clearly whoever is handling packages here is not scanning the stuff in. Not good.
The office itself isnt fast, lines can often be long, however the people can be quite nice, considerate, and respectful. Quality 5/10 service 8/10
Service is about as good as 1950s Russia, seriously. Framingham has become a congested place, though you need to adapt to it instead of offering poor service quality and speed. The infrastructure is just not up to standards of what people here expect and rightly deserve in the year of 2020. Shameful.
Staff have been friendly and helpful every time Ive been there. They recently misdelivered a package of mine to my old address but made things right and put up with the frequent phone calls I made out of anxiety. Thank you, Chuck and Brad, I know the pressures on the USPS right now are enormous.
Long lines..dark, old, needs a remodel and happier postman sorry to say.
How can a package that was out for delivery on Dec 15th, end up in Jamaica, NY on Dec 20th, arrive in Shrewsbury, MA on Dec 25th, then arrive in Nashua, NH on Dec 25th and no update since and its now Dec 28th?? how does this happen? And oh by the way...these are my resized wedding rings.....Dec 24th was the day....Thanks USPS.
Very impressed with the service and professionalism of their staff. I had the pleasure of speaking to Joe Gonfrade, he was very helpful. He made things easy to understand.
Exceptional service!
Great customer service
They do the best they can under difficult circumstances.
We went there for passport renewal, there is separate line for passport, waited there for 10 mins, no one from counter even paid any attention or told anything about when someone will help. After waiting for more time we read a note you need to make an appointment for passport. Agree we should have done our homework before entering this office but small help and smile on employee face would work. Will find other place for renew.
Expecting delivery of important certified mail delivery, I was home all weekend. The mail deliverer never knocked on my door, but left an incompletely filled out orange notice in the mailbox. I went online to arrange for me to pick up my mail at the post office and got confirmation, but when I arrived at the post office the next day, they cannot find it!This is certified mail from an attorney, and they screwed it up in every way possible, no knock on my door for signature, an incomplete notice left in the mailbox, and then it disappeared altogether!Incompetence from beginning to end. This was not my regular mail deliverer, but a substitute mail deliverer on 1/25/2020.
I realize they make more by only providing the cardboard flat rate envelope but seriously some plastic mailers would be awesome. I should be able to mail a freaking dress to someone without having to go up to a $15 flat rate cardboard envelope. Ridiculous. And thats if you happen to get there and the kiosks are working lol
I’ve had great experiences at this post office, but today the man that helped me, David, acted exasperated several times during our encounter for seemingly no reason. Maybe it’s the season or he was having a bad day, but I did not appreciate the attitude.
Most likely this was the postal office that was supposed to deliver my medication, but it never came. Its really irritating in my opinion; having to grab other peoples mail because the person putting it was lazy to read the apartment numbers. Thank you and rip to my medicine...
I have been here multiple times, and the people working there are always incredibly friendly and helpful. I was even able to call and have someone check whether my PO Box had any mail in it, as the USPSs Informed Delivery service was down.
Very courteous postal employee directed me to the automated postage machine, which was very easy to use. I will definitely use it again, since the automated machine is available 24/7.
I dont believe in such low ratings. These people were always very friendly to me and very helpful. The lady who works at the desk against the right wall, is always fast and explains everything very clearly. I have no problem with this office.
Horrible horrible office that deserves ZERO star! Went out of town for a few weeks, came back and found a note saying that they stopped delivering mails and asked us to visit the office. Fine, we have done so for many times since then, and even spoken to the supervisor, problem remains unsolved! USPS insists we do not live here anymore! Lots of important mails are lost!
They have a hard time getting mail into the correct mailbox. Mine is clearly marked with the street number; my neighbors is not marked. Important mail keeps getting mixed up and I do not get it all back. Went and complained to the supervisor. He couldnt have cared less. Next step is filing court papers.
I have a tracking number for a package which was to deliver on 4/17/2019, mail came for that day and it was not delivered. I checked again and got an error message saying that it is being returned to sender because of incorrect address. I called the post office at 7:25 am on 4/18/2019, and spoke to a guy who asked me a lot of questions which I answered. He then took my phone number and said that the package was there and he was going to look for it and called me back. I called back at 9:28 am because I did not hear back from him, he told me that he will call me back in 5 minutes. I said ok, I will wait for your call. Today is 4/19/2019 and until now he has not called back even though he had said he would have called back in 5 minutes the day before. I wish I could have given O stars!
I love the extended hours. Yes its a busy counter and you have to wait sometimes. Thats ok unless you want to pay even more for the mail. I have never had a spot of problem here or with any counter service from USPS. No I do not get a McSmile but I am really beyond that; I need the package delivered, and they get it done. BTW I used to be a UPS driver and occasional counter worker and we never smiled there either.
Welcome to 2018. 2018 minutes of waiting and 2018 different ways of attitude is what you will find her. Wake up, customer;s service is here. and it is here to stay.
Was just there and people are going in and out without masks!! WHY?? The US Post office should not allow this!
Ive never seen such a long line at a post office!! I dont go there unless I have to. (I work by it but live closer to others.)
I never seen such obnoxious workers anywhere else. I wonder if they have a special training How to be as hateful as possible with your customers. The only exception is this Asian gentleman who is always cheerful and very efficient. I dont know how he works with coworkers like that. Also, try to avoid Bill at any costs, he takes slow and rude service to whole another level.
This place is Hell on Earth. The majority of the counter clerks are just plain awful, not friendly, and would be better suited dealing with customers in a morgue. Dont ever attempt to walk into this place around a holiday, the line will be 10+ minutes long and the 2 counter workers dont seem to care.
The place itself is good but the employees behind the counter who seemed so miserable and were not interested to be working there at all, maybe reconsider new place of employment?
Unfortunately no smile at this post office. The service is extremely slow and unfriendly including the manager. If you need to have things done efficiently, please avoid this place.
I am not sure what is going on with these people but i was waiting for a package that was supposedly delivered but I never received it when I went there to inquire about my package the manager nonchalantly told me that it was delivered already, obvious that he wasnt going to look further into it for me... Next package I do not receive, I am dragging them to court !!
My wife went to file a passport application. The woman at the passport counter told her to wait at a distance while she took a long time processing a familys passports. Then she disappeared. When my wife asked where she went they said she went on her break. Not a word to my wife who she knew had been waiting there. The manager wimped out when she complained. Ive had some good service there, but seen some bad service like this as well
I spoke with Prince and he was able to find my lost tracking number. THANK YOU!
Never had any problems here after 30 years living in Framingham
Simply: Awfull. I am a new business owner in the city and have not been able to receive a single mail or package for 7months now from USPS. Both FedEx and UPS have adjusted after a month of troubles and am good there but USPS has refused to help. Apperently last owner has forwarding set up and even thought they moved out 7 years ago(Bulding was empty since) someone at that company is still paying the bill therefore all my packages get sent to them. I have proof of ownership, but USPS wont help and says last owner has to cancel. HOW Can someone else make decisions for my building and my mail???? Doesnt make sense.... Met 3 different supervisors and still no solution. Even tried Customer Service via phone but wait is ussuay 2.5 3 hr and no help.
This post goes to costumer service ! Employees here are on really low level! Incompatibilities to work with costumers, instead of helping you they will do all possible you to leave from there! Old and slow, makes you to repeat your needs, and in the end they are who feels bad because they gave bad help!
They lost our package three months ago, spoke to a manager twice both times they said they would find our package and be in touch and we never heard back from anyone.
Awful. Unpleasant, lazy employees, wielding the full weight of bloated bureaucracy to make your life difficult. I once stood in a line reaching the door for 30 minutes of my lunch break while the employees complained in front of customers and loudly proclaimed that they were going to go on break and didnt care ( about the customers ). Meanwhile, in the back office, clearly visible from the line, a host of employees were standing around and eating cake. They left one person on the front desk. Avoid at all costs if you value your time or if you have a fond notion of the postal service as a noble institution. This place will destroy your faith in humanity.
Awfully slow! And the PO wonders why they are so dar in debt! Who wants to use a service that is this bad?
Horrible! just Horrible! Service is poor... no sense or urgency to reduce line with is out the door most days! After waiting in line for 27 min ( my whole break) I paid with my debit card and I informed the rep that I needed cash back as soon as I entered my pin, he says to me oh too late and he cleared the screen....No sorry or nothing....This is not acceptable! I had not cash to buy what I needed because I waited in line for a rude cashier to not know what he is doing! Completely ruined my day! Please re-train these people!!!!! I will never go back, I rather send the extra 5 min and drive to Natick post office then wait in Framinghams miserable line.
The saxonville branch is a joke. they get a two hour lunch yet still are late getting back from lunch. no wonder the usps is bankrupt. no shame..and huge lack of pride..unreliable and not dependable.
Lazy and inept. Theyve lost multiple pieces of mail lost or failed to be delivered. Awful customer service, man on the phone was incredibly rude. Just like some customers who have left reviews on here, they claim the package was delivered even though it wasnt.
Main office so busy at times. Has self after-hours service
I was involved in an accident where a piece came off their van and hit my car. I have been trying to reach the guy who is in charge of the insurance stuff for the past two weeks, but he was somehow never able there to answer the phone so I left messages and my number multiple times and yet he still has never comtacted me back. I dont know if the guy who keeps answering the phone ever gave my number to him but he is so rude on the phone when I was just letting him know that this cant keep going. I also spoke with one of the supervisors yesterday, and he said he will check to see if anyone reported the accident and either he or someone else will get back to me yesterday. But nothing, so I called today, and guess what? The rude man answered again and Mike is no where to be found. Terrible customer service and they are all liars and incapable of doing anything.
The Framingham Post Office is the absolutely worst post office I have ever had to do business with. Besides the extremely long lines they always seem to have, the staff are almost always extremely rude and unprofessional. I avoid this place whenever possible. It should be closed and all the staff terminated!!
SLOW service! The old men who work there are creepy and rude. One of them called me sweetheart through a sneer. Tells young women they need to smile. They obviously dont like serving customers.
Slowest place on earth. Stood in line for 10 minutes while two counter people discussed an address change with one customer, while the third kept dissapearing to the back.
Theres this old guy in charge of closing the store I guess. Hes angry all the time I went to the store at 5:56 he didnt want to release my package. I would never recommend anybody to go overthere
I ordered a pair of shoes just to see online that they couldnt deliver it. It says they left a notice at the door but there was no notice when i looked what so ever. Had to go to the post office and get it myself. USPS is the worst post office company there is.
This mail people are the worst, cant deliver simple packages and too many times packages get lost and blame the customer, they need reliable competent staff !!
Well, delayed, but the elderly people are nice
Very slow and bad instructions and guidance s for services. Should avoid going there.
24hr drop-off + stamp purchase is a big win.
Great service, nice people.
Bad service Short stocky woman always in a bad mood. Always has an attitude. If she hates her job QUIT!
Bad service lost my box cost me 10k those guys has 0 responsibilities when i go ask me box they say we dont know so who i suppose to ask my questions not advice to anyone usps !!
