Unfortunately I was wrong in this review. My package arrived 8 days later from the original delivery day (3 days xpress) Customer service trough the phone is full of excuses. No money returned, only apologies and antagonistic agents following this dishonest companys instructions. You people, Instead of keeping your customers informed about your delivery issues before offering a delivery plan and take our money. Instead came up with technical misinformation during the transit and dishonest ways of doing business after missing the deadline . You lost a customer after all and thanks for nothing.

Quick and easy drop off with barely any lines.

The drivers they send to Milford are the worst. They don’t follow delivery instructions and putting false stickers on the wrong building. If you guys are gonna be in charge of priority mailing than teach your drivers to learn how to follow easy directions when it comes to delivery. Why do customers have to wait and suffer because some of your drivers lack the common sense when it comes to bringing deliveries to right addresses

Once again Delivery Drivers that come to Milford really must have a problem comprehending or maybe it’s the company all together.. How Hard Is it to follow delivery instructions!!!???? My building is not hard to find. My building is behind another building that has a parking lot. You can see it clear as day smh. . Idk who’s worst you guys or UPS lol smh. Well at least when you call UPS they page their driver to turn around.

Ive come here to pick up packages the day prior to delivery in the past many times. Today the woman refused to look for package and told me it would be delivered tomorrow. She did the same for the guy in front of me. Great service.

Their system says it will be ready for pick up but it is not ready. Long wait.

I have used this shipping center multiple times and have found the staff and service to be prompt, efficient and courteous. They also have a notary on site which is useful to me. its located in a strip mall with its own parking spots.

Great service...I have couple of large boxes with FedEx which my apartment office would not accept. FedEx attempted multiple times then held those for me at their office. Jeremy and Diana helped me a lot. Jeremy even helped me load the boxes. I really appreciate they going out of the way to help.

Not very friendly. They can easily be very rude. I was there picking up a package and I even brought with me all the info, the label, the tracking number and even with all of that they gave me hard time, because apparently my accent was an issue to not trust.

Convenient drop-off. If your package already has a proper label, you dont have to wait in line. Just set it on the counter.

Prompt service for package pickups and plenty of shipping supplies if you need them. Never had a FedEx shipment go wrong!

Just generally incompetent. Unable to tell me why my package wasnt attempted to be delivered. Unable to tell me if the package will end up on a truck or not when it shouldnt. Unable to provide a manager without me expressing my willingness to wait an hour. Should be avoided unless you absolutely have to deal with them.

Very poor organization, they called Me to advise of a package requiring my pickup. I left work early to make business hours; arrived and discovered I was not the correct recipient, they had no package for me at all. They called me erroneously and then treated me as if I inconvenienced them.

Unfriendly and insulting staff.Even though it has good services, the person I interacted with was speaking in a very condescending tone.The job was done, but i was extremely disappointed by the way that person treated me and my friend.

Very inefficient, spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to help, while more employees were in the office. Recommend not going here in the morning if youre in a rush to get to work on time.

Overcharged our Fedex account without our authorization!! Original bill charged for $$.$$ and the real charge on the card was $20 more than the original charge not sure how this is possible without our authorization!! Customer representative totally disinterested to help with the different options available with the first customer of the day!! The one on Rt 30 Framingham is lot better!NEVER GO HERE!

I had a package delivered to my home in Southborough which the United States Post Office removed, as the post office was unhappy with the Fedex delivery. Robert and Marybeth at Fedex Framingham went beyond the call of duty. They worked for several hours and went to the post office in Southborough 3 times and checked every drop box looking for the envelope. It was recovered finally at the Berlin post office because the Southborough mail person dropped it in a US post office mailbox in Berlin. Robert and Marybeth kept me informed and relayed the entire story and travels of the envelop which was my passport with a visa. I cant thank Robert and Marybeth enough for their customer service and care given to my circumstance. They were fabulous.
