Got my hair shampooed, cut and styled by Brian and was very pleased. He even went the extra mile to answer all my questions about possibly doing a balayage next time I come in. I am new to the area so it was also great to hear about the different places I should check out in RI and MA! Amazing experience and will definitely coming back!

Love this place! I get all of my products, a spa day - massage, hair, facial - all in one place. Its a nice treat. Reasonable prices and great hours for those of us commuting home from long distances.

This is the best facial place! I have sensative skin and this is the only place I have gone that does not irritate my skin in any way. I just feel amazing afterwards.

I have always have a FABULOUS experience at tigerlilly! The staff is so friendly and talented! Crystal does a 5 star job with hair, and Eva gives the best massages. I definately would recommend for all your spa needs!

Went here in August for an updo the girl did a great job so I scheduled to come back to her for a cut and foil. When I arrived they gave me a different girl. No one explained why so I thought let me give her a shot. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE! She cut my hair wrong and the foil was thicker in some spots more than others and blotchy. When she styled it my hair was frizzy and still damp. She looked at me and said TaDa! I was furious. The owner tried to fix it and I was there from 1pm until after close 7pm. She still charged me and thought giving me a free bottle of frizz cream would do it! Not cool! I got home and my husband said What happened to your hair? worst experience ever! The girl ended up telling me she was new and it was her 3 time doing a foil! They shouldve let a more experienced stylist do a full foil on long hair.
