1) I made my first “new” vehicle purchase here. I worked with Matt D. and he is great. I didn’t feel pressured to buy the truck we ended up agreeing on, and it ended up being a great deal. Two years later, I still love my truck. Matt is professional and realistic and listens to his customers, and happy to help with anything you need.2) I get my truck serviced in the tire and auto center for every oil change and whatever else they recommend, the service is always quick and Dennis the manger is professional and honest. I’ve done this for two years without issue.3) After owning my truck since 2019, my tires began to show wear as is expected. I was able to have the customs department set me up with tires and rims, a level kit, some minor body work, and a detail. Mike N. handled everything and my truck came out awesome - I’ve had it back for a week and so many people have commented on how a 3 year old truck looks brand new. It’s a 2018 F-150.I didn’t give a full 5 stars because sometimes it can be difficult to get through to the right people to talk to when you call with questions. I have gotten off the phone frustrated because of this. But overall, I’ve experienced Rodman’s sales, service, and their customs department and I would recommend them if you’re in the market for a Ford.

I bought my 2015 Escape from Rodman and Im very happy with them. People think that servicing a vehicle at the dealer is way to expensive and sometimes they are right but Ive found that a lot of service centers are charging almost as much for simple repairs or maintenance. For the little extra it may cost, when my vehicle leaves Rodman I have piece of mind that it is done right. I am very satisfied with Rodman. They also stand by any repairs they do

First of all roadside service left me sitting on the highway 2 Miles away then never showed up. I finally got my van towed here BY AAA to have my tire replaced because I got a flat tire and didnt have the spare tire key. I asked Rodman to give me a new tire. Instead they plugged it and the next morning it was flat again. Then of course I was inconvenienced again and had to go to town fair tire to get a new tire. Its sad how hard it is to get good service these days

I just purchased a used F-150 from Rodman. The experience was very pleasant. My internet Salesperson, Kyle, was excellent to work with. Once I knew for sure what I wanted, he lined up the vehicles that were the closest match and had them ready for me to test drive. This sounds like a small thing, but after returning my first vehicle from the test drive, Kyle set the radio station to the channel I had changed the radio to for all of my other test drives. He was paying attention to what I needed and wanted. He was very responsive, even following up on his days off. I had a couple of add-ons to the vehicle which where were quickly scheduled and delivered as requested. The whole team was great to deal with.
I purchased a new 2021 F150. Wayne Derby was my salesman who found me promptly after I arrived. He was incredible, very knowledgeable about the truck and was not pushy at all. He showed me everything about the truck and made sure I had no questions at all. He also made sure if I did have questions that I had all of his contact information.The finance manager Andrew Hackett was incredible as well. Exceptional Service!! From start to finish the delivery experience on new Mach E was fantastic. After waiting nearly 2 years for the car to be built and being the first one Rodman delivered to a customer there was ample opportunity for things to go wrong, and there were some hiccups, but through no fault of Rodman more so from Ford itself. Wayne and Jordan did everything in their power to make sure the experience was a great one. Even driving to pick me up to take final delivery since I didn’t have another driver available to drop me off. At the end of the day a car is car and you can. It from anyone. It’s the service that sets any business apart from its competition and Wayne and Jordan certainly did that. Highly recommend and look forward to using them again (once Ford works out the kinks on their new Bronco deliveries!)

It’s been a weird few months bouncing back and forth between the 2020 F150 I had which had a factory issue to the 2020 Explorer that just didn’t fit me well. After talking to these 3 gentlemen over the value of my trade to the pricing on the truck, I have walked away with my brand new 2021 f150 having positive equity and a great selling price. If you or anyone you know is looking for a new or Preowned ford make sure you shop them first. Nothing but professional and honest worth. Thanks again. Brought my car in at noon to get an oil change and a tire plug. I was called by Dennis around 2pm and he said he would call when my car was all set. Google says they close at 6 so I called about my vehicle at 530pm and everyone had left for the day and they never gave me a call back. Additionally they kept my vehicle overnight and I was without a car. Be warned

I love Rodman!! Sadly I was involved in multiple car accidents (none of which were my fault) and this is the best place to go for repairs. They always finish my car repairs in a timely manner and make it look brand new. They also work with Enterprise right down the street for securing rental cars, and the entire process is always super easy and pleasant. It is extremely stressful to be involved in a car accident and have to coordinate with the insurance company and the repairs, but Rodman always makes it so easy. And Tim Q is also so on top of everything! Thank you!!
Just purchased a used F250 from Rodman Ford. Overall, it was a good and very easy process. They had a great price on their vehicle and offered me a very fair value for my trade. Cost and fees were up front, no surprises. Im used to the finance guy being a pain in the neck trying to aggressively up-sell extended warranty however, that wasnt the case here. These guys were all professional and experienced which made the whole process was a very pleasant experience.

Death wobble in ford 2015, we ran a car off the road and almost crashed twice.If your looking for good service, dont buy here, called them, left message, no call back. Called Sunday and they said cant make service appointments on the phone. Drove 1 hr Monday morning on 12/21/20 they said we cant look at it for a week. I need my truck for work.. So that wont work.
After a very negative experience at another Ford dealer (in Saugus MA), I was thinking of moving away from Fords after many, many years of ownership. Then by accident, I found the exact 2018 Ford Edge with a 302A package I had been looking for online, at Rodman Ford. I thought this is too good to be true. I inquired on line, immediately connected with Bruce Dambra and then Jordan Rodman in Finance. I worked with only these 2 men, but it was a flawless sale all the way around, and they gave me $1,500.00 more for my trade than offered elsewhere. With my mindset, due to my previous incident elsewhere which left me hating car dealers, I thought Rodman has a very tough up hill battle to satisfy me. But they checked every box, and answered every one of my questions before I asked it, as if they were reading my mind. Rodman Ford jumped through every hoop and cleared every hurdle I had preset in my mind, all flawlessly and without a hassle. The entire deal was done online and telephone as they are a 4+ hour round trip drive for me. When I arrived on Monday, my vehicle was sitting directly out front, waxed beyond imagination and spotless from top to bottom, it looked brand new although it is a 3 year old lease turn in. They had all the paperwork ready, I signed papers while my license plates was transferred over, and I was out of there in 1 hour and 20 minutes. Within 3 days of purchase they had my plate transferred with the DMV, and within 5 days of purchase they had my trade in paid off with my Credit Union in Palm Beach County Florida, which saved me a double payment this month. To say I am completely satisfied is an understatement. Rodman Ford by far exceeded my expectations. They told me that they wanted me to be a satisfied customer, well I am ecstatic, not just happy. At 58 years old I must say that this is the most pleasant auto purchase I have ever made, and I have made plenty. The Rodman Ford way should be the way all dealers handle their sales. I have a list of accessories I want to add to my vehicle and I will certainly purchase them from Rodman and make the trip for instillation, as well as most of my service needs. They are that great of a dealership.Wish I could give 10 stars, as they deserve much more than just 5.

I am very disappointed from being rushed to purchase a $50,000 used vehicle to lack of communications, to no return calls to selling me a lemon this is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle in my life. It seems like they are waiting for the 90 days to expire or for me to bring this lemon elsewhere so my warranty voids.I am still waiting for a return phone call, from the Service Manager by the way.

I was looking for a used truck. There was a good selection available. I was not attack the second I got out of my truck so I could look around and found what I was looking for. The sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable and we were able to come to a fair price. The Truck I bought was delivered clean, serviced and read to go.

The review Im about to write is going to sound so extra and over exaggerated but it couldnt be more true. I had the best purchasing experience I have ever had ever in my life! My salesman Roman was awesome! I gave him a brief description of what I was looking for in a truck and after 3 minutes he pulled up the truck that I eventually bought. His expertise on the product is so accurate its like he engineered the truck himself. He helped us get a great price on the truck and paved the way for us to speak with the finance manager so as there were no issues.The finance manager was awesome as well. Scott worked with my wife and I to get us the absolute best deal there was. When I read the bad reviews for this dealership Im absolutely dumbfounded because at no point did I feel I was being screwed or tricked. Perhaps some people just dont understand how dealerships make money off of sales but salesmen and finance managers are people too and they have families and mouths to feed also. Additionally, the banks that finance people for the new vehicles they buy need to make sure that if you default on your loan, they dont take a loss. Regardless, I digress. This dealership is truly the best dealership I have dealt with for auto purchases and I will recommend them over and over again to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle.

Brand New platinum Ford F350 leaking sunroof absolutely destroyed carpet and dealer would not do nothing about total scum bags. Do not buy here. Went to another dealer had trade truck in on another f350 platinum. There loss as as we own a large plumbing company and buy 4-8 new trucks a year plus new daily f350 loaded platinum every 2 years. I go here for oil changes to try to keep a lifetime power train warranty on my truck valid. I went there on 6/27/20 and the mechanics are not using any COVID-19 precautions or following social distancing guidelines. I live with a high risk individual so I have to be extra careful. I also had a bad sales experience when I bought the truck there a few years ago. The sales manager actually had to go out to the sales floor when we were finalizing the deal to tell Jim, my sales man, that the things that he was telling me to make a deal were actually incorrect and inappropriate. Jim would tell bold face lies to your face to get you to make a deal. I believe it to be your typical car dealership who prefer their bottom line to customer satisfaction
It is always a difficult experience dealing with any car purchase. I was fortunate today to have one of my best experiences with my salesman Matt Ricci. He was straight to the point and did a great job of being genuine and up front. A trait very hard to find at any dealership. Also Jordan Rodman is an excellent Sales Manager and was clear and precise and when I didn’t want an extended warranty he did not push and made me feel comfortable. Why else do the New England Patriots Players buy from Rodman? You won’t find a better deal. Thanks again Matt and Jordan for this great experience and finally getting my dream of a new Mustang.
My experience with Rodman Collision was really positive. First off, Courtney at the front desk was fabulous. So friendly and helpful. I was able to come in right away for them to provide an estimate. Once approved by insurance, Courtney called me and scheduled my repair for the next week. The car was ready sooner than estimated, and it looked great. Very happy!

No pressure sales. Went away the first day to think it over. Called them later and said to hold it. We were waiting for insurance pay-out. No problem. Then next day gave partial deposit, did all the paperwork. Then 2 days later came in with the balance of the deposit. A few hours later picked up the vehicle. The salesman Matt Deleo was great. Told us the differences in the vehicles we were considering and lead us to a great deal. Thanks.
Had an issue with my sunroof 2 months into owning my truck and “ they couldn’t find or duplicate the issue” fast forward 8 months later and now its broken and they won’t help me. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them.
Took a newer Dodge Charger here for body work and a cold air intake install. Tim in collision repairs and Matt from Rodman Customs worked together to get everything done as smoothly as possible.
If you need a collision problem dont go to it. They will tell you its totaled.

I bought an Acura a few weeks ago from Rodman and am very pleased with how everything went. Matt Ricci helped me out and was able to answer all my questions. They let me take the car to my mechanic, answered all my questions, and Matt even offered another $500 of the price of I could beat him in an arm wrestle.... I didn’t win, but that’s because he used to be a new England arm wrestling champ... if you need a new car and think you can take him go to Rodman and ask for Matt. All their vehicles are in great condition.
My husband bought a used car today at Rodman Ford. It had been a while since we’d bought a car. My husband had researched on line and knew there was a car at Rodman that he was interested in. The process was relatively simple and Matt, our salesman expedited the process, managed the details and got us off the lot with the car same day. As always, Rodman Ford Service came through in a pinch for me. Just prior to Thanksgiving I had a sunroof malfunction and the service team was able to fit me in on the Saturday after Thanksgiving (the day that worked the best for me) and I had my vehicle back within a few hours. I appreciate their ability to work within my schedule and needs.
I requested to see the vehicle online and made an appointment. When I got there the truck was not ready for test drive and the salesman had to search for the truck. I think if you make an appointment the vehicle should be ready for showing. Everything else was good. The sales person knew the truck and was nice and friendly. The price I already knew it was one of the best in the area, and they gave me a competitive price for my trade. When I picked up the truck, it was ready for pickup and the sales person showed me a lot of trucks the basic options and helped me set up the app that connects to your vehicle. The truck didnt have a full tank of gas, which is a small detail. But every car that I have bought always comes with a full tank of gas.
Jordan and Wayne was very helpful when I was looking for a new car. They were able to find one for what I was willing to pay. They also were able to confirm payments many times after looking at different cars. This is my second purchase in nine months. Very pleased with dealership and employees.

I took my customer there in the Hopes it would be easy. I own Auto Negotiators Unlimited. We assist people in buying who do not like to go along.I took my customer and we listened to a lot of sales pitches including how you have to pay $880.00 if you decide to pay cash! Second time this month a dealership asked for more money for cash. Its a new way of doing business but Legal?who knows? He got a great deal after that. And delivery went good. Our Salesperson Pat Ford was very good and had it ready for delivery.

Had a great experience buying a used Expedition. Matt Ricci wasn’t what I expect when I think of a car salesmen. He was beyond patient, helpful and responsive through the process.
A week ago my wife and I saw a truck we wanted to test drive, but the truck was not ready at that time. It had just arrived and needed to be inspected. Before going home we made it very clear to Jim we wanted to test drive the truck once it had passed inspection.. Our Salesperson Jim LeFerrere assured us he would call as soon as the truck was ready. . Over the course of the next few days/week we called to see the progress and was repeated assured by Jim and the Internet sales force we would be the first person to test drive the truck and indicating our strong interest in purchasing the truck. The truck was originally priced at just below 40K and a few days later dropped to 37K and yesterday was priced at 54K indicating a 17K saving (how misleading is that). Needless to say Jim told me yesterday Rodman Ford went ahead and sold the truck. Jim and his cohorts are full of you know what. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this is by far my worst experience. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Jims follow through and customer service was simply the worst! I will write this review in as many places as I can. Not Happy Larry Fitzpatrick
They are always willing to go the extra mile. Willing to work, to make a solution that will work. Old School way of dealing with the customer so they dont feel like just a number in the system. Personable and pleasant !
